The nearby medieval Odiham Castle is of historical interest. At the centre of the village is the Fox and Goose public house.

Greywell Fen is a 38-hectare (94-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Greywell in Hampshire. It is a Nature Conservation Review site, Grade 2, and an area of 13 hectares (32 acres) is a nature reserve called Greywell Moors, which is managed by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.This 2-kilometre (1.2-mile) long site is calcareous fen. There is a large area of wet grassland, which is grazed by cattle, and a small area of carr woodland. Meadow flora include cowslip, dyer's greenweed and pepper-saxifrage.

Hook Common is a hamlet in the civil parish of Hook in the Hart district of Hampshire, England. It lies approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) south-west from Hook.

Hook Common and Bartley Heath is a 129.4-hectare (320-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest on the southern outskirts of Hook in Hampshire, England. It is managed by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.This site is of particular interest because of its extensive areas of wet heath, which rarely survives in the Thames Basin. There are also areas of dry heath and oak and birch woodland. There is a rich invertebrate assemblage, including the Red Data Book moths Stenoptila graphodactyla and Idaea dilutaria, and the hoverfly Microdon mutabilis.

Odiham Castle (also known locally as King John's Castle) is a ruined castle situated near Odiham in Hampshire, United Kingdom. It is one of only three fortresses built by King John during his reign. The site was possibly chosen by King John because he had visited the area in 1204 and it lay halfway between Windsor and Winchester.

Up Nately LNR is a 2.8-hectare (6.9-acre) local nature reserve in Up Nately in Hampshire. It is owned by Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council and managed by the Basingstoke Canal Authority. It is part of Butter Wood, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.This is a section of the Basingstoke Canal between Up Nately and the Greywell Tunnel. There is water in the canal and the towpath is a public footpath.

Newnham is a village and parish in Hampshire, England. It is centred 4 miles (6.4 km) east of Basingstoke, and 1 mile (1.6 km) west of Hook. At the 2011 census it had a population of 518. A large portion of its land is arable, cultivated fields and scattered woodland leading towards the Basingstoke Canal and part of the Eversley/Stratfield Saye/Tylney Park slightly scattered, ancient forest/woodland. These features skirt the north and south of the area, whereas more urban areas skirt the east and, after Old Basing, the west.

Hook is a large village and civil parish in the Hart District of northern Hampshire, England. It is situated 6.2 miles (10 km) east of Basingstoke and 36 miles (58 km) northeast of Southampton, on the A30 national route, just north of Junction 5 of the M3 motorway. London is 41 miles (66 km) northeast of the village. In 2019, Hook had an estimated population of 8,208. Hook railway station has direct rail links to both London Waterloo and Basingstoke with indirect routes to Reading, Salisbury, and Southampton. Rail services are provided by South Western Railway. Among the businesses located in Hook are Serco and Trimble Navigation. Between 2004 and 2006, Hook expanded eastwards with the development of the Holt Park residential district, and from 2020 northeastwards with the Green Hart Park and Oakwood Grange developments.

Warnborough Green is a 4.4-hectare (11-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in North Warnborough in Hampshire. It is owned and managed by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.This site consists of two species-rich wet meadows on either side of the River Whitewater. There are thirteen species of sedge, such as distant, flea and brown sedge. Invertebrates include two nationally rare flies, the soldier fly Stratiomys potamida and the hoverfly Xylota abiens.

Warnborough Green is a village in the civil parish of Odiham in Hampshire, England. It lies approximately 1 mile (1.75 km) north-east from Odiham.
