The H. C. Keck House, also known as the Mount Olivet Parsonage, is a historic building located in the Eliot neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, United States. Built in 1899 by German American carpenter Henry C. Keck, it illustrates the settlement of Albina by ethnic Europeans and is a good example of the use of the Queen Anne style in that period. As the presence of African Americans in Albina increased, the house was purchased by Mount Olivet Baptist Church in 1929 to be its parsonage. In that role, the house was home to locally prominent civil rights leaders Rev. Jonathan L. Caston (in residence 1929–1932) and Rev. J. James Clow (in residence 1936–1963).The house was relocated in 1929 as part of its acquisition by the church, and again in 2001 to preserve it from demolition. It was inscribed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

It is notable for being relocated in 1912, 1930, and 2019 to avoid demolition in order to make room for new construction projects. The house utilizes the Queen Anne architecture style. The relocation of the house in 2019 will see the house repurposed by local artist Cleo Davis as a site for local art and history to be archived and made available for the public. This new archive will be used to show the history of African-Americans in the local area of Portland. In order to reduce the cost of the relocation, the Portland City Council waived $40,000 in fees. The house was relocated in late January 2019.

Wonder Ballroom

Prior to opening in 2004, the building (originally constructed in 1914) was occupied by the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the Catholic Youth Organization, the Portland Boxing School, the American Legion organization, and a community center eventually known as the Collins Center. Organized in 1954 and purpose-built in 1956, it is one of the relatively few Black-owned businesses to survive the upheavals of urban renewal, disinvestment, and gentrification that decimated the Black business district in lower Albina starting in the 1960s. It represents the history of African American entrepreneurship in the Albina area and the importance of the hair care industry in African American culture, and became an important gathering place for the Black community. As of 2021, it is the oldest continuously operated Black-owned business in Oregon.The building was entered on the National Register of Historic Places in 2022.

The Albina Library is a branch of the Multnomah County Library, located in northeast Portland, Oregon. The library's origins date back to 1906 with the establishment of a small reading room that housed 100 books. The branch has relocated four times since then, moving back to the building which used to house The Title Wave Used Bookstore from a retail plaza in northeast Portland. The branch offers the Multnomah County Library catalog of two million books, periodicals and other materials.
