Taimei Elementary School

Yūrakuchō (有楽町) is a business district of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, situated in between the Ginza and Hibiya Park, southeast of the Tokyo Imperial Palace. The district takes its name from Oda Nagamasu (1547–1622), who was also known as Yūraku (有楽). Oda Nagamasu built his mansion here on land granted by Tokugawa Ieyasu near the Sukiya-bashi Gate of Edo Castle. The place name dates from the Meiji period. Yūrakuchō is served by several train and subway stations, including Hibiya Station (Toei Subway and Tokyo Metro lines) and Yūrakuchō Station (JR East and Tokyo Metro lines). Unlike its tonier neighbor Ginza, Yūrakuchō provides a glimpse of Japanese life from the early postwar period, with its many izakaya (Japanese-style bars, denoted by their red lanterns known as akachochin) and outdoor yakitori restaurants, many of which are located near or under the train tracks serving Tokyo's JR Yamanote Line. Because of its easy access to Tokyo Station, Yūrakuchō bars and restaurants are popular among businessmen on their way home from work. The administrative Yūrakuchō district also covers the Hibiya area.

The Sony Building was designed by Japanese architect Yoshinobu Ashihara, and opened on April 29, 1966 in Tokyo's Ginza district (Chūō-ku). It is located at the Sukiyabashi crossroads on Harumi-dori, and is accessible directly from the Ginza subway station via exit B9. The building is an example of Postmodern architecture. The main showroom section of the building is split level floors up to the 6th floor, with each quarter of the showroom elevated from the previous by 90 cm (35 in), creating a continuous showroom space. Another unusual feature of this building is that it leaves a small square facing the intersection open, creating a performance/display space that the architect referred to as "Sony Square".A major renovation was made in 1992, with the exterior restored to its original condition. Exterior louvers and tiles were replaced, new entrance doors were installed, and the small square at the corner of the intersection was renovated. The original facade, a light display consisting of a large number of 5-inch cathode ray tubes, was replaced with 74 aluminum panels. Interior renovation was done at this time as well.The Sony Building closed on March 31, 2017 and was demolished on the same year and the new Sony Building will be built on this same location, and will open in 2022. During this period, the land will be turned into a park for recreational use through the summer of 2020, when the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games were set to take place.

Ginza Kojyu (also known as Ginza Koju) (銀座小十, Ginza Kojū) is a Michelin 2-star kaiseki restaurant in Ginza, Chūō, Tokyo, Japan. It is owned and operated by chef Toru Okuda. It is a personal favorite of chef, David Kinch.

Maison Hermès is a building in Tokyo, Japan. It is located at 5-4-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Constructed between 1998 and 2001, it was designed by Renzo Piano assisted by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson of Berkeley, California and in collaboration with Takenaka Corporation. The building is the flagship store and corporate headquarters of Hermès, the French luxury empire of Jean-Louis Dumas. It is a 6,000 square metre (65,000 square feet) structure that houses workshops and offices, a shopping space, exhibition areas and multimedia quarters. In addition to a roof garden at the top of the building, there is also a recess which divides the long facade into two, forming a courtyard that delivers an access to the subway two levels below.

Tokyo Takarazuka Theater (東京宝塚劇場, Tōkyō Takarazuka Gekijō) is another home for Takarazuka Creative Arts in Yurakucho, Chiyoda ward, Tokyo. It served as the second round performing theater for the Revue's performing cycle. The original theater was built in 1934. It was taken over by the American GHQ after the defeat of Japan in 1945 and renamed the "Ernie Pyle Theater" from 1945–55. It was demolished in 1998. The current theater was built in 2001. It has 1,229 seats on the first level and 840 on the second.

Sukiyabashi Jiro (すきやばし次郎, Sukiyabashi Jirō) is a sushi restaurant in Ginza, Chūō, Tokyo, Japan. It is owned and operated by sushi master Jiro Ono. It was the first sushi restaurant in the world to receive three stars from the Michelin Guide, although it was removed from the Michelin Guide in November 2019 as it does not receive reservations from the general public, instead requiring reservations to be made through the concierge of a luxury hotel.The restaurant itself only has ten counter seats. A two-star branch operated by his son Takashi is located at Roppongi Hills in Minato, Tokyo. The late French chef Joël Robuchon said that the restaurant was one of his favorites in the world, and that it taught him that sushi is an art.

