The American Constitution Society (ACS) is a progressive legal organization. ACS was created as a counterweight to, and is modeled after, the Federalist Society, and is often described as its progressive counterpart.Founded in 2001 following to the U.S. Supreme Court decision Bush v. Gore, ACS is headquartered in Washington, D.C. The organization promotes and facilitates discussion and debate of progressive public policy ideas and issues, providing forums for legal scholars, lawmakers, judges, lawyers, public policy advocates, law students, and members of the media. ACS reports that it has approximately 200 law school student chapters and 40 lawyer chapters around the country. The group's stated mission is to "promote the vitality of the U.S. Constitution and the fundamental values it expresses: individual rights and liberties, genuine equality, access to justice, democracy and the rule of law."

The New York Avenue Presbyterian Church in Washington, D.C., is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA). The church was formed in 1859–1860 but traces its roots to 1803 as the F Street Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church and another congregation founded in 1820 on its current site, the Second Presbyterian Church. It is located at the intersection of 13th Street and New York Avenue in the city's northwest quadrant, four blocks from the White House. Due to its proximity to the White House, a number of US presidents have attended services there.

The Armenian National Institute (ANI) is a Washington, D.C.-based organization dedicated to the research of Armenian genocide. It was founded in 1997 by the Armenian Assembly of America to bring more awareness to the Armenian genocide. The abbreviation of the Institute, ANI, is the name of the medieval capital of Armenia. ANI supports the publication of academic works and informational materials to promote better awareness of genocide.

1310 G Street is a high-rise skyscraper building located in Washington, D.C., United States. Its construction was completed in 1992. With its completion, the building rose to 154 feet (47 m), and featured 12 floors with 59,652 m2 in total floor area. The architect of the building was Skidmore, Owings & Merrill who designed the postmodern architectural style of the building. The high-rise serves as an office building.1310 G Street is located in the East End neighborhood of Washington, DC. The Institute of International Finance (IIF) is the association or trade group for the global financial services industry. It was created by 38 banks of leading industrialized countries in 1983 in response to the international debt crisis of the early 1980s, and has since expanded to represent more than 450 firms from more than 70 countries. IIF members include commercial and investment banks, asset managers, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, central banks and development banks. The IIF's President and Chief Executive Officer is Timothy D. Adams, who has held the position since February 1, 2013. The Institute is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and has satellite offices in Beijing, Singapore, Dubai and Brussels.

The Washington Campus (TWC) is a non-profit, non-partisan, higher education consortium based in Washington, D.C. Consortium members and other partnering institutions include some of the world's leading universities and business schools. The Washington Campus was founded in December 1978 and held its first executive and academic programs in 1979. The lead founder of the consortium, L. William Seidman, was the former economic advisor to President Gerald Ford and the 14th Chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.The Campus' mission is to ensure that executives and students alike are given the opportunity to better understand the interactions of business, government, and public policy, in order to enhance their effectiveness as organizational leaders. With a variety of experiential programs and credit-granting courses, The Washington Campus is a unique organization that plays an essential role in management education. Approximately 1,500 participants take part in programs with The Washington Campus each year. Programs are created for and attended by Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Executive MBA students, as well as graduate accounting and select honors undergraduate students. Students from other graduate and professional schools also frequently participate in Campus programs for academic credit. This includes both joint degree students (e.g., JD-MBA, MD-MBA), as well as students from medical and law school, and from schools and programs such as Master of Public Policy and Master of Public Administration, Master of Public Health and Master of Health Administration, Master of Finance, and many other specialty masters programs.

The Church of the Epiphany, built in 1844, is an historic Episcopal church located at 1317 G Street, N.W., in Washington, D.C. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 10, 1971. The parish had been organized in 1842, and the new building consecrated in 1852. During the next five years, a tower, transepts and chancel were added. In 1858, the congregation established the Epiphany Church home to help the poor and sick. The American Civil War split the congregation. As Senator, Jefferson Davis had rented pew no. 14, and three of his children were confirmed at the church. After secession, when Davis moved to Richmond, Virginia and became the Confederacy's president, that pew was rented by Secretary of War Edwin Stanton. On March 6, 1862, President Abraham Lincoln attended the funeral of General Frederick Lander at this church, which also served as a hospital between May and December of that year.

The Center for American Progress (CAP) is a public policy research and advocacy organization which presents a liberal viewpoint on economic and social issues. It has its headquarters in Washington, D.C. The president and chief executive officer of CAP is Patrick Gaspard, a former diplomat and labor leader, who served most recently as the president of the Open Society Foundations. Gaspard succeeded Neera Tanden, who was appointed special advisor to President Joe Biden in May 2021. Tanden previously worked for the Obama and Clinton administrations and for Hillary Clinton's campaigns. The first president and CEO was John Podesta, who has served as White House Chief of Staff to U.S. President Bill Clinton and as the chairman of the 2016 presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton. Podesta remained with the organization as chairman of the board until he joined the Obama White House staff in December 2013.
