Note Printing Australia (NPA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) that produces banknotes and passports. It was corporatised in July 1998 and is located in Craigieburn, Melbourne. NPA has its origins as a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank and was established in 1913 to print banknotes for Australia. After printing paper banknotes for 75 years, NPA introduced the first polymer banknote technology in 1988. NPA print banknotes for several other countries as well as Australia due to the high standards of durability and difficulty of counterfeiting.

Craigieburn is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 25 km (16 mi) north of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Hume local government area. Craigieburn recorded a population of 65,178 at the 2021 census.Craigieburn is a satellite suburb located on the urban-rural fringe of Melbourne, ranging from the lower half of Bridgewater Road to Mount Ridley. A large majority of the suburb is more than 200 metres above sea level, with Mount Ridley being the northernmost hill in northwestern metropolitan Melbourne with clear views of Melbourne's central business district 29.7 km away. Craigieburn is bounded by Mount Ridley Road, the Hume Freeway and Donnybrook Road in the north, Merri Creek in the east, Patullos Lane, the Craigieburn/North East railway line and a line that borders Roxburgh Park and Greenvale in the south, and Mickleham Road, Craigieburn Road and a line running north–south that borders Mickleham in the west.

The Fire Rescue Victoria Training Academy (formerly the Victorian Emergency Management Training Centre (VEMTC)) is a training facility for volunteer and career emergency services personnel. It used by Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV), the Country Fire Authority (CFA), Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, Victoria State Emergency Service and the Department of Environment, and Primary Industries. The center is located in Melbourne, Australia's north in Craigieburn.

Roxburgh College is a state secondary school in Roxburgh Park, Victoria, Australia. Previously Upfield Secondary College, the school completed its transition to the current site at Roxburgh Park during 2005. The school offers years 7–12, with the option of VCE, VET and VCAL education for senior students. In 2017 Roxburgh College opened a Trade Training center, which has spaces for Automotive, Electronics, wood work and metal work fabrication.

The Somerton Power Station is an open cycle, gas turbine power station located in the Melbourne suburb of Somerton, Victoria, Australia. It is owned and operated by AGL Energy. The facility normally operates three or four hours at a time as a peaking power plant, but is able to run 24 hours a day, seven days a week if required.The plant cost $125 million to build, with the 2003 opening being delayed by environmental concerns and technical issues. The plant uses four second-hand 37.5MW GT-1 Frame 6B gas turbines, manufactured under license to GE by Alstom and Thomassen International.

Somerton recorded a population of 6 at the 2021 census.Somerton is predominantly an industrial and business suburb, and has a number of industrial parks, including the Austrak Business Park, Somerton Logistics Centre and the Northgate Distribution Centre. It is bounded by Patullos Lane in the north, the Merri Creek in the east, Somerton Road/Cooper Street in the south and the Craigieburn/North East railway lines in the west.

Kolbe Catholic College is an independent Roman Catholic co-educational secondary day school, located in the outer Melbourne suburb of Greenvale Lakes, in Victoria, Australia. The patron saint of the college is Maximilian Kolbe, who was murdered in Auschwitz concentration camp on 14 August 1941. Established in 2008, the college's enrolments are expected to reach approximately 1,000 students for Years 7 to 12.

Roxburgh Park railway station is located on the Craigieburn line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the northern Melbourne suburb of Roxburgh Park, and opened on 21 September 2007.It was built just north of the site of the former Somerton station, which was closed to passengers in 1960. However, the adjacent goods yard and standard gauge crossing loop retain the Somerton name. Roxburgh Park station was provided as part of the extension of electrified services from Broadmeadows to Craigieburn. The Craigieburn-bound (down) line was slewed to the west, to permit an island platform to be built between the two tracks of the broad gauge main line.

East Bourke (also known as Bourke East from around 1891) was an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of Victoria from 1856 until being abolished by the post-Federation Electoral Districts Boundaries Act 1903 coming into effect in 1904. The district of East Bourke was one of the initial districts of the first Victorian Legislative Assembly, 1856.

Greenvale Reservoir is an off-stream water storage dam in northern Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It has a capacity of 27,000 ML (950 million cu ft). The dam was opened 18 April 1973 and is now managed by Melbourne Water.It is situated in the upper Yuroke Creek catchment, the major tributary of the Moonee Ponds Creek. It is in the north of the suburb of Greenvale and to the west of Roxburgh Park. The Greenvale Reservoir Park contains picnic tables, a playground and barbecues, and is managed by Parks Victoria. It lies to the south and west of the dam.

Meadow Heights is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 18 km (11 mi) north of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Hume local government area. Meadow Heights recorded a population of 14,890 at the 2021 census.Meadow Heights is bounded by Somerton Road in the north, Pascoe Vale Road in the east, Barry Road in the south and the Broadmeadows Valley Park in the west.
