Millennium City (Chinese: 創紀之城; Jyutping: cong1 gei2 zi1 seng4) is a group of skyscrapers in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong built along the southern side of Kwun Tong Road near Ngau Tau Kok station and developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.The Millennium City project currently consists of five buildings, numbered 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6. The number 4 is widely regarded as unlucky in many parts of Asia and in both Chinese and Japanese it is a homophone for "death".Millennium City 1 and 2 are connected and share a mall and a lobby on their ground floor. They host the headquarters of Standard Chartered Bank, a data centre and various other offices. Their reflective blue glass walls look strikingly modern against the areas other, old factory buildings. The two buildings are located opposite to Ngau Tau Kok station. Millennium City 3 is a continuation of buildings 1 and 2, but separated from towers 1 and 2 by the Meyer Building. It is also mostly offices and has a similar architectural design to buildings 1 and 2. However, glass walls are used to a lesser extent and more white tiles are incorporated.Millennium City 5 is built near Kwun Tong station. The building is well known because of the shopping mall it holds - apm. The project has a site area of 107,000 square feet (9,900 m2) and contains over 700,000 square feet (65,000 m2) of office space on top of a regional shopping centre of about 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2). The Bank of East Asia bought the majority of office space here as a back-up operation centre.Millennium City 6 and 7 are under planning, and both will be built in the Kwun Tong Industrial Area, farther from Kwun Tong Road.Millennium City 8 is currently under construction. It is on the site of the former KMB Bus Kwun Tong depot. There are two buildings with total floor area of 1.15m sq ft and the shopping mall occupies 12 floors with another 21 floors of offices and 4 floors of underground car parks. The development will be completed in 2022-23.

Ngau Tau Kok (Chinese: 牛頭角; Cantonese Yale: Ngàutàugok) is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Kwun Tong line. It is located in the Ngau Tau Kok area of Kowloon East, between Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay stations. It was among the earliest stations in the network, being opened on 1 October 1979. Ngau Tau Kok is one of three stations to be located above ground on the line, the others being Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay. The majority of passengers use Ngau Tau Kok station to commute. Due to difficulties in installing platform screen doors (PSDs) in above ground stations, the MTR decided not to install PSDs in this station, instead installing automatic platform gates (APGs) on the station's platforms in 2011.

Accutone Technologies Limited is a manufacturer and marketer of telephone headsets for call centers, and premium-grade consumer audio headphones for smartphones and music-playing devices. A UK brand with headquarters in Spain, Mexico, Hong Kong, and manufacturing facilities in China, Accutone also builds ODM headsets for UK telecom companies, as well as telco in S.America and US. Its mother company started out manufacturing loudspeakers in 1969, Accutone has been in the field of electro-acoustics for more than 45 years. Aside from being one of the big four business headset brand globally, Accutone has begun building a wide range of pro-grade audio headphones for consumers since 2011.

Kwun Tong Ferry Pier (Chinese: 觀塘碼頭) is a ferry pier situated on Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The pier was originally situated at Ngau Tau Kok called "Ngau Tau Kok Ferry Pier" (Chinese: 牛頭角碼頭), but during the 1960s, due to reclamation work, the pier was moved to Kwun Tong. The ferry pier complex consists of three piers: a passenger ferry pier, a vehicular ferry pier and a public pier. Parts of the ground floor and upper floor of the vehicular ferry pier were used as Kwun Tong Driving School. There is a footbridge linking Kwun Tong Ferry Pier and Manulife Financial Centre. The passenger ferry pier used to provide services to both Shau Kei Wan and North Point, but after the Shau Kei Wan service was terminated, its half of the ferry pier was converted into a supermarket. As business declined it also closed. Today it is no longer occupied, but is sometimes used as exhibition space. There is a bus terminus, which is known as Kwun Tong Ferry, is the largest bus terminus in Kwun Tong District.

Manulife Financial Centre (Chinese: 宏利金融中心) is an office building on Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Originally named Kwun Tong 223, it was completed during the second quarter of 2008. The building was renamed 'Manulife Financial Centre' from 1 December 2009. The property was jointly developed by Henderson Land Development and Sun Hung Kai Properties, on land formerly occupied by Dairy Farm's ice factory and a cement factory.

