Juan Diego Catholic High School

The Skaggs Catholic Center is a 57 acres (230,000 m2) school and church campus in Draper, Utah, United States. It is the location of Juan Diego Catholic High School, Saint John the Baptist Middle School, Saint John the Baptist Elementary School, Guardian Angel Daycare, and the St. John the Baptist Parish Catholic church. Opened in 1999, the campus was funded by Leonard Samuel (Sam) Skaggs, Jr. (retired chairman of American Stores) and his wife Ailene, who donated $42 million to build the facility as a flagship for the Catholic community in predominantly-Mormon Utah. (Sam Skaggs was not a Catholic at the time he conceived the idea, although he later converted.) Upon its opening, the facility was reported to be the largest Catholic education campus in the United States, and the largest gift made for Catholic primary and secondary education.

The Blue Line provides service from Downtown Salt Lake City to downtown Draper. This station is the only TRAX station that will connect with the only bus route that runs between Salt Lake County and Utah County.

The Draper Park School, at 12441 South 900 East in Draper, Utah, is a Classical Revival style building that was built in 1912 and extended later. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.It was named after Dr. John R. Park who, early in his career, was a school teacher in Draper. The building includes a historically significant Works Progress Administration mural painted by Paul Smith in 1938.The building is now owned by Godfrey Properties & Design, founded by entertainer, filmmaker and action-sports athlete Gregg Godfrey. It was purchased by the company in 2015 with the intent to renovate, restore and revitalize the building for business use.

The S.J. Mickelsen Hardware Store and Lumber Yard, located at 12580-12582 S. Fort St. in Draper, Utah, dates from 1912. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004; the listing included five contributing buildings.It is a six-building complex, with a two-story brick building built in 1912 and other buildings constructed as late as 1932. It served as a lumber and hardware store, and, during 1914–1961, served as the post office for Draper.

Draper is a city in Salt Lake and Utah counties in the U.S. state of Utah, located about 20 miles (32 km) south of Salt Lake City along the Wasatch Front. The Draper Prison will be closing in 2022. Inmates will be moved from the Utah State Prison in Draper to the new prison facility in Salt Lake City; the new prison is slated for completion in mid-2022.Draper has two UTA TRAX stations (Draper Town Center, 12300/12400 South and Kimball's Lane 11800 South) as well as one on the border with Sandy (Crescent View 11400 South). A FrontRunner commuter rail station serves the city's west side. The city has around 5 FLEX bus routes connecting neighboring communities and 2 bus routes to Lehi Frontrunner Station and River/Herriman connecting at Draper Town Center and the Draper Frontrunner Stations respectively. The city is home of 1-800 Contacts and a large eBay campus.

The Draper Poultrymen and Egg Producers' Plant, located at 1071 East Pioneer Road in Draper, Utah, United States, is important in the history of Draper. Also known as the Draper Poultrymen Inc., as Draper Egg Producers Association, and as Intermountain Farmers Association, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. The plant includes three buildings deemed contributing buildings: a store built in c.1931, a mill built in 1945, and a boiler built c.1954. A concrete-block mill warehouse built in 1967 is in Modern Movement architecture example.In 2011, the Draper Town Center TRAX station was completed adjacent to the plant and a historic display regarding the plant was included as part of the construction.

The Nielsen-Sanderson House , at 12758 S. Fort St. in Draper, Utah, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.Its listing was noted by the Draper Historical Preservation Commission.
