Brunnadern

Neckertal is a municipality in the Toggenburg district of the Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. It was formed on January 1, 2009, through the merger of Brunnadern, St. Peterzell, and Mogelsberg. On 1 January 2023 the former municipalities of Hemberg and Oberhelfenschwil merged into the new municipality of Neckertal.

Brunnadern-Neckertal railway station (German: Bahnhof Brunnadern-Neckertal) is a railway station in Brunnadern, in the Swiss canton of St. Gallen. It is an intermediate station on the Bodensee–Toggenburg railway and is served as a request stop by local trains only.

Wasserfluh Pass (el. 848 m.) is a mountain pass in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. It connects Lichtensteig and Brunnadern. The pass road has a maximum grade of 10 percent and an elevation gain of 345 m. Overlooking the pass are the ruins of Neu-Toggenburg castle (47.3296°N 9.1127°E / 47.3296; 9.1127), built by the counts of Toggenburg in the late 12th century (excavated 1937/8).

Mogelsberg railway station (German: Bahnhof Mogelsberg) is a railway station in Mogelsberg, in the Swiss canton of St. Gallen. It is an intermediate station on the Bodensee–Toggenburg railway and is served as a request stop by local trains only.

St. Peterzell is a municipality in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. It was an independent municipality until January 1, 2009, when it merged with Brunnadern and Mogelsberg to form the municipality of Neckertal.

Oberhelfenschwil is a former municipality in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. On 1 January 2023 the former municipalities of Hemberg and Oberhelfenschwil merged into the new municipality of Neckertal.

Mogelsberg is a municipality in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Mogelsberg was an independent municipality until January 1, 2009, when it merged with Brunnadern and St. Peterzell to form the municipality of Neckertal.

Hemberg is a former municipality in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. On 1 January 2023 the former municipalities of Hemberg and Oberhelfenschwil merged into the new municipality of Neckertal.

Lichtensteig is a municipality in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

Toggenburg is a region of Switzerland. It corresponds to the upper valley of the river Thur and that of its main tributary, the Necker. Since 1 January 2003, Toggenburg has been a constituency (Wahlkreis) of the canton of St. Gallen (SFOS number 1727).
