Nad Al Hammar

Nad Shamma (Arabic: ند شما) or Nad Al Shamma is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located south of Dubai International Airport and was originally part of the locality of Al Rashidiya. Nad Shamma is bordered to the south by Nad Al Hammar, to the east by Umm Ramool, to the north by Mirdif and to the west by Al Rashidiya. Route E 311 ( Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road ) forms the eastern periphery of the locality. Nad Shamma is a developing area and is largely residential. It houses several villas and town houses.

Dubai Towers Dubai was a proposed four tower complex in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is now cancelled. The developer, Sama Dubai, intended this to form the centrepiece of The Lagoons, a megaproject located on Dubai Creek which was to consist of seven islands. The towers were planned to have between 57 and 94 stories Although the heights are not known, it is believed the tallest would top 400 metres (1,310 ft), two others would rise beyond 300 metres (980 ft), and the fourth tower would rise at 230 m (750 ft). Sama Dubai was the Project Management company in charge of the project. Due to downturn in Dubai, the project was cancelled. As the Complex were not built, The Tower was proposed.

Al Warqa (Arabic: الورقاء, al-warqāʾ), sometimes spelled Al Warqa`a or Al Warqaa is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located southeast of Dubai Creek, Al Warqaa is bordered to the north by Mirdif, the west by Nad Al Hammar- Awir and the south by Warsan or International City. The routes E 311 (Emirates Road) and E 44 (Al Awir Road) form the western and southern peripheries of Al Warqaa. Once a sparsely populated industrial locality close to Dubai city limits, Al Warqaa is now experiencing considerable growth due to the development of International City and other real estate projects near the area. Al Warqaa is divided into subcommunities, from Al Warqaa 1 — Al Warqa´a 5. Some landmarks in Al Warqaa include Dubai Municipality garbage disposal centre Aswaaq mall and Al Warqa Grand Mosque.

Orbi Dubai is an interactive visitor attraction in Mirdif City Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the third Orbi attraction in the world and the first to open outside of Japan.

City Centre Mirdif is a shopping mall in the residential area of Mirdif, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It opened on 26 March 2010, and is developed and managed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties. City Centre Mirdif has a gross leasable area of 196,000 m2 and houses 465 retail stores.

Al Rashidiya (Arabic: الراشدية) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Rashidiya is located south of Dubai International Airport in Deira, the eastern region of Dubai. The locality is bounded to the north by route D 89 (Al Khawaneej Road), the west by route D 62 (Nad Al Hammar Road) and the east by route E 311 (Emirates Road). A local street, "201 Road", separates Al Rashidiya from the locality of Nad Al Shamma. Al Rashidiya borders Dubai International Airport to the north, Umm Ramool to the west, Nad Al Shamma to the south and Mirdif to the east. Local roads in Al Rashidiya follow a grid plan, with even-numbered roads running northeast–southwest, and odd-numbered roads running northwest–southeast. Al Rashidiya shares the local road addressing system with the locality of Nad Al Shamma. Important landmarks in Al Rashidiya include Al Rashidiya Park, Nad shamma Park, Rashidiya Grand Mosque and Bin Sougat Shopping Mall. Al Rashidiya is a relatively wealthy neighbourhood of expatriates and Emiratis. The locality is dotted with independent villas and town homes. Dubai's Airport Tunnel, part of which connects Al Rashidiya to Al Qusais, was the longest tunnel in the Middle East when it was built. The tunnel is 1.6 km (0.99 mi) long and cost Dh. 686 million (US$ 190 million).

Dubai Central Fruit and Vegetable Market also known as Al Aweer market, Dubai Municipality Fruit and Vegetable Market and 'Ras Al Khor Fruit and Vegetable Market' (Arabic: سوق الخضار والفواكه العوير) is the wholesale market controlled by Dubai Municipality . It is located on Ras Al Khor 3, bordered by Al Awir , central Dubai near Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Dubai Creek Tower (Arabic: برج خور دبي) is a supported observation tower to be built in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The preliminary cost of the tower is AED 3.67 billion (US$1 billion). It was expected to be completed in 2022 at the earliest, but the completion date is unknown since, as of now, the tower is on hold because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The tower was initially known as The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour. The final height has not been disclosed, but project developer Emaar officially talks about a minimum height of at least 1,300 metres (4,300 ft), which will surpass the height of Burj Khalifa, Dubai's tallest skyscraper, and its arch-rival, the 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) Kingdom Tower in Saudi Arabia. Upon completion, it will become the tallest supported tower in the world.

Etisalat (Arabic: اتصالات) is a rapid transit station on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE.Trial running began in October 2010, with the station inaugurated on 9 September 2011 and opened to the public the next day, 10 September 2011.The station is located on Al Nahda Street, between Al Qusais and Al Twar, and north of Dubai International Airport. It is close to Al Qusais Pond Park. It is also close to the junction of Al Nahda Street with the major Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E 311).The station continues to the network's depot.

Centrepoint (Arabic: سنتربوينت, Arabic pronunciation: [sintr bu'int]) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE.The eastern terminus of the line, it is one of 3 metro stations with a park and ride lot, the others being Etisalat and Jabal Ali.The station was previously known as Rashidiya, on 4th August 2021 it was renamed as Centrepoint.

Creek (aka Dubai Creek, Arabic: الخور) is a rapid transit station on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. It serves as the western terminus of the line.The station officially opened on 1 March 2014. The Green Line was initially designed to terminate at Dubai Healthcare City, but an extension was added to Dubai Creek via Al Jadaf metro station. According to Gulf News in 2014, the plan to further extend the Green Line to Academic City is fully approved, in order to better serve the interests of residents in the Silicon Oasis and International City area. The Mohammed Bin Rashid Library is close to the station on Dubai Creek.

Umm Ramool (Arabic: أم رمول) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located in Deira in eastern Dubai and is bordered to the north by Dubai International Airport, to the east by Nad Shamma, to the west by Al Garhoud and to the south by Ras Al Khor. Umm Ramool is a residential and commercial community. Umm Ramool is one of the oldest industrial areas in Dubai. The area was connected to the Dubai Metro Red Line with the opening of the Emirates Station on 30 April 2010. The station is connected to the Emirates Office Building.
