Bob Jones University (BJU) is a private evangelical university in Greenville, South Carolina. It is known for its conservative cultural and religious positions. The university, with approximately 3,000 students, is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) and the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. In 2017, the university estimated the number of its graduates at 40,184.

Alumni Stadium is the athletics stadium at Bob Jones University, a Protestant fundamentalist university in Greenville, South Carolina. The stadium, completed in 1968, was a gift of the BJU Alumni Association and seats 4,000 in a single stand situated along the north sideline. Its bleachers are constructed of prestressed concrete beams with seats of anodized aluminum. In 1992, an outdoor concession area was included as part of the adjoining Fremont Fitness Center.The University abolished intercollegiate athletics in 1933. Except for a few exhibition games, only intramural sports were played in the stadium until the 2012-13 school year when intercollegiate soccer was introduced. The stadium continues to be used for intramural athletics and occasionally for other non-athletic events.

The Davis Field House is the gymnasium of Bob Jones University, Greenville, South Carolina. The field house is a 90,000-square-foot (8,400 m2) facility with a main court seating 3,000. The gym is used for intramural athletic basketball and volleyball games as well as other activities. The field house features a suspended running track circling the courts and includes a swimming pool and classrooms for the BJU Division of Physical Education and Exercise Science.

WBJU-FM and WBJU-TV are the radio and television stations located on the campus of Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. The stations exist primarily to provide Radio and Television majors experience in the media, but the studios are also used for other student productions and during the summer to teach high school students during Media Camp. Both the radio and TV stations have won numerous awards from various media organizations including NRB, BEA, and RTNDA.

The Museum & Gallery, Inc. is currently located on the campus of Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. It was established in 1951, and focuses on sacred art, mainly European Old Master paintings, but also includes smaller collections of sculpture, furniture, architectural elements, textiles, Greek and Russian icons, and ancient artifacts. As of 2017, the museum is closed for a planned move to downtown Greenville, SC.

Isaqueena, also known as the Gassaway Mansion, is a historic house in Greenville, South Carolina, and the largest private residence in the Upstate. In 1982 it was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The 40-room house was built between 1919 and 1924 by Walter L. Gassaway, a banker and textile mill owner; his wife, Minnie Quinn Gassaway, designed the structure after taking a correspondence course in architecture. Mrs. Gassaway used the mansion itself for entertaining, including card parties and "entertainments in the music room and ballroom", but she also supervised the 110-acre estate that included a working farm and dairy.As the National Register nomination notes, the three-story house is "an unusual example of eclecticism", blending neo-Gothic and neoclassical elements that include six Doric columns, a Palladian window, a castellated tower, two rooftop patios, and a massive porte-cochère. Stone for the random bond masonry was in part taken from a mid-nineteenth-century grist mill on the Reedy River owned by Greenville founder Vardry McBee.Walter Gassaway died of a heart attack on June 4, 1930. The following year his widow abandoned Isaqueena for a smaller home (which she also designed) closer to downtown Greenville. Most of the estate was sold for house lots, and the mansion was converted into rental apartments. In 1959, the building was purchased by the fledgling Greenville Art Museum, which occupied it and built an art school building on the property. After the art museum moved to a purpose-built gallery on Greenville's Heritage Green in 1974, the mansion sat vacant until purchased in 1977 for use as a church and school. The building once again became a private residence in the 1990s, and it has since been maintained through rentals as a wedding venue.

Majesty Music is a privately-owned, conservative evangelical Christian music and book publishing company in Greenville, South Carolina, perhaps best known for its children's adventure-story character Patch the Pirate. The company publishes sheet music, hymnals, choral collections, cantatas and Christmas plays, audio recordings, and feature-length cartoons.

The Fine Arts Center of Greenville, South Carolina (The "FAC") was established in August 1974 as the first specialized arts school in the state of South Carolina. Classes are available at the Center for students to study theatre, music, visual arts, dance, creative writing, and film and video production. The Fine Arts Center provides arts instruction to artistically talented students who desire an intense pre-professional program of study. Students spend a minimum of 110 minutes in either the morning or afternoon five days a week at the Fine Arts Center and spend the remainder of their time on academic work at an area high school. Around 300 students attend the Fine Arts Center each year, and more than 90% of graduates go on to higher education. The Fine Arts Center moved from its former location at 1613 W. Washington St. to its new facility at 102 Pine Knoll Drive.

Wade Hampton High School is a public high school in Greenville, South Carolina, United States. The school primarily serves the communities of Wade Hampton and Taylors, South Carolina. The school was opened in the fall of 1960, consolidating former high schools Paris Mountain and Taylors and some students who formerly attended Greenville Senior High School. The original buildings were torn down and the new building campus re-opened in January 2006 on the same site.

Overbrook is a neighborhood in Greenville, South Carolina. It is a neighborhood built in 1913 upon expansion of the trolley line that was extended into the area three years earlier. Bungalow homes were built in this area from 1913 to 1924. Overbrook was developed by the Woodside brothers, who had made their fortunes managing the Woodside Cotton Mill, at one point the largest textile plant in the World. The trolley, called "The Toonerville Trolley", remained popular and continued despite the switch to bus transportation in 1928. Its ZIP code is 29607. The neighborhood is bordered by Pleasantburg Drive to the west, East North Street to the south, Stone Avenue to the east, and Laurens Road to the north. Interstate 385 runs through this neighborhood at Exits 40B and 42.

North Main is a prestigious and walkable community next to Downtown. This calm, well-established neighborhood enjoys all the perks of being close to the bustle and excitement, while still keeping its privacy and serenity. The area was originally founded in 1813 to be the business sector of Greenville. Residential growth sprang up in the area until the Great Depression, and it was several decades before it began to grow again. With the rejuvenation of Downtown, North Main benefited and became a thriving hub. As one of the oldest neighborhoods in Greenville, North Main is full of historic homes. However, it underwent serious rejuvenation over the last several decades. Many of the historic homes have been carefully renovated to keep their charm while giving them modern amenities. There are also incredible new constructions, single-family homes, making North Main a treasure chest of beautiful real estate. The area is surrounded north of Stone Avenue, west of Mohawk Drive and Chick Springs Road; south of North Pleasantburg Drive, and east of Worley Road, Rutherford Street, and Rutherford Road. Schools in this neighborhood include Stone Academy, Summit Drive Elementary School, and League Academy.
