Duncansville is a borough in Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Altoona, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area. Duncansville is one of the communities that comprises the Altoona Urban Area. The population was 1,258 at the 2020 census.

It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.The CDP is in western Blair County, in the eastern part of Allegheny Township. It is bordered to the west by U.S. Route 22/Pennsylvania Route 764, to the south by the US-22/Interstate 99 interchange, and to the east by the Altoona–Hollidaysburg line of the Norfolk Southern Railway. Altoona is 6 miles (10 km) to the north, Duncansville is 2 miles (3 km) to the south, and Hollidaysburg is 3 miles (5 km) to the southeast. Cross Keys is in the valley of Beaverdam Branch, which flows southeastward to join the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River east of Hollidaysburg.

It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.The CDP is in south-central Blair County, in the northern part of Blair Township. It is bordered to the northeast by Hollidaysburg, the county seat, and to the north by Duncansville. Interstate 99 forms the northwestern edge of the CDP, and Pennsylvania Route 36 forms the eastern edge. It is 9 miles (14 km) south of Altoona.

It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.The CDP is in western Blair County, in the eastern part of Allegheny Township. It is named for the valley in which it sits, drained to the east by Spencer Run coming down from the Allegheny Front. Carson Valley Road leads east to Pennsylvania Route 764 at Cross Keys and west up the valley 2 miles (3 km) to the foot of the Allegheny Front escarpment. U.S. Route 22, a four-lane freeway, runs south and west of Carson Valley, with the closest access to the east from PA 764. Altoona is 6 miles (10 km) north of the CDP, and Hollidaysburg is 4 miles (6 km) to the southeast. Cresson is 12 miles (19 km) to the west via Route 22.

Foot of Ten is a census-designated place in Allegheny and Juniata Townships in Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located approximately one mile west of the small borough Duncansville on Foot of Ten Road, and about 2.5 miles (4 km) north of the even smaller borough Newry. It is often considered a region of Duncansville, despite lying outside the borough limits. As of the 2010 census, the population was 672 residents.The town was named Foot of Ten because of its location at the foot of the tenth inclined plane of the Allegheny Portage Railroad.

The community is also known as Canan.The CDP is in west-central Blair County, in the northeastern part of Allegheny Township. It is 5 miles (8 km) south of the center of Altoona and 3 miles (5 km) north of Duncansville and is on the west side of the valley of Beaverdam Branch, which flows southeastward through Hollidaysburg to the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River.
