Orient, Oregon, is an unincorporated community in Multnomah County, Oregon, United States. The community is centered at SE Orient Drive at 302nd Avenue, near Gresham, which is the rough location of the former Orient Post Office.The area was home to the Orient Mill, a steam-driven sawmill founded by Andrew MacKinnon, an 1880 Scottish immigrant. MacKinnon's wife, Miyo Iwakoshi, was the first Japanese citizen to settle in Oregon.

The Stark Street Bridge is a 277-foot (84 m) steel truss bridge spanning the Sandy River two miles east of Troutdale, Oregon. The bridge connects Southeast Stark Street with the Historic Columbia River Highway and is one of only two western entrances to the highway. Karl Billner, who was awarded the Frank P. Brown Medal by the Franklin Institute in 1947, designed the bridge, supervised by State Bridge Engineer Charles H. Purcell. Samuel C. Lancaster provided overall supervision during construction.

Located between Troutdale and Corbett on the Historic Columbia River Highway, it was named for the many springs in the area. In the 1890s, the east end of the community was called Springdale, but the west end was called Gage. Gage had a post office from 1900 to 1903. The Springdale School, also known as the Springdale Community Center, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and currently houses the CAPS program of the Corbett School District.

TriMet (stylized as TRIMET) is an outdoor 1977 aluminum sculpture by American artist Robert Maki, installed on the Mount Hood Community College campus in Gresham, Oregon, United States. According to the Regional Arts & Culture Council, which administers the work, "TRIMET serves as an excellent example of how Maki's technical background is reflected in his work. The sculpture is built of geometric shapes that evolve and morph as the viewer moves around it, using negative space to help define the mass of the sculpture itself." It measures 8 ft × 9.25 ft × 4 ft (2.44 m × 2.82 m × 1.22 m) and was funded by TriMet and the United States Department of Transportation.

Kiku Park is a 2.62-acre (1.06 ha) public park in Troutdale, Oregon, United States. Dedicated in 1983, the park features a basketball court and a playground most recently upgraded in 2021. In 2017, bat boxes were installed in the park in an effort to control the mosquito population.