Tokyo Midtown Hibiya (東京ミッドタウン日比谷, Tōkyō Middotaun Hibiya) is a 190,000-square-meter (2.0 million sq ft) mixed-use development in Yurakucho, Tokyo, Japan. Completed in March 2018, the project includes office, commercial, and dining and entertainment facilities.The project site overlooks Hibiya Park on a site previously occupied by the Showa era Sanshin Building. The primary developer is Mitsui Fudosan, working in concert with several partners. The same developer owns and operates the larger Tokyo Midtown (東京ミッドタウン) multipurpose project in Tokyo’s Roppongi neighbourhood. The building’s concave glass exterior facing Hibiya Park produces noticeable solar glare onto the streets immediately to the south of the building echoing one of the design flaws of London’s 20 Fenchurch Street skyscraper.

Nippon Broadcasting System, Inc. (株式会社ニッポン放送, Kabushiki-gaisha Nippon Hōsō), or JOLF, is a Japanese radio station in Yurakucho, Chiyoda ward, Tokyo, next to the Tokyo Imperial Palace. Founded in 1954, it is together with Nippon Cultural Broadcasting, the flagship station of the National Radio Network. Nippon Broadcasting System is a subsidiary of Fuji Media Holdings and both companies are affiliated with the Fujisankei Communications Group. It is also the main company of the Nippon Broadcasting Group. Nippon Broadcasting System was instrumental in the creation of several companies including Fuji Television in 1957, Pony Canyon in 1966 and the Fujisankei Communications Group in 1967. Nippon Broadcasting System is also the home of the long-running radio program All Night Nippon. From July 15, 1954 to September 30, 1967, the station used the abbreviation "NBS" derived from Nippon Broadcasting System. Since October 1, 1967, it has used the call sign JOLF and identified itself with the last two letters "LF". In 1990, Nippon Broadcasting System sued its rival Radio Nippon to prevent it from using both the "R · F · Radio Japan" and "Radio Japan" trademarks. Nippon Broadcasting System lost the lawsuit.A labor union was formed at Nippon Broadcasting System for the first time in September 12, 2005.Nippon Broadcasting System was historically the parent company of Fuji Television despite the latter being a much larger company than the former. Both companies were founded in the 1950s and were part of the Fujisankei Communications Group. In 2005, the relation between the two companies was reversed and Nippon Broadcasting System became the subsidiary of Fuji Television.In April 2006, the radio broadcaster and its station license was spun off into a new separate company called "Nippon Broadcasting System" owned by Fuji Television. Fuji Television absorbed the rest of the old Nippon Broadcasting System company that was founded in 1954 and took over its assets. As a result, former subsidiaries of Nippon Broadcasting System such as Pony Canyon were transferred to Fuji Television who was later renamed Fuji Media Holdings in 2008.

The Nissay Theatre (日生劇場, Nissei Gekijō) is a theatre in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. It is located in the Nissay Hibiya Building, designed by the architect Togo Murano. It was completed in 1963 and opened with a performance by the Deutsche Oper Berlin. Since then it has been used to stage productions of the performing arts, Kabuki, operas, and musicals. For many years, until the company acquired its first permanent theater, it staged numerous productions by the Shiki Theatre Company.

Hibiya Station (日比谷駅, Hibiya-eki) is an underground railway station in the Yūrakuchō district of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, operated by Tokyo Metro and Toei. The area around the station is generally called Hibiya, which is the southwestern corner of the Yūrakuchō district. Hibiya is Tokyo Metro's thirty-third busiest station in fiscal 2019, while its connected station Yūrakuchō ranks sixteenth.

The Imperial Hotel (帝国ホテル, teikoku hoteru) is a hotel in Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda ward, Tokyo. It was created in the late 1880s at the request of the Japanese aristocracy to cater to the increasing number of Western visitors to Japan. The hotel site is located just south of the Imperial Palace grounds, next to the previous location of the Palace moat. The modern hotel overlooks the Palace, the 40-acre (16 ha) Western-style Hibiya Park, and the Yurakucho and Ginza neighborhoods.Three main buildings have stood on the hotel site, each of which embodied the finest Western design of its era. Yūrakuchō Station (有楽町駅, Yūrakuchō-eki) is a railway station in the Yūrakuchō district of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and the Tokyo subway operator Tokyo Metro. It is Tokyo Metro's fifteenth busiest station in 2016.
