Wembley Intercity Depot (alternatively, Wembley Brent Depot) is an Electric Traction Depot located in Wembley, London Borough of Brent, England. The depot is situated alongside Wembley Yard, on the eastern side of the West Coast Main Line, to the south of Wembley Central station. The depot code is WB. Part of the depot was originally known as Stonebridge Park Depot, which is also the name of the adjacent London Underground facility. Stonebridge Park station, on the Watford DC and Bakerloo lines, is to the immediate south-east and Willesden Brent Sidings are across the A406 North Circular Road, also to the south-east.

Stonebridge Park Depot was also the historic name for part of Wembley Intercity DepotStonebridge Park Depot is a stabling and maintenance depot for trains on the Bakerloo line of the London Underground in England. It opened in 1979, as part of the restructuring that resulted in the Bakerloo line's Stanmore branch becoming part of the Jubilee line. It is the main depot on the Bakerloo line, and has been used for stabling stock dating from 1938, 1959 and 1972. In addition, trains of 1972 Stock from the Northern line have been transferred to the depot temporarily for overhaul.

The White Horse Bridge is a footbridge that crosses the tracks at Wembley Stadium railway station leading up to Wembley Stadium in Wembley Park, England. It was designed by Steve Chilton for architects Marks Barfield and engineered by Halcrow. It replaced an old concrete footbridge which was probably built for the British Empire Exhibition. The project also included the construction of a public square. The bridge's name was chosen in May 2005, after a BBC Five Live poll. It is named after a grey (though appearing white in old black and white photographs and films) Metropolitan Police horse, named 'Billy', that was used to restore order after the huge numbers of spectators (estimated at between 200,000 and 300,000) who turned up to witness the 1923 FA Cup Final spilled onto the pitch before kick off. That game, the first to be held at the old Wembley Stadium, was won by Bolton Wanderers, beating West Ham United 2–0.Unlike the old footbridge, the new structure was designed to cope with up to 12,000 people an hour, the estimated number of users during match days. The bridge and square opened in 2008. They now give easy access from the Chiltern Line to London Designer Outlet.

Wembley Stadium railway station is a Network Rail station in Wembley, Greater London, on the Chiltern Main Line. It is the nearest station to Wembley Stadium, and is located a quarter of a mile (400 m) south west of the sports venue.

Tokyngton, also locally known as Monks Park, is a locality that forms the southeastern part of the town of Wembley in Greater London, in the London Borough of Brent, England. Most refer it as being either Wembley or Stonebridge, as the name Tokyngton is historical and out of favour, hardly used by locals and not noted as a destination on road signs, except for street names and public places bearing the name. Tokyngton was first mentioned in 1171, its name meaning "the farm of the sons of Toca". However the name does officially survive as an electoral ward of Brent London Borough Council. The name Monks Park which is often used locally derives from the Neeld family, money lenders to King George III, who owned land in the then village of Tokyngton and lived away at a place called Monk's Park in Corsham, Wiltshire.Today the area covers part of the Harrow Road (A404) and the residential neighbourhood north of it, directly to the south and south-east of Wembley Stadium (separated from it by the Chiltern Main Line tracks). It is also west of Neasden's St Raphael's Estate (separated by Tokyngton Recreation Ground and the River Brent) and north-east of Alperton (separated by the Stonebridge Park Depot and its accompanying rail tracks). The A406 North Circular Road passes to the southeast. Tokyngton is served by two stations: Stonebridge Park on the Bakerloo and Watford DC Lines, and Wembley Stadium on the Chiltern Main Line.

London Hackspace (abbreviated LHS) is a non-profit hackerspace in London, UK, established in 2009. Originally located in Islington, it moved to Hoxton in July 2010, and later to Wembley. In 2012, it was the largest hackerspace in the United Kingdom by membership, with over 1000 paying members.

The Wembley Central rail crash was a fatal railway accident that occurred on 11 October 1984 just outside Wembley Central railway station, Greater London. The 17:54 passenger train from London Euston to Bletchley, formed of two Class 310 electric multiple units, collided with a Freightliner train which was leaving Willesden yard. The first two coaches of the passenger train overturned onto their sides and three passengers were killed; 17 passengers and the driver were injured. The passenger train had passed a signal at 'danger' after the driver had suffered a transient episode of amnesia, brought about by a rare medical condition. As a result, he had cancelled the AWS warnings at the signals approaching Wembley without realising.

Alperton Community School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status. It has a specialism in maths, computing and arts and it is located in the Alperton area of the London Borough of Brent, England. It has approximately 1750 students. The school converted to Cooperative Academy status in September 2012.The school is divided into two sites: the lower school on Ealing Road near Alperton Underground station, consisting of Years 7, 8 and 9 and the upper school on Stanley Avenue, consisting of Years 10, 11, 12 and 13. The lower school has recently been renovated.In 2018, Andria Zafirakou, an Arts and Textiles teacher at Alperton Community School was awarded the Global Teacher Prize 2018.July 2016 the Ofsted report judged the school to be “Good with Outstanding Leadership and Management”.

London Designer Outlet (abbreviated LDO) is a semi-outdoor shopping centre in Wembley in the London Borough of Brent. Located on Wembley Park Boulevard adjacent to both Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena, it opened in 2013 as the first outlet centre in Greater London.
