Watermael-Boitsfort (French) or Watermaal-Bosvoorde (Dutch) is a residential suburb of the city of Brussels in Belgium, and one of the 19 municipalities which form the Brussels-Capital Region. The municipality has a total area of 13 square kilometres (5.0 sq mi) of which 58 percent is covered by the Sonian Forest (Forêt de Soignes or Zoniënwoud). It borders the municipalities of Uccle, Auderghem and Ixelles as well as the province of Flemish Brabant. In 2006 the municipality had a total population of 24,056. In common with all of Brussels' municipalities, it is legally bilingual (French–Dutch).

Herrmann-Debroux is a Brussels metro station located in Auderghem, serving as the eastern terminus of Line 5. The station was opened in 1985. It is named after the Belgian politician and former Mayor of Auderghem, Carl Herrmann-Debroux.

Demey is one of the Brussels metro stations on the eastern branch of line 5 and was opened in 1977. it is named after a former Mayor of Auderghem, Gustave Demey. Until the opening of the extension to Herrmann-Debroux in 1985, Demey station was the eastern terminus of line 1A. This part of line 1A became part of line 5 in April 2009. The station is located in Auderghem.

Rue Pierre Schoonejans is street in Brussels in the municipality of Auderghem that goes from the Chaussée de Wavre to Avenue Joseph Cauldron. Its length is 220 meters (715 feet).

Auderghem (former Dutch spelling, now used in French; pronounced [odəʁɡɛm]) or Oudergem (Dutch: [ˈʌudərɣɛm] (listen)) is one of the 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region (Belgium). Located to the southeast of the region, along the Woluwe valley and at the entrance to the Sonian Forest (French: Forêt de Soignes, Dutch: Zoniënwoud), the municipality has an environmental advantage. Despite large roads slicing through and the increasing traffic, it has been able to preserve a relatively important part of its natural and historic legacy: the creeks, the Red Cloister Abbey and its art centre, the Priory of Val-Duchesse, the Château of Three Fountains (French: Trois Fontaines, Dutch: Drie Fonteinen), the Château of Saint Anne, and the remarkable Chapel of Saint Anne. Auderghem is adjacent to the municipalities of Etterbeek, Ixelles, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, and Watermael-Boitsfort. In common with all of Brussels’ municipalities, it is legally bilingual (French–Dutch). The municipality is governed by its 16th mayor, Didier Gosuin (FDF).

The International School of Brussels (ISB) is an English-language international school that provides an international education to over 1350 students aged 3–18 from over 70 countries. Its 40-acre (16 ha) campus lies in the Brussels commune of Watermael-Boitsfort, about 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) southeast of the city centre, and 21 km from Brussels International Airport

Boitsfort railway station (Dutch: Station Bosvoorde) is a railway station located in the municipality of Watermael-Boitsfort in Brussels, Belgium and operated by the SNCB/NMBS. It is on the line 161 connecting Brussels and Namur, between the stations of Watermael and Groenendaal. The Boitsfort railway station can be accessed via the Chaussée de La Hulpe/Terhulpsesteenweg next to the Sonian Forest and the Boitsfort Hippodrome. Many companies have offices nearby the station, for instance Emakina, Asahi Glass Co. and SAP AG.

Rouge Cloître (French) or Rood-Klooster (Dutch) is a former Augustinian Priory, founded in 1367. It is located in the Sonian Forest, in south-eastern Brussels, Belgium. It was abolished in 1796. Today, it is administered from Auderghem, which is a commune of Brussels. This area on the edge of the forest, surrounded by lakes through which the Roodkloosterbeek (Rouge-Cloître stream) passes, has been called the Rouge-Cloître estate from the 16th century until the present day. It was used for hunting in the 16th and 17th centuries and today is popular with nature-lovers and ramblers.

The Château of Val-Duchesse (French: Château de Val-Duchesse, Dutch: Kasteel van Hertoginnedal) is a mansion and estate situated in the municipality of Auderghem in the Brussels-Capital Region of Belgium. The château, which occupies the site of a former priory, is owned by the Belgian Royal Trust. Val-Duchesse played an important role as a venue for negotiations in Belgian and European politics after World War II. In 1956, Paul Henri Spaak led the Intergovernmental Conference on the Common Market and Euratom at the château, which prepared the Treaties of Rome in 1957 and the foundation of the European Economic Community and Euratom in 1958. The first formal meeting of the Hallstein Commission, the first European Commission, under the presidency of Walter Hallstein, was held on 16 January 1958 at the château.From 23-25 April 1990, it hosted the Western European Union International Conference which agreed the sequence of accession of the Eastern European Countries of the former Warsaw Pact to European structures.More recently, it has twice hosted the Belgo-British Conference, in 2002 and 2006.

Beaulieu is one of the Brussels Metro stations on the eastern branch of line 5 in Auderghem. It was opened in 1976. Until 1977 it was the eastern terminus of what was line 1A, when the extension to Demey station was opened. In 1985 the line was further extended to Herrmann-Debroux. In April 2009 this branch became part of line 5. The station takes its name from the nearby Avenue de Beaulieu.

The CBR Building is a functionalist office building situated in Watermael-Boitsfort, a municipality of Brussels, Belgium. Designed by the architects Constantin Brodzki and Marcel Lambrichs and built between 1967 and 1970, its prefabricated modular facade showcases white concrete instead of hiding it as a construction material, classifying the building as a New Brutalist piece of architecture. In November 2018, it was added to the list of protected heritage within the Brussels-Capital Region.

The Japanese School of Brussels a.s.b.l. (ブラッセル日本人学校, Burasseru Nihonjin Gakkō, JSB) is a Japanese international school located in Auderghem, Brussels. The school serves elementary and junior high school levels. It is Belgium's only Japanese international school. The Japanese Supplementary School of Brussels (ブラッセル日本人学校補習校, Burasseru Nihonjin gakkō hoshūkō), a supplementary school operated on Saturdays, is held on the premises of the JSB.The presence of the school has drawn Japanese families with school-aged children to the area around the school. Marie Conte-Helm, author of The Japanese and Europe: Economic and Cultural Encounters, wrote that the school "acts as a focal point for all local Japanese." Chin Ling Pang (Chinese: 彭靜蓮; pinyin: Péng Jìnglián), the author of Negotiating Identity in Contemporary Japan: The Case of Kikokushijo, wrote that the Japanese School of Brussels "functions as a microcosm of the Japanese community in Brussels."School's funding comes from Japanese companies and the Ministry of Education of Japan (Monbusho) in an equal proportion, along with tuition fees paid by parents of Saturday school pupils. Revenue in 2019-2020 school year was 2,085,580 euros with expenses being 1,721,896 euros .
