The Alfred Webb Investment Properties in southeast Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon consists of four Queen Anne cottages listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1891, they were added to the register in 1989.Nearly identical in their floor plans, the single-family dwellings have brick foundations and full basements. External features include multiple gables, imbricated shingles, spindlework, and other decorative features associated with small, late 19th-century working-class houses built in the Queen Anne style. Each interior includes a foyer, living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, and features such as pocket doors. The dwellings, built on narrow lots, share a small back yard.Webb, who owned Webb Safe and Lock Company, developed several residential properties in southeast Portland. He and his wife, Martha, who owned the four Queen Anne cottages from 1891 to 1928, lived elsewhere in the neighborhood and rented out the cottages. Subsequent owners through at least 1989 continued to maintain the dwellings as rental properties.

The William O. Munsell House in southeast Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon is a 1.5-story single dwelling listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in an eclectic mixture of Bungalow, American Craftsman, and Colonial Revival styles in 1902, it was added to the register in 1989.Situated on the western edge of a proposed Buckman Historic District, the Munsell House features large pedimented gable dormers facing the cardinal points. The oval window in the facade dormer includes ornamental keystones, also facing the cardinal points, in the manner of many Colonial Revival structures. Houses similar to this one were built throughout southeast Portland from about 1900 through 1926.The home's interior has four rooms on the main floor and three on the second floor. Interior features include an open staircase with turned balusters, pocket doors, dual fireplaces in the living and dining rooms, and an oriel window.Munsell, the home's original owner, lived in it for two years before selling it to Henry B. and Ellen Adams. Born in Indiana, Munsell moved to Portland in 1896. Starting as a clerk for Acme Harvester, by 1932 he had become president and manager of Mitchell, Lewis and Staver, a farm-implement business in Portland's eastside warehouse district.

Washington High School was a high school in Portland, Oregon, United States, from 1906 to 1981. After fire destroyed the original building, a new building was completed in 1924. The school merged with Monroe High School in 1978 to become Washington-Monroe High School. The school closed shortly after in 1981. A few years later it was used as the Children's Services Center, a mulitpuropose social service facility that also provided day care and other programs for at risk youth. After that the building was vacant for many years. It was also used for a time as a location for administrative offices for the Portland Public Schools. During a brief time around 2005, Washington High School was used as a temporary site for the relocation of some of the newly arrived survivors from Hurricane Katrina. In 2009, it was used as the site for the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art's Time-Based Arts Festival or TBA. In October 2013, plans to renovate the building for commercial use were advancing, with a mix of retail and office use planned. New Seasons Market relocated its offices to the building in 2015 and is the largest tenant. The former auditorium was repurposed as a music venue called Revolution Hall, which opened in February 2015. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in November 2015.
