Rue Pastourelle is a street in the third district (or arrondissement) of Paris. Its nearest metro stations are Arts et Métiers and Saint-Sébastien - Froissart. It starts at Rue Charlot and ends at Boulevard du Temple. The street is named for Roger Pastourelle who lived here in 1378 when he was a member of the French parliament.

The Marché des Enfants Rouges is the oldest covered market in Paris, France. It was established in 1628 as the "petit marché du Marais" and is located at 39 Rue de Bretagne in the Marais (3rd) arrondissement. The market has been listed as a historic monument since 1982. The name in English translates as "Market of the Red Children", and refers to the nearby "Hospice des Enfants-Rouges" where orphans were clothed in red (the color of charity). The market offers fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and bread, as well as restaurants where shoppers can buy cooked meals.

The Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature (Museum of Hunting and Nature) is a private museum of hunting and nature located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, France. The museum is served by the Rambuteau Paris Métro station. Exhibits focus on the relationships between humans and the natural environment through the traditions and practices of hunting. The museum has been characterized by the Smithsonian magazine as “one of the most rewarding and inventive in Paris", and is described in tourist guidebooks and other media as "quirky, astonishing, strange and eclectic".

The Carreau du Temple is a covered market in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, built in 1863. As part of a public consultation exercise undertaken in 2004 the local population voted that the Carreau should be redeveloped as polyvalent public space. The Carreau is scheduled to reopen in 2013.The carreau is situated near the former site of the Temple, the medieval enclosure of the Knights Templar, which gained notoriety as the prison where the Royal family were held during the French Revolution. In 1811 a wooden structure was erected on the site to house a permanent market, which was replaced by the current cast iron, brick and glass structure in 1863. The market specialised in selling clothes, but has declined in popularity. Major renovation of the Carreau du Temple is due to be completed by the end of 2013. During the work, the building was stripped to its metallic structure. Various facilities will be created below ground level and on the main floor. Among the new facilities is a 250-seat auditorium and 1,800 square metres (19,000 sq ft) of multipurpose space at ground level, and below ground level, sport and cultural facilities, including a recording studio. The capacity of the renovated building will be 2800 persons.

The Marais (Le Marais French: [lə maʁɛ] (listen); "the marsh") is a historic district in Paris, France. Long the aristocratic district of Paris, it hosts many outstanding buildings of historic and architectural importance. It spreads across parts of the 3rd and 4th arrondissements in Paris (on the Rive Droite, or Right Bank, of the Seine). Once shabby, the district has been rehabilitated and now sports trendy shopping and restaurants in streets such as Rue des Francs-Bourgeois and Rue des Rosiers.

The Duperré School of Applied Arts is a public college of art and design. The school is located in the Rue Dupetit-Thouars, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, near the Carreau du Temple, in the heart of Le Marais. Duperré School trains students for creative careers in fashion and textiles, as well as environmental and graphic design. In addition it has training programmes for designer-makers in textiles (embroidery, weaving and tapestry) and ceramics.

The Square du Temple is a garden in Paris, France in the 3rd arrondissement, established in 1857. It is one of 24 city squares planned and created by Georges-Eugène Haussmann and Jean-Charles Adolphe Alphand. The Square occupies the site of a medieval fortress in Paris, built by the Knights Templar. Parts of the fortress were later used as a prison during the French Revolution, and then demolished by the mid-19th century.

Galerie Maria Wettergren is a contemporary art and design gallery in Paris, France, founded and directed by Maria Wettergren. The gallery represents a selection of contemporary artists and designers working with different media. Interdisciplinary dialogues between art, design, architecture and crafts are central to the artistic direction of the gallery, with a strong focus on textile arts by women artists, art-design and kinetic photography. Galerie Maria Wettergren regularly participates in international art fairs such as The European Fine Art Fair (TEFAF) in New York & Maastricht; the Foire Internationale d'Art Contemporain (FIAC 'Hors les Murs'); Design Miami/Basel; and PAD Paris/London. The gallery is a member of the Comité Professionnel des Galeries d'Art.

Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Church (Église Sainte-Élisabeth-de-Hongrie de Paris) is a Roman Catholic church located at 195 rue du Temple, near Place de la Republique in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, France. It is named for Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, a Princess of Hungary in the 13th century who became known as a symbol of Christian charity.The first stone of the church was laid by Marie de Medicis in 1628. The facade was inspired by the Church of the Gesù in Rome and the Jesuit style, while the later architecture drew upon the Beaux-Arts architecture and neoclassicism. It was classified as an historic monument of France in 1937.
