The One San Miguel Avenue is an office skyscraper located at San Miguel Avenue (hence the building's name) in Ortigas Center, Pasig, Philippines. It was completed in 2001 and stands at 183 metres (600.39 feet) from ground up to the architectural top, although if measured with its antennas, it stands at 203 metres (666 feet). It has 54 floors aboveground and 7 basement levels.

The towers are the 6th and 7th-tallest buildings in the country and Metro Manila as well, and are currently the second tallest twin towers in the Philippines surpassing Pacific Plaza Towers with a height of 212.88 metres from the ground to its architectural spire. It also has two of the most floors in the Philippines. The buildings have 60 floors above ground, including a podium which connects the two towers, and 5 basement levels for parking, and are considered one of the most prestigious residential buildings in the Philippines.

It is owned and operated by the Kuok Group of Companies, the owner of the worldwide chain of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Shangri-La Plaza opened on November 21, 1991 and contains more than 300 shops and restaurants.

Shaw Boulevard station (also called Shaw for short) is an elevated Manila Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station situated on Line 3. The station is located in the Mandaluyong portion of Ortigas Center and is named after Shaw Boulevard, since the station lies directly above the boulevard. The station is the seventh station for trains headed to Taft Avenue and North Avenue. Shaw Boulevard station lies at the center of the whole line, with many commuters regarding it as the "central terminal" of the line.

Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is a 5-star luxury hotel located at Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Philippines and one of the three hotels managed by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. It opened on August 28, 1992. The hotel has 632 rooms and suites, four international restaurants, two lounges, a cafe, and a bakeshop, across two wings, and is considered a city resort.The hotel is designed in a beach resort-style within the downtown area of the city and is located on the Shang Palace estate, which covers 8.6 hectares (21 acres), and includes the hotel, Shangri-La Plaza, the residential St. Francis Shangri-La Place and a new Shangri-La Plaza East Wing opened in 2013. The hotel is considered one of the landmark buildings in Manila due to it being the first of its kind in the city, and its clientele consists 85 percent of locals rather than foreign tourists.

One Shangri-La Place is a residential development with twin residential towers situated in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. Both of its towers are 64-storeys high with a height of 227 meters (745 ft), making them the tallest twin towers in the Philippines. The building's podium also hosts a wing of the Shangri-La Plaza mall, which opened in 2014.

Barayuga was initially speculated to have been killed due to work-related issues. He was also without evidence, accused of being part of a 'narcolist' created for President Rodrigo Duterte's Philippine drug war. Despite Barayuga's profile as a high-ranking government official and a former police officer, his killing remained a cold case for four years until police officer Santie Mendoza implicated National Police Commission commissioner Edilberto Leonardo and then PCSO general manager Royina Garma of masterminding the killings during a House of Representatives inquiry in September 2024, two years into the presidency of Duterte's successor Bongbong Marcos.

San Miguel Avenue is a short north-south thoroughfare in Ortigas Center, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is an eight-lane divided avenue that runs for several hundred meters between Shaw Boulevard in the south and Julia Vargas Avenue in the north. It is named for the country's largest industrial conglomerate San Miguel Corporation that is headquartered on the avenue's junction with Julia Vargas since 1984.The avenue originally extended to Ortigas Avenue in the north. However, this section between Julia Vargas and Ortigas was renamed to ADB Avenue when the Asian Development Bank moved its headquarters there in 1991. San Miguel Avenue forms the border between Barangay San Antonio, Pasig to the east and Barangay Wack-Wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong to the west. It has a short extension into Greenfield District south of Shaw Boulevard as Sheridan Street.

Pioneer Street is the continuation of Boni Avenue east of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in eastern Metro Manila, Philippines. The street has four lanes for most of its course beginning at the EDSA junction in Barangka Ilaya, Mandaluyong, where traffic emerges from the Boni Avenue tunnel, up to its easternmost point at the Shaw Boulevard junction at the boundary of barangays Kapitolyo and San Antonio in Pasig, adjacent to Ortigas Center. En route, it passes through the Robinsons Cybergate Complex where Forum Robinsons mall is located; the United Laboratories plant; and Greenfield District, a mixed-use development south of Ortigas Center by the junction with Shaw Boulevard. Pioneer Street is also the location of several new condominium developments, call center sites and a few strip malls. It is served by Boni Station of the MRT-3 at EDSA.

6UNDERGROUND Live & Raw (also known as 6UG) is a music venue in the Philippines established in 2004. Since 2006, the bar is located in the Ortigas Center on the premises of a rock bar called Kalye, which was active in the 1990s.
