The Kleiner Landgraben is a small river of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. Collecting the water of a wetland and lateral sources, it is drained in both directions, in the south into Tollense River, and to the north into the Großer Landgraben, another affluent of Tollense River. Therefore, Kleiner Landgraben is a pseudobifurcation. The meaning of Kleiner Landgraben is something like "Small Border Canal". For several centuries it was part of the border between Mecklenburg and Pomerania. The Landgraben drains one of the broad glacial valleys of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In these valleys, there is no strict discrimination between natural and artificial courses of water.

Neubrandenburg (German: Bahnhof Neubrandenburg) is a railway station in the city of Neubrandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. The station lies on the Stralsund-Neubrandenburg railway and Bützow–Szczecin railway and the train services are operated by Deutsche Bahn and Ostseeland Verkehr.

The Kulturfinger is the nickname of a steel-framed tower built during the days of the communist German Democratic Republic that is the tallest building in Neubrandenburg, Germany. It is part of the Haus der Kultur und Bildung (German for House of Culture and Education) or HKB, the city's cultural institution. The 56-m, 16-story mixed-use socialist realist building was designed by Neubrandenburg chief architect Iris Grund, who had studied under East Germany's prominent architect Hermann Henselmann. Along with the adjacent theater, also designed by Grund, it opened on July 17, 1965. The building was renovated in the 1990s, following German reunification.

Neubrandenburg (lit. New Brandenburg, IPA: [nɔʏˈbʁandn̩bʊʁk]) is a city in the southeast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It is located on the shore of a lake called Tollensesee and forms the urban centre of the Mecklenburg Lakeland. The city is famous for its rich medieval heritage of Brick Gothic architecture, including the world's best preserved defensive wall of this style as well as a Concert Church (Saint Mary), the home venue of the Neubrandenburg Philharmonic. It is part of the European Route of Brick Gothic, a route which leads through seven countries along the Baltic Sea coast. Neubrandenburg is nicknamed for its four medieval city gates - "Stadt der Vier Tore" ("City of Four Gates"). Since 2011, Neubrandenburg has been the capital of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte district. It is the third-largest city and one of the main urban centres of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The city is an economical node of northeastern Germany, featuring one of the highest national ranks in employment density and GDP per capita. The closest greater urban areas are the regiopolis of Rostock and the metropolises of Szczecin, Berlin and Hamburg. Since 1991, Neubrandenburg has hosted a University of Applied Sciences that offers international exchanges, guest programs and study programs.

Linde is a river of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It is a right tributary of the Tollense.

Marienkirche (St. Mary's Church), a hall church in the North German red brick Gothic style, completed in 1298, was the main church of the city of Neubrandenburg. It has been transformed into a concert hall, designed by Pekka Salminen, which opened in 2001. It then was rededicated as the Konzertkirche (Concert Church). It is widely known for its renowned Philharmony (Neubrandenburger Philharmonie).
