Lativka (Ukrainian:Латівка) is a village in, Odesa Raion, Odesa Oblast, Ukraine. It belongs to Usatove rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine, and is one of 15 villages of the hromada. Lativka has a population of 1954 (As of 2001 population census). It is one of four villages in the hromada which had a former name.Until 18 July 2020, Lativka belonged to Biliaivka Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odesa Oblast to seven. The area of Biliaivka Raion was merged into Odesa Raion.

Usatove (Ukrainian: Усатове) is a village in Ukraine, in the Odesa Raion of Odesa Oblast. It hosts the administration of Usatove rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. The population is 7,925 people. Until 18 July 2020, Usatove belonged to Biliaivka Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odesa Oblast to seven. The area of Biliaivka Raion was merged into Odesa Raion.

Kuialnyk Estuary (Ukrainian: Куяльницький лиман, Crimean Tatar: Kuyanlık) Kuyagnyk formerly the Andriyivsky Liman is an estuary of the Velykyi Kuialnyk on the northwest coast of the Black Sea, one of the group of Odessa estuaries, located north of Odessa.

Luzanivka Hydropark is a park in Odesa, Ukraine, at the coast of the Gulf of Odesa. It is located in the historical quarter Luzanivka between the Mykolaiv Road and coastal line. The park was named after Grigory Kotovsky during the Soviet period, therefore it is presented at the title Kotovsky Park on many of maps. The Luzanivka Beach is located in the park. The western part of the park is almost greeneries less. The total reconstruction of the park was provided in 2011. The central avenue of the park was reconstructed just in 2014.

The Odesa catacombs are a labyrinth-like network of tunnels (subterranean cavities) located under the city of Odesa and its outskirts in Ukraine, that are mostly (over 90%) the result of stone mining, particularly coquina. The system of Odesa Catacombs consists of a network of basements, bunkers, drainage tunnels and storm drains as well as natural caves.The catacombs are on three levels and reach a depth of 60 metres (200 ft) below sea level. It is one of the world's largest urban labyrinths, running up to 2,500 kilometres (1,600 mi). Parts were used as air-raid shelters during World War II. Part of the tunnels, only under the city, were turned into bomb shelters in the Cold War. Such bomb shelters supposed to be refuge for civilians in case of nuclear strike or gas attack. In the 19th century, most houses in Odesa were built of limestone that was mined nearby. According to urban legend, these mines were abandoned and later used and widened by local smugglers who created a labyrinth of tunnels and hid treasure beneath Odesa. Many of the tunnels have been filled up with earth, concrete or sand by construction companies, and are no longer accessible.

During the southern Ukraine offensive of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the city of Odesa and the surrounding region have been the target of shelling and air strikes by Russian forces on multiple occasions since the conflict began, fired in part by Russian warships situated offshore in the Black Sea. The city has also been targeted by Russian cruise missiles.

The Port of Odesa or Odesa Sea Port (Ukrainian: Одеський морський порт, romanized: Odeskyi morskyi port), located near Odesa, is the largest Ukrainian seaport and one of the largest ports in the Black Sea basin, with a total annual traffic capacity of 40 million tonnes (15 million tonnes dry bulk and 25 million tonnes liquid bulk). The port has an immediate access to railways allowing quick transfer of cargo from sea routes to ground transportation. Along with its younger satellite ports of Chornomorsk (1958) and Yuzhne (1973), the Port of Odesa is a major freight and passenger transportation hub of Ukraine.

The Odesa International Medical University (Ukrainian: Одеський Міжнародний Медичний Університет, ОММУ, abbr. OIMU) is a Ukrainian higher educational institution located in Odesa. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs with a strong emphasis on medical specialties like general medicine (MD/MBBS), somatology (Dentistry), nursing, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, biomedical engineering and agricultural engineering. All medical degrees of the university issued for foreign graduates are recognized and listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED), World Health Organization (WHO), Medical Council of Europe, General Medical Council (limited registration) of UK, Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC), Medical Council of Nigeria and other African countries as well.

Odesa National Fine Arts Museum or Odesa National Art Museum (Ukrainian: Одеський національний художній музей) is one of the principal art galleries of the city of Odesa. Founded in 1899, it occupies the Potocki Palace (Polish pronunciation: [pɔˈtɔt͡skʲi]), itself a monument of early 19th century architecture. The museum now houses more than 10 thousand pieces of art, including paintings by some of the best-known Russian and Ukrainian artists of late 19th and early 20th century. It is the only museum in Odesa that has free entrance day every last Sunday of the month.

The Odesa National Scientific Library (Ukrainian: Одеська національна наукова бібліотека) is a public library established in 1829 in Odesa, Ukraine. The library moved to its current location in 1907, into a new building designed by architect Fyodor Nesturkh in neo-Greek style. The library has been renamed numerous times throughout history, arriving to its current name in 2015. The library has a collection of over 5 million books, including 200,000 rare editions.

National University "Odesa Maritime Academy" (Ukrainian: Національний університет «Одеська морська академія») is a maritime university in Odesa, Ukraine. Currently, the main task of the university is to ensure the competitiveness of graduates in the Ukrainian and world labor markets, by training seafarers while taking into account the most demanding claims of leading shipowners. Since Ukrainian independence, the university opened new specialties and created a network of separate structural units, in particular in the cities of Mariupol and Izmail . The staff is working to improve the organization and content of the educational process. NU "OMA" has a modern material and technical base, with modern naval simulators, a large library, and a unique training and sailing vessel called "Druzhba". The university also has the conditions for physical culture and sports: an Olympic-class swimming pool, a sports gym, sports sections and a water station at the disposal of cadets and students.
