Dragalevtsi Monastery of the Holy Mother of God of Vitosha (Bulgarian: Драгалевски манастир „Света Богородица Витошка“, Dragalevski manastir „Sveta Bogoroditsa Vitoshka“) is a Bulgarian Orthodox monastery on the lower slopes of Vitosha mountain on the outskirts of the capital Sofia in western Bulgaria. Founded in the mid-14th century by Bulgarian tsar Ivan Alexander, the monastery was abandoned after the Ottoman conquest of Sofia and reestablished in the late 15th century, when it became an important literary centre. The monastery church and some of its frescoes date from this period.

Boyana Lake is an artificial lake in Vitosha mountain near the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia. It is located 1.5 km Southeast from Sofia's Boyana neighborhood. Initially the boyana lake was a pond. It was later transformed into a lake with the establishment of the Vitosha aqueduct over Sofia in 1906. In the Vitosha lake you can find true toads from the family Bufonidae, true frogs from the family Ranidae, and Northern crested newts, a type of Salamandridae. The lake has an area of approximately 2000 square meters, and is located at 1027 meters altitude above sea level.

Bulgaria Mall is a shopping mall in Sofia, Bulgaria. It opened on December 1, 2012. It's retailers include both international and Bulgarian brands. The shopping center is positioned at the intersection of Bulgaria Boulevard and Todor Kableshkov boulevard, two major roads in Sofia. The mall was developed as a part of a mixed-use retail and office project, with approximately 130,000 m² of total built-up area (33,000 m² for the commercial area). The shopping center includes four underground levels (parking and a hypermarket of approx. 5,600 m²) and four above ground levels with retail and entertainment. The parking facility can accommodate approximately 1,100 parking spaces. The office portion of the development, which consists of an office high-rise tower and an office building, contains 25,000 m² of area to let. The mall has one of the biggest skylights in Central and Eastern Europe. The owners of Bulgaria Mall are Myles Summerfield and Nikola Yanakiev.

The Boyana Church (Bulgarian: Боянска църква, Boyanska tsărkva) is a medieval Bulgarian Orthodox church situated on the outskirts of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, in the Boyana quarter. In 1979, the building was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. The east wing of the two-storey church was originally constructed in the late 10th or early 11th century, then the central wing was added in the 13th century under the Second Bulgarian Empire, the whole building being finished with a further expansion to the west in the middle of the 19th century. A total of 89 scenes with 240 human images are depicted on the walls of the church.

Boyana (Bulgarian: Бояна [boˈjanɐ]) is a neighbourhood of the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, part of Vitosha municipality and situated 8 km south of the city centre, in the outskirts of Vitosha. Boyana is one of the most expensive parts of Sofia to live in. The residents are primarily wealthy business people, government officials and other prominent members of Bulgarian society. Formerly an outlying village, it was incorporated into Sofia in 1961.

Dragalevtsi (Bulgarian: Драгалевци [drɐɡɐˈlɛft͜si]) is a neighborhood of Sofia, which is located at the foot of Vitosha Mountain. It is part of the administrative district "Vitosha" of Sofia Municipality. Dragalevtsi is an affluent quarter built up with luxurious one-family country houses, villas and hotels.

Paradise Center in Sofia, Bulgaria is the largest mall in Bulgaria. It opened doors on 28 March 2013. The main investors are Bulfeld, Sofia and construction company Comfort, Varna. The building is located in Hladilnika neighbourhood near the South Park. The infrastructure in the area is currently being upgraded by expanding of several boulevards and the metro system. Vitosha Metro Station of Sofia Metro line 2 has been servicing the shopping mall since July 2016.

Buxton (Bulgarian: Бъкстон Bakston, pronounced [ˈbɤkstɔn]) is a south-western neighbourhood of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Part of Vitosha municipality, it lies between the Buxton Brothers (Bratya Buxton) Boulevard, the Tsar Boris III Boulevard and the Sofia ringroad adjacent to Boyana.The neighbourhood was named after the brothers Charles and Noel Buxton, British public figures and prominent advocates of the Bulgarian position on the Macedonian Question in the Balkan Wars and World War I. The central boulevard of the neighbourhood is also named after the brothers. Buxton features mostly single-family houses and mid- to high-rise residential architecture from the 60s–80s. It is serviced by Secondary School #2 Academician Emiliyan Stanev, Primary School #5 Ivan Vazov and Secondary Specialized School and Kindergarten for Hearing-impaired Children #2. The Vitosha municipality building is also located in the neighbourhood, and there is a Fantastico supermarket in Buxton.

Buxton Brothers Boulevard (Bulgarian: Булевард Братя Бъкстон, Bulevard Bratya Bakston) is a boulevard in south-western Sofia, Bulgaria. It connects Tsar Boris III Boulevard with the ring road. It is still paved with setts. The neighbourhoods located along Buxton Boulevard, listed in a north to south order, include Buxton, Pavlovo on the western side of the boulevard and Manastirski Livadi West on the eastern side. The boulevard is named after Charles and Noel Buxton brothers.

Vitosha Metro Station (Bulgarian: Метростанция „Витоша“) is a station on the Sofia Metro in Bulgaria, named after Vitosha mountain. It opened on 20 July 2016.

The Lozenetz University Hospital, also known as "the former Governmental Hospital" is one of the biggest hospitals in Bulgaria.The hospital was founded in 1948 – similar to the practice in former socialist countries – as a governmental clinic with the purpose of providing health care to employees of high state and government institutions. Bulgaria Boulevard (Bulgarian: Булевард „България“) is a boulevard and key thoroughfare connecting the centre of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, with the southern neighbourhoods of the city and Boyana. The National Palace of Culture is located close to the northern end of the boulevard, as after the intersection with Cherni Vrah Boulevard it continues as Evlogi Georgiev Boulevard towards Orlov most. The southern end of Bulgaria Boulevard is the intersection with the Sofia ring road towards Boyana, after which it is called Daskal St. Popandreev. Neighbourhoods located along or near Bulgaria Boulevard, listed in a north to south order, include Ivan Vazov, Hipodruma, Belite brezi, Strelbishte, Krasno selo, Motopista, Borovo, Buxton, Gotse Delchev, Bokar, Manastirski Livadi and Boyana.
