Upper Tampa Bay Park

Mobbly Bayou Preserve is a 396-acre (160 ha) county preserve located at the north end of upper Tampa Bay in the city of Oldsmar in Pinellas County in the U.S. state of Florida. The preserve encompasses a wide diversity of upland and coastal plant communities. The preserve is managed through an interlocal agreement with the city of Oldsmar, which is responsible for managing two recreational areas. Upland, intertidal, and subtidal communities in the bayou have suffered significant environmental distress due to dense urbanization. Approximately 200 acres (80 ha) are targeted for restoration and enhancement of coastal communities using the Southwest Florida Water Management District, Pinellas County, and City of Oldsmar Parks and Recreation Department. Two major goals are to restore the bayou's tidal creek system's hydrology and enhance the degraded vegetation communities by removing exotic species and planting native species.

Braulio Alonso High School is a public high school located in Tampa, Florida, United States. It serves grades 9-12 for the Hillsborough County Public Schools. Alonso High is named after Braulio Alonso. He served on the board of directors in the National Education Association from 1958 to 1964, and was elected as its president in 1967, the first Hispanic to hold that office.Alonso High School's mascot is the Raven. WXGL (107.3 FM) is a commercial radio station licensed to St. Petersburg, Florida, and serving the Tampa Bay Area. It is owned by Cox Media Group and calls itself "The Eagle - Tampa Bay's Classic Hits." WXGL airs a classic hits radio format that leans toward classic rock, primarily from the 1980s and 1990s, although occasionally going older. Unlike rival Classic Hits station 104.7 WRBQ, The Eagle does not play pop or dance music from artists such as Madonna or Michael Jackson. WXGL broadcasts in the HD format. WXGL's studios are located in St. Petersburg on 4th Street North. The transmitter site is off Burbank Road in Oldsmar.

Tampa Bay Downs is an American Thoroughbred horse racing facility located in Westchase in Hillsborough County in the U.S. state of Florida, just outside Tampa. It opened in 1926 under the name Tampa Downs, and has also been known as Sunshine Park and Florida Downs and Turf Club.

Oldsmar is a city in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 13,591. The Oldsmar name dates to April 12, 1916 when automobile pioneer Ransom E. Olds purchased 37,541 acres (151.92 km2) of land by the northern part of Tampa Bay to establish "R. E. Olds-on-the-Bay". The name was later changed to Oldsmar, then to "Tampa Shores" in 1927, and finally back to Oldsmar in 1937. Oldsmar includes several parks along Tampa Bay, historic bungalows, a downtown, and a commercial area along West Hillsborough Avenue. The historical society operates a museum in Oldsmar, and the city erected a new library in 2008. It also includes a thoroughbred racetrack called Tampa Bay Downs. Oldsmar celebrates its history every year with Oldsmar Days and Nights, including parades, car shows (featuring the Oldsmobile), and carnival rides.

The Safety Harbor site is an archaeological site in Philippe Park at 2525 Philippe Parkway in Safety Harbor, Florida, United States. It is the type site for the Safety Harbor culture, and includes the largest remaining mound in the Tampa Bay area. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1964.

The Courtney Campbell Causeway is the northernmost bridge across Old Tampa Bay, carrying State Road 60 between Clearwater, Florida in Pinellas County and Tampa, Florida in Hillsborough County.

Gauzza Public Library, formerly known as the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Public Library, is part of the Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library System (THPL), as well as a member of the Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative (HCPLC). It is a 26,000 square foot facility located at 11211 Countryway Blvd. in Tampa, Florida. In addition to books, newspapers and magazines, the library provides DVDs, music, and internet access, as well as a variety of programs and activities and meeting rooms.
