Westmount is an older inner city neighbourhood located near the centre of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It mostly consists of low-density, single detached dwellings. As of 2009, the area is home to 2,232 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a lower-income area, with an average family income of $44,729, an average dwelling value of $162,491 and a home ownership rate of 68.9%. According to MLS data, the average sale price of a home as of 2013 was $207,347.

The Landa Residence (built 1911–1913) is a designated Municipal Heritage Property located in the Riversdale, neighborhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Thomas E. Heath, Saskatoon's Early Fire Chief lived in the home from 1913–1915. In 1921, the house became the family residence of William and Fanny Landa, the first Jewish family to settle in Saskatoon. William Landa was a carriage maker who immigrated from Russia established the Landa Carriage Works that eventually become the Landa Auto Body Works. The building is of a Pre-World War I Prairie Vernacular architectural style.The current owners received support from the City of Saskatoon Heritage Conservation Program to restore some of the historical elements of the building.

Caswell Hill is a district in the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It derives its name from an early homesteader Robert Caswell one of the Temperance Colonists of 1883. It is an area of beautiful character homes first built ca. 1905, tiny war-time houses, and newer houses. Caswell is a thriving and diverse community nestled between two economic areas, the downtown core, and the stores lining 33rd Street West. Caswell Hill is bounded by 22nd Street to the south, H Avenue to the west, 33rd Street to the north, and Idylwyld Drive to the east.

Saskatoon is named after the saskatoon berry which is native to the region, and is itself derived from the Cree misâskwatômina. The city has a significant Indigenous population and several urban Reserves. The city has nine river crossings and is nicknamed "Paris of the Prairies" and "Bridge City". Historic neighbourhoods of Saskatoon include Nutana and Riversdale, which were separate towns before amalgamating with the town of Saskatoon and incorporating as a city in 1906. Nutana, Riversdale, their historic main streets of Broadway Avenue and 20th Street, as well as the downtown core and other central neighbourhoods are seeing significant reinvestment and redevelopment. Sutherland, the rail town annexed by the city in 1956 that lies beyond the University lands, is now another historic old city.

Holiday Park is a neighbourhood in south-central Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Located within Saskatoon's Ward 2, Councillor Hilary Gough represents the area's interests at City Hall. Holiday Park has an official neighbourhood association which sets out leisure activities, and provides community members a forum to discuss community issues such as neighbourhood watch, block parent programs, etc. This neighbourhood is surrounded by a plethora of amenities. To the south is Holiday Park golf course, commanding a championship 18-hole and executive 9-hole course. It is used year-round, providing snow golf and well-groomed cross country ski trails in the winter months. To the north is the Riversdale Tennis Club and Riversdale pool, an outdoor swimming pool with water slide features. To the west is the Gordie Howe Management Area with Gordie Howe Bowl, Baseball Diamonds, Speed Skating Oval. Along the east the Meewasin Valley Authority provides walking and biking trails along the South Saskatchewan River. Canoeists, water skiers, and kayakers have a wonderful time enjoying the convenience of the Saskatchewan River. Holiday Park's population is 1,400.

E. D. Feehan Catholic High School is a Catholic high school on the west side of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, in the neighbourhood known as Caswell Hill. It is operated by Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools. It was the only Catholic high school on the city's west end until 2008 when Bethlehem High School, located in the Blairmore Suburban Centre, opened its doors.

Riversdale is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, located near the downtown area. It includes the business district of 20th Street. It consists mostly of low-density, single detached dwellings. As of 2021, the area was home to 2,534 residents.Riversdale has experienced an economic and development boom since 2012 and has even been called Canada's Next Great Neighbourhood. However, the neighbourhood is still considered a lower-income area, with (based on the 2016 Canadian Census) an estimated median personal income of $25,920, an estimated average dwelling value of $210,842 and an estimated home ownership rate of 45.5% According to MLS data, the average sale price of a home as of 2021 was $214,724.Incorporated as a town in 1905, Riversdale was one of the three original settlements that merged to form the city of Saskatoon in 1906.

Saskatoon station is a historic railway station building in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It was built in 1908. It was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1976, and has also been protected as a Heritage Railway Station of Canada since 1990.Saskatoon earned the nickname Hub City from the contributions of the CPR, CNR and GTP. The station was situated on the Regina, Saskatchewan to Edmonton, Alberta rail line.

The Little Chief Service Station (built in 1929) is a designated Municipal Heritage Property located in the Riversdale, neighborhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It was originally built as a gas service station for Texaco Oil Company of Canada. Cars and farm vehicles were often serviced at the station while owners shopped in the Riversdale area. The restored building design makes use of white stucco walls, rounded roof tiles, decorative brick, heavy tiled cornices, roof parapets, iron windows and copper gutters.After renovations, the Saskatoon Police Service started using the building as a community policing station on April 29, 2003. In 2011 closing the community policing station was identified as a cost-saving measure, with a focus on having police officers on patrols in the neighborhood. The Riversdale Business Improvement District has been located there since May 2008.

The Roxy Theatre is a movie theatre (cinema) in the Riversdale neighborhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, built during the onset of the Great Depression. The interior is decorated in a Spanish Villa style with the walls covered with small balconies, windows and towers, giving the impression of a quaint Spanish village. The ceiling was painted dark blue, with twinkling lights set in the plaster, to give the impression of a night sky. It was built for sound pictures ("talkies"), and was Saskatoon's first air-conditioned building. It is one of the last remaining atmospheric movie palaces in Canada.

The Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of St. George was designed by architect the Very Reverend Philip Ruh, O.M.I. in 1923. It is located in Pleasant Hill, Core Neighbourhoods SDA, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and is the Episcopal See of the Bishop of the Saskatoon Eparchy.

The Fairbanks-Morse Warehouse is a heritage building located at 14 23rd Street East in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Formerly serving as a warehouse for the Fairbanks-Morse Company, the building has been converted into residential condominium lofts.
