Moorooduc, Victoria

Moorooduc railway station is located on Two Bays Road, Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia. The station is home to the Mornington Railway Preservation Society. Adjacent to the station is the Mount Eliza Regional Park which incorporates the Moorooduc Quarry Flora and Fauna Reserve. Moorooduc station has one platform, which terminates services on the line. Only one track is currently used for services, with the other five are for train maintenance, storage, repairs and locomotives changing ends.

The electoral district of Mornington is an electoral district of the Victorian Legislative Assembly. The electorate can be described as outer metropolitan and rural, including animal farming, grape production and wineries. The district is 155 square kilometres in area.It was first created in 1859 when the Electoral district of Evelyn and Mornington was abolished and split in two. The district of Mornington initially included the entire Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island and French Island. Currently it includes Mornington, Mount Eliza, Mount Martha and Tuerong, and parts of Baxter and Moorooduc.Mornington has been held by the Liberal Party since it was re-created in 1985. Since 2022, the member for Mornington is Chris Crewther, who previously held the overlapping federal seat of Dunkley from 2016 to 2019.

Devilbend Natural Features Reserve is a 1,005 ha (2,480 acres) natural reserve park in the rural locality of Tuerong on the Mornington Peninsula in central southern Victoria, Australia, 55 km (34 mi) southeast of the state capital Melbourne's city center. The park contains two decommissioned water supply reservoirs, the Devilbend Reservoir and Bittern Reservoir, which are less than 600 m (660 yd) apart and linked by an often-dry drainage channel. These reservoirs were the original reason the surrounding parkland was protected from general public access and was not subjected to land development. Both reservoirs are along the course of the eponymous Devilbend Creek, a left tributary of the much larger Balcombe Creek that drains into Port Phillip Bay at Mount Martha. Nearby just 500 m (550 yd) in the north, there is a much smaller, unnamed third lake further downstream along the creek in the neighbouring locality of Moorooduc, next to a golf course within what is known as the Devilbend Recreation Reserve.

The Moorooduc Quarry Flora and Fauna Reserve is located in Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia and occupies approximately 27 hectares of land. There are entrances to the reserve located on Allison Road, Canadian Bay Road, Two Bays Road and Station Street near the Moorooduc Railway Station.

Tanti Park railway station is a single platform station located on Bungower Road, Mornington, Victoria, Australia. It is the middle stop of three currently serviced by the tourist Mornington Railway. Tanti Park opened on 18 June 1936 as Mornington Racecourse Platform,. It opened for general traffic on 12 April 1969, and was renamed Tanti Park on 19 December of that year. The current platform was provided in late 1977. Flashing light signals were also provided at the Bungower Road level crossing, located at the up end of the platform, in that year.Since mid-2009, the station has been unmanned. It is now a pickup and drop-off point for passengers travelling on the tourist railway. The ticket office is still present, but is not used. A former Rail Motor Stopping Place platform is located across the road from Tanti Park.

Narambi railway station was a single platform located on the corner of Narambi Road and Richardson Drive, Mornington, Victoria, Australia. After it closed, some of the platform infrastructure was reused at the new site of Mornington railway station. For a brief period of time before the opening of the new Mornington railway station, Narambi was used as the terminus of the reopened part of the line run by the Mornington Railway Preservation Society, with tickets only being sold at Moorooduc.
