Beacon Brook is a brook which runs through North Leicestershire. The source of the rivulet is in Beacon, near Woodhouse Eaves. The water way runs through Beaumanor Hall before there is a convergence with the River Lin in Quorn. The river runs for around 6 kilometres between its source and confluence with the River Lin.

Aquatic plants include yellow water lily, rigid hornwort, lesser pondweed and fan-leaved water crowfoot.There is access through a caravan park from Bridge Street.

Flesh Hovel Lane is a road in Quorn, Leicestershire, England. Its name originates from the time of the Quorn Hunt, where horses that were no longer fit for purpose were taken to slaughter and hung at the abattoir situated on Flesh Hovel Lane. The remains of the horses were then used to feed the dogs of the hunt.

Quorn Football Club is an English football club based in the village of Quorn, near Loughborough, Leicestershire, currently playing in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division. The club play their home games on the 3G pitch at their Farley Way Stadium, just off the A6, which runs between Leicester and Loughborough. The club are nicknamed "The Reds" due to their colours, as well "The Methodists", which is a nod to their historical name. As well as the first team, Quorn operate an Academy side from their Farley Way base. The Academy features two teams which play in the English College's Football Association. There are also junior teams at Under 11 and Under 17 age groups. The Under 17s currently play in the Leicestershire Youth League, as well as the Leicestershire Midweek Floodlit Youth League.

Farley Way Stadium is an association football stadium located in Quorn, Leicestershire, England. It is home to both Quorn F.C. of the United Counties League. Opened in 1994 the ground has a capacity of 1,400 and has a 400-seater cantilever stand running along one side of the pitch and a covered terrace at one end. It was renovated in 2018 with standing surfaces renewed, new perimeter fences put in and a new stand built. Running parallel to the main pitch is a full-length, slightly narrow, training pitch.

The development centre expanded at the beginning of the 2017/18 season and caters for under-9s, 10s, 11s, 12s, 13s 14s, 15s, 16s and 18s.