Hoi Bun Road Park (Chinese: 海濱道公園) is a public park in Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. As of 2019–20, the park is closed for demolition and reconstruction.

apm is a large shopping mall in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, which opened in July 2005. It is located within Millennium City 5, a commercial property developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Together with Millennium Cities 1, 2, 3, and 6, they are a group of commercial properties situated along Kwun Tong Road. apm is located next to the Kwun Tong station, with ten storeys and a total retail area of 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2). Underground hourly parking is also available.

Yue Man Square (Chinese: 裕民坊; Cantonese Yale: yúh màhn fōng; pinyin: Yùmín Fáng) is the town centre of Kwun Tong in Kowloon of Hong Kong. It is also the commercial centre in the area.

Hidden Agenda was a live house located in the industrial area of Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. It opened in January 2009 and has since then relocated twice due to rising rents and the violation of permitted land uses (that excludes the operation of cultural venues in industrial buildings). The live house staged its final show in July 2017 and was officially closed in October 2017.

Kwun Tong Garden Estate (Chinese: 觀塘花園大廈), or Garden Estate (Chinese: 花園大廈), is a public housing estate in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society, near the MTR Kwun Tong line's Ngau Tau Kok station. It is the largest Housing Society estate by number of flats (4,921).It was the first public housing estate in Kwun Tong District. It comprises five blocks built in 1965 and 1967 respectively, plus Lotus Tower (Chinese: 玉蓮臺), which comprises four blocks built on the site of the earliest Garden Estate blocks.Kwun Tong Garden Estate was built by the Hong Kong Housing Society between the 1950s and 1960s to accommodate the workers working in the industrial area on the newly reclaimed land along Kwun Tong harbourfront. 7 blocks of Phase 1 were completed in 1958 and 1959, while 5 blocks of Phase 2 were completed in 1965 and 1967. To cope with the redevelopment project of the estate, Phase 1 blocks were demolished in 1983 and 1987 respectively. They were replaced by the blocks of Lotus Tower built in 1987 (Block 4) and 1990 (Block 1 to 3) respectively.

Kwun Tong is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It is located in Kowloon, and is the easternmost and southernmost district in Kowloon. It had a population of 648,541 in 2016. The district has the second highest population in Hong Kong, after Sha Tin District, while the income is below average. Kwun Tong District borders Sai Kung District to the east, Wong Tai Sin District to the north, and Kowloon City District to the west. To the south is Victoria Harbour, and the Eastern District directly across on Hong Kong Island. It is the most densely populated district in Hong Kong, at 55,000 per km², but it is also one of the largest industrial areas in Hong Kong. Kwun Tong District is known for its industry, with factories built during the 1950s; they were mainly located in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong, and Yau Tong. Since the relocation of the manufacturing industry, Kwun Tong district has seen a rise of commercial buildings, such as APM Millennium City 5. Kwun Tong is served by six stations on the Kwun Tong line: Yau Tong (also on the Tseung Kwan O line), Lam Tin, Kwun Tong, Ngau Tau Kok and Kowloon Bay. Pollution, poverty and ageing population remain concerns for the district. According to a statistical figures of 2001, the proportion of poor and elderly people in this district is 22.6% and 15.5% respectively. Furthermore, the number of poor people living in this district is 124,803, which is the highest in Hong Kong.

Kwun Tong is an area in the Kwun Tong District of Hong Kong, situated at the eastern part of the Kowloon Peninsula, and its boundary stretches from Lion Rock in the north to Lei Yue Mun in the south, and from the winding paths of Kowloon Peak in the east to the north coast of the former Kai Tak Airport runway in the west. One of the first new towns in Hong Kong, Kwun Tong was, and remains, a major industrial area. Its population has been growing rapidly, and the demand for housing, medical and educational facilities and services has been increasing. In view of this, a number of community development projects, such as the redevelopment of old housing estates and the construction of major parks, have been implemented in recent years. These projects have incorporated a wide range of supporting facilities, like primary and secondary schools, clinics, community centres and open spaces. All these facilities have brought about a new face to the Kwun Tong District, making it a more comfortable place for the people to live.
