Alperton Community School

St James Church Alperton was a Gothic Revival Anglican Parish church, built in Alperton in the London Borough of Brent in London. It was situated on Stanley Avenue in the London Borough of Brent. Consecrated in 1912, the Church was declared to be a redundant church on the February 7, 1989, and was subsequently demolished in 1990 to make way for a replacement modern church, St James Church Centre.

The Wembley Central rail crash was a fatal railway accident that occurred on 11 October 1984 just outside Wembley Central railway station, Greater London. The 17:54 passenger train from London Euston to Bletchley, formed of two Class 310 electric multiple units, collided with a Freightliner train which was leaving Willesden yard. The first two coaches of the passenger train overturned onto their sides and three passengers were killed; 17 passengers and the driver were injured. The passenger train had passed a signal at 'danger' after the driver had suffered a transient episode of amnesia, brought about by a rare medical condition. As a result, he had cancelled the AWS warnings at the signals approaching Wembley without realising.

Alperton () is an area of north west London, England, within the London Borough of Brent. It forms the southern part of the town of Wembley and is 7.5 miles (12 km) west north-west of Charing Cross. It includes a handful of high-rise and many mid-rise buildings as well as streets of low-rise houses with gardens. It adjoins the Grand Union Canal's Paddington Arm, which is fed by the Brent Reservoir.

Alperton is a London Underground station on the Uxbridge branch of the Piccadilly line. The station is between Sudbury Town and Park Royal, in Travelcard Zone 4. It is located on Ealing Road (A4089 road) a short distance from the junction with Bridgewater Road (A4005) and is close to Alperton Bus Garage and the Paddington branch of the Grand Union Canal. The station was refurbished in 2006.

Stonebridge Park Depot was also the historic name for part of Wembley Intercity DepotStonebridge Park Depot is a stabling and maintenance depot for trains on the Bakerloo line of the London Underground in England. It opened in 1979, as part of the restructuring that resulted in the Bakerloo line's Stanmore branch becoming part of the Jubilee line. It is the main depot on the Bakerloo line, and has been used for stabling stock dating from 1938, 1959 and 1972. In addition, trains of 1972 Stock from the Northern line have been transferred to the depot temporarily for overhaul.

The Wembley Central Mosque (formerly the St Andrew's Presbyterian Church) is a mosque in the London Borough of Brent. The principal mosque in North West London, it is located on Ealing Road, Wembley, and serves the United Kingdom’s fifth largest Muslim community, which is predominantly Pakistani and Bangladeshi. Along with the adjacent Muslim Welfare Association, it can hold up to 2200 people.

Wembley Central is an electoral ward of the London Borough of Brent. It was expanded in 2002 to include part of the Barham ward, which was abolished. The population of the ward at the 2011 Census was 14,727.

Stonebridge Park power station was a private supply electricity generating station in Wembley north west London. It supplied direct current electricity to the adjacent Euston to Watford electric railway lines from 1914 to 1967.

Ark Elvin Academy (formerly Copland Community School) is a mixed secondary school and sixth form located in Wembley area of the London Borough of Brent. 92% of students are of minority ethnic origin, 36% qualify for free school meals, and over 50 different languages are spoken by students. Wembley Intercity Depot (alternatively, Wembley Brent Depot) is an Electric Traction Depot located in Wembley, London Borough of Brent, England. The depot is situated alongside Wembley Yard, on the eastern side of the West Coast Main Line, to the south of Wembley Central station. The depot code is WB. Part of the depot was originally known as Stonebridge Park Depot, which is also the name of the adjacent London Underground facility. Stonebridge Park station, on the Watford DC and Bakerloo lines, is to the immediate south-east and Willesden Brent Sidings are across the A406 North Circular Road, also to the south-east.

Wembley Central is an interchange station on the West Coast Main Line (WCML), London Overground and London Underground on the Watford DC line in Wembley, in north-west London, served by suburban services operated by London Underground and Arriva Rail London and regional services operated by London Northwestern Railway and Southern services. It is on the east-west High Road. The station serves Wembley Stadium and the nearby Wembley Arena.

West Twyford (also known as Twyford Abbey) is a small residential area forming a northeastern corner of the London Borough of Ealing directly northeast of Hanger Lane station and north of Park Royal, south of the London Borough of Brent and the River Brent. It was historically an extra-parochial area, then civil parish (1866-1926), in Middlesex, England. It is in the small part of its borough having a NW postcode.
