Lechon (or LeChon) is a South American restaurant in Portland, Oregon's Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, in the United States. Jaco Smith opened the restaurant, which serves Argentine and Chilean cuisine, in August 2015.

The Fechheimer & White Building is a historic building located at 233 SW Naito Parkway in Portland, Oregon. Designed by an unknown architect, it was built in 1885 and features cast-iron by Willamette Iron Works. It is adjacent to the Hallock–McMillan Building. In 1975, it was listed as a "primary landmark" in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) nomination of the Portland Skidmore/Old Town Historic District, the building's designation subsequently "translated" to "contributing property" under post-1970s NRHP terminology. The building's year of construction has been given alternatively as 1870, as opposed to 1885. (The National Historic Landmark nomination form for the Skidmore/Old Town Historic District uses both dates for the building, in separate sections, without explanation – an inconsistency.)

The fountain is a contributing property of and the namesake for the Skidmore/Old Town Historic District, which is also a National Historic Landmark.The fountain has also been designated a Portland Historic Landmark and underwent restoration in 2005.

The Hallock–McMillan Building, also known as the Hallock and McMillan Building, is the first and oldest commercial brick building in Portland, Oregon, located downtown at 237 SW Naito Parkway. The building was designed by Absalom Hallock and completed in 1857. It is adjacent to the Fechheimer & White Building. Home Forward, established in 1941 as the Housing Authority of Portland, is a housing authority that serves Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas in Multnomah County, Oregon, United States. Home Forward maintains properties in Portland, Gresham, and Fairview.

Kells Irish Pub is a pub in Portland, Oregon, United States. The restaurant is housed in the Glisan Building, in the southwest portion of the city's Old Town Chinatown neighborhood. Opened in 1990, the restaurant is owned and operated by Gerard and Lucille McAleese. Their son Garrett opened Kells Brew Pub (now Kells Brewery) in northwest Portland in 2012. Since 1995, money affixed to the ceiling has been donated to charity. The restaurant also hosts an annual Kells Irish Festival, and hosted the first Irish Beer Festival in 2017.

Pine Street Market is a food hall in the United Carriage and Baggage Transfer Building in the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, curated by Feast Portland co-founder Mike Thelin. The building's renovation cost $5 million. The market opened in April 2016.

Raven's Manor is a cocktail lounge in Portland, Oregon. Inspired by haunted houses, the bar was founded by Jared Bradley and Rebecca Vega in 2021 and has been compared to Disneyland's Haunted Mansion.

No Vacancy Lounge (NVL) was a short-lived nightclub in Portland, Oregon's Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, in the United States. "No Vacancy" began in 2014 as a party hosted at various local venues. NVL opened in a former McCormick & Schmick's restaurant December 2017, following an approximately $1 million renovation. The venue was named Willamette Week's 2018 Bar of the Year. The club hosted a variety of acts and events but was most known for electronic dance music (EDM). Conflict between NVL, a neighboring tenant, and the property manager began almost immediately. In February 2019, the bar closed as the result of the dispute and financial difficulties; some scheduled events were moved to other venues.
