Shangri-La Plaza opened on November 21, 1991 and contains more than 300 shops and restaurants.

The buildings have 60 floors above ground, including a podium which connects the two towers, and 5 basement levels for parking, and are considered one of the most prestigious residential buildings in the Philippines.

Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is a 5-star luxury hotel located at Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Philippines and one of the three hotels managed by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. It opened on August 28, 1992. The hotel has 632 rooms and suites, four international restaurants, two lounges, a cafe, and a bakeshop, across two wings, and is considered a city resort.The hotel is designed in a beach resort-style within the downtown area of the city and is located on the Shang Palace estate, which covers 8.6 hectares (21 acres), and includes the hotel, Shangri-La Plaza, the residential St. Francis Shangri-La Place and a new Shangri-La Plaza East Wing opened in 2013. The hotel is considered one of the landmark buildings in Manila due to it being the first of its kind in the city, and its clientele consists 85 percent of locals rather than foreign tourists.

It is a redevelopment of the old United Laboratories (Unilab) pharmaceutical plant and adjacent retail market in the village of Highway Hills adjoining the Kapitolyo village of Pasig to the east. Barayuga was initially speculated to have been killed due to work-related issues. He was also without evidence, accused of being part of a 'narcolist' created for President Rodrigo Duterte's Philippine drug war. Despite Barayuga's profile as a high-ranking government official and a former police officer, his killing remained a cold case for four years until police officer Santie Mendoza implicated National Police Commission commissioner Edilberto Leonardo and then PCSO general manager Royina Garma of masterminding the killings during a House of Representatives inquiry in September 2024, two years into the presidency of Duterte's successor Bongbong Marcos.

The One San Miguel Avenue is an office skyscraper located at San Miguel Avenue (hence the building's name) in Ortigas Center, Pasig, Philippines. It was completed in 2001 and stands at 183 metres (600.39 feet) from ground up to the architectural top, although if measured with its antennas, it stands at 203 metres (666 feet). It has 54 floors aboveground and 7 basement levels.

San Miguel Avenue is a short north-south thoroughfare in Ortigas Center, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is an eight-lane divided avenue that runs for several hundred meters between Shaw Boulevard in the south and Julia Vargas Avenue in the north. It is named for the country's largest industrial conglomerate San Miguel Corporation that is headquartered on the avenue's junction with Julia Vargas since 1984.The avenue originally extended to Ortigas Avenue in the north. However, this section between Julia Vargas and Ortigas was renamed to ADB Avenue when the Asian Development Bank moved its headquarters there in 1991. San Miguel Avenue forms the border between Barangay San Antonio, Pasig to the east and Barangay Wack-Wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong to the west. It has a short extension into Greenfield District south of Shaw Boulevard as Sheridan Street.

St. Francis Square Mall is a shopping mall located in the heart of Ortigas Center and part of the St. Francis Square Complex. The mall is located behind SM Megamall. It was home to over 1,000 stalls and stores and housed the Christ's Commission Fellowship (CCF) megachurch until 2013 when the megachurch moved to the CCF Center in Tiendesitas, Pasig. The mall has since undergone major renovations, which were completed in 2019, features a modernized facade and houses office spaces for business process outsourcing companies.

8 Wack Wack Road is a 42-story residential skyscraper in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. The building has a height of 147.14 m (482.74 ft). It is located in Brgy. Wack Wack.

The Podium is a mixed-use development located along ADB Avenue in the Ortigas Center, a major business and commercial district in Mandaluyong, Philippines. It was developed in December 2001 and officially opened in August 2002 as a joint project of Singaporean company, Keppel Land, and BDO Unibank.The mixed-use development has a floor area of 140,000 m2 (1,500,000 sq ft) and consists of a shopping mall of the same name, which has a floor area of 50,000 m2 (540,000 sq ft) and two office buildings built on top of it, having a total floor area of 90,000 m2 (970,000 sq ft). The buildings are the BDO Corporate Center and The Podium West Tower which were built in 2015 and 2019. A six-level expansion (Phase 2), located beside the main mall, was opened on October 27, 2017. The expansion will also include a podium within the towers, and was opened on 2019. The main building (Phase 1) entered renovation works following the opening, and was completed in December 2018.
