Dragon Mart (Arabic: سوق التنين) is a set of two adjacent shopping malls in Dubai International City, a suburb in Warsan 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dragon Mart is 1.2 kilometre long and is the "largest Chinese retail trading hub outside mainland China". It is includes the largest concentration of Chinese businesses in the UAE.

The park is located on Al Warqa 5 on the Hatta Road.The park has around 3000 animals from 78 species of mammals – including 10 different carnivores and 17 primates, 50 types of reptiles, 111 kinds of birds, and amphibians and invertebrates.The park replaced the Dubai Zoo on its 50th anniversary. On May 15, 2018, the park closed for renovations and improvements until being reopened in October 2020.

Warsan or Warisan (Arabic: ورسان) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Warsan is an industrial neighbourhood of Dubai, bordering Al Warqaa to the north and Nad Al Sheba to the west. Warsan is subdivided into four localities — Warsan 1, Warsan 2, Warsan 3 and Warsan 4. The community is sparsely populated and is predominantly industrial, with the Dubai Sewage and Treatment Plant located in it. The new development, Dubai International City, will occupy much of the community. Other landmarks in the locality include Desert Palm Dubai, Al Aweer Power Station and Warsan Lake. Warsan is bounded to the north by route E 44 (Al Awir Road) and to the west by route E 311 (Emirates Road).

Mushrif Park (in Arabic: حديقة مشرف) is 5.25 square kilometre (1300 acre) family-oriented park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is located in the eastern part of the city (near the suburb of Khawaneej), about 16 km (10 mi) from the traditional center of Dubai. The park was created in early 1980s by Dubai Municipality and was widely expanded and refurbished in 1989. Besides presenting 13 models of houses from around the world. The park presents other facilities including bicycle track, electronic entertaining games, football fields, theater screenings, excursion and barbeque services. The entry fee to Mushrif Park is 10 dirhams per car. To use the swimming pool the cost is 10 dirhams and kids below 100 Cm enter for free. The park is open daily from 0800 to 2300 (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM).The park is located near Dubai International Airport which has promoted the hobby of Aircraft spotting in the region.

Nad Al Hammar (Arabic: ند الحمر) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Nad Al Hammar is a small, residential and industrial community located in Dubai. The routes E 311 (Emirates Road) and E 44 (Ras Al Khor Road) form the eastern and southern peripheries of Nad Al Hammar. Nad Al Hammar is on the outskirts of Dubai city limits and has a small residential community. A Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) substation is located in the southeast of Nad Al Hammar.

Arab Unity School is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The school educates about 3000 in Kindergarten to Grade 13, to the IGCSE curriculum and for A levels. The school's director and founder was Zainab Taher until she died in Mumbai on Monday, 2 May 2022. Arab Unity was founded in 1974.
