The Fairview Avenue North Bridge is a road bridge in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States, crossing a shallow arm of Lake Union. The original timber-pile bridge was built in 1948 and expanded with a concrete span in 1963. Both bridges were replaced by a new span that opened in 2021.

This approach results in homogeneous ADC products that are stably conjugated.In 2014, Allozyne was acquired by MedImmune, based on its ADC technology. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Following Hill's 1931 death, the home remained vacant until its purchase in 1937 by Theodore and Guendolen Plestcheeff. Guendolen Plestcheeff, a notable local preservationist, remained resident at the property until her death in 1994.In 2016 the home went on sale for $15 million.

Terry Pettus Park is a 0.9-acre (3,600 m2) park located in Seattle, Washington, on the eastern shoreline of Lake Union at Fairview Avenue E. and E. Newton Street. It includes shoreline access and a public float. The park is named after Terry Pettus, an activist who played a crucial role in saving Lake Union's houseboats.
