The Odesa International Medical University (Ukrainian: Одеський Міжнародний Медичний Університет, ОММУ, abbr. OIMU) is a Ukrainian higher educational institution located in Odesa. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs with a strong emphasis on medical specialties like general medicine (MD/MBBS), somatology (Dentistry), nursing, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, biomedical engineering and agricultural engineering. All medical degrees of the university issued for foreign graduates are recognized and listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED), World Health Organization (WHO), Medical Council of Europe, General Medical Council (limited registration) of UK, Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC), Medical Council of Nigeria and other African countries as well.

Odesa National Fine Arts Museum or Odesa National Art Museum (Ukrainian: Одеський національний художній музей) is one of the principal art galleries of the city of Odesa. Founded in 1899, it occupies the Potocki Palace (Polish pronunciation: [pɔˈtɔt͡skʲi]), itself a monument of early 19th century architecture. The museum now houses more than 10 thousand pieces of art, including paintings by some of the best-known Russian and Ukrainian artists of late 19th and early 20th century. It is the only museum in Odesa that has free entrance day every last Sunday of the month.

The Odesa National Medical University (Ukrainian: Одеський національний медичний університет, romanized: Odeskyi natsionalnyi medychnyi universytet) is a renowned government university in the city of Odesa, Ukraine.

The Odesa National Scientific Library (Ukrainian: Одеська національна наукова бібліотека) is a public library established in 1829 in Odesa, Ukraine. The library moved to its current location in 1907, into a new building designed by architect Fyodor Nesturkh in neo-Greek style. The library has been renamed numerous times throughout history, arriving to its current name in 2015. The library has a collection of over 5 million books, including 200,000 rare editions.

Odesa I. I. Mechnykov National University (Ukrainian: Одеський національний університет Iмені І. І. Мечникова, romanized: Odeskyi natsionalnyi universytet imeni I. I. Mechnykova), located in Odesa, Ukraine, is one of the country's major universities, named after the scientist Élie Metchnikoff (who studied immunology, microbiology, and evolutionary embryology), a Nobel prizewinner in 1908. The university was founded in 1865 by an edict of Tsar Alexander II of Russia, which reorganized the Richelieu Lyceum of Odesa into the new Imperial Novorossiya University. In the Soviet era, the university was renamed Odesa I. I. Mechnykov State University (literally, "Odesa State University named after I. I. Mechnykov"). Odesa I. I. Mechnykov National University comprises four institutes, ten faculties, and seven specialized councils. The university is famous for its scientific library, the largest and oldest of any university in Ukraine (3,600,000 million volumes, ranging from the 15th century to the present day).

The Grekov Odesa Art School (Ukrainian: Одеське художнє училище імені Митрофана Грекова; abbreviated ОХУ) is a secondary education institution in Odesa, Ukraine. It is the oldest arts school in the country.

The Vorontsov Palace (Ukrainian: Воронцовський палац; Russian: Воронцовский дворец) is a 19th-century palace and colonnade in Odesa, Ukraine, at the end of the Prymorskyi Boulevard pedestrian walkway.

The Odesa Museum of Regional History (Ukrainian: Одеський історико-краєзнавчий музей, romanized: Odeskyi istoryko-kraieznavchyi muzei) is a historical museum in Odesa, Ukraine. It is dedicated to the regional history of Odesa.

The Port of Odesa or Odesa Sea Port (Ukrainian: Одеський морський порт, romanized: Odeskyi morskyi port), located near Odesa, is the largest Ukrainian seaport and one of the largest ports in the Black Sea basin, with a total annual traffic capacity of 40 million tonnes (15 million tonnes dry bulk and 25 million tonnes liquid bulk). The port has an immediate access to railways allowing quick transfer of cargo from sea routes to ground transportation. Along with its younger satellite ports of Chornomorsk (1958) and Yuzhne (1973), the Port of Odesa is a major freight and passenger transportation hub of Ukraine.

The Statue of Graf Vorontsov, Odessa, is a sculptural monument established in 1863 on the Sobor Square in Odesa in honor of Mikhail Semyonovich Vorontsov, Field Marshal, the General-Governor of Novorossiya Region and plenipotentiary governor of Bessarabia who was a graf until 1845, then knyaz from 1845. The sculptor is Friedrich Brugger, the pedestal was made under the command of Sevastopol 1st guild merchant P.A. Telyatnikov. and the architect was Francesco Carlo Boffo.It was the second monument in Odesa after the Statue of the Duke of Richelieu.The statue has also been known as the statue of Vorontsov, the statue of Graf Vorontsov or the statue of Knyaz Vorontsov.

Monument to the founders of Odesa, also known as monument to Empress Catherine II of Russia and her companions: José de Ribas, François Sainte de Wollant, Platon Zubov and Grigory Potemkin was a monument located in Odesa, Ukraine, on Katerynska Square. The original monument was built in 1900 by the project of Odesa architect Yuri Melent’evich Dmitrenkor, Sculptor M. Popov, with the participation of sculptors B.V. Eduards, M.D. Mentsione, engineer A. Sikorski. This monument was toppled by the Bolsheviks in 1920. The monument was restored in 2007 with the private funds of Ruslan Tarpan, an Odesa businessman and member of the Odesa City Council.As part of derussification in Ukraine, it was dismantled on December 28, 2022.

The Odesa City garden (Ukrainian: Міський сад, romanized: Miskyi sad) is located in town centre of Odesa, Ukraine, at the Derybasivska Street. Founded by Felix de Ribas (brother of José de Ribas) in 1803, it is the oldest park in the city. Felix de Ribas was an owner of most of this part of the town, but did not have enough resources to sustain the expenditure, and so he donated the territory of the city garden to the city on November 10, 1806. The garden includes the summer theatre of the Odesa Orchestra, by architect R.A. Vladimirskaya (1949), the pavilion, by architect A.A. Gentsler (1943) and a number of sculptures and monuments.The last reconstruction took place in 2007, when the pavilion, music fountain, and facades of buildings were renovated.
