Jatiya Sangsad

Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban or National Parliament House, (Bengali: জাতীয় সংসদ ভবন Jatiyô Sôngsôd Bhôbôn) is the house of the Parliament of Bangladesh, located at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the Bangladeshi capital of Dhaka. Designed while the country was still part of Pakistan by architect Louis Kahn, the complex is one of the largest legislative complexes in the world, covering 200 acres (810,000 m2).The building was featured prominently in the 2003 film My Architect, detailing the career and familial legacy of its architect, Louis Kahn. Robert McCarter, author of Louis I. Kahn, described the National Parliament of Bangladesh as one of the twentieth century's most significant buildings.

The Mausoleum Complex of Ziaur Rahman is a significant architectural engineering monument located in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar of Dhaka city in Bangladesh. The monument hosts the grave of Ziaur Rahman, the 7th president of Bangladesh, who is famous for reading proclamation of Bangladeshi Independence through Kalurghat radio centre on 27 March 1971. He was a notable Leader in the south Asian region of the 20th century. The monument was constructed by GBB Limited with consultation of Bashat Architects Engineers Ltd and executed under the Public works department and department of architecture.

Bijoy Sarani (Bengali: বিজয় সরণি, romanised: Bijoy Shoroni) is an elevated metro station of the Dhaka Metro's MRT Line 6. This station is located in the area of Tejgaon Thana. The station began its service on 13 December 2023.

Chandrima Uddan or Chandrima Udyan (Bengali: চন্দ্রিমা উদ্যান; Chandrimā "moon" Udyān "park") also, Zia Uddan is a park situated across the road of the national parliament house, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The park is notable for being the place where the former Bangladeshi President, Ziaur Rahman was buried. It is connected to the road with a bridge which runs over the Crescent Lake (from which the park derives its original name). According to a 2014 Dhaka Tribune article, "Illegal establishments, drug addicts, hookers, muggers and petty criminals have robbed the park of most of its beauty."

The Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) is a state-supported professional management Institute. Its headquarter is located at 4 Sobhanbag, Mirpur Road, Dhaka. Others campuses are located in Chattogram and Khulna Bangladesh. It was established in 1961.

Indira Road is the name of a road adjoining the Farmgate area of Dhaka city.Many people think that name of this familiar road came from the name of Indira Gandhi, but it has no evidence. There are another concept about the naming of the road. In that area a wealthy person named Dwijdas Babu lived who was head of Manipur firm. His eldest daughter named Indira died. Her body was buried inside of their own house. People think that the road was named after his daughter.The road is under Dhaka North City Corporation and Tejgaon Thana. Tejgaon College is situated in the road. The government's Indira Road-Panthapath link road project is underway.

CARe Medical College (CAReMC) (Bengali: কেয়ার মেডিকেল কলেজ) is a private medical school in Asad Gate, Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. CAReMC was established in 2014. The college grew out of CARe Specialized Hospital. The name CARe stands for Center for Assisted Reproduction. It is affiliated with University of Dhaka as a constituent college. The college is recognized by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council. Doctors graduating from this medical college will be able to receive Permanent Registration from Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council. The college offers a five-year course of study leading to a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. A one-year internship after graduation is compulsory for all graduate students. The college is associated with CARe Specialized Hospital, a 250-bed hospital about 800 metres (2,600 ft) north, in College Gate. This was the first institute of assisted reproduction in the country that is equipped with the technologies required for in vitro fertilization (IVF). Triplets Heera, Moni, and Mukta, born at the centre on 30 May 2001, were the country's first IVF babies.

The Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital is an ophthalmological hospital in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The hospital was founded by Bangladeshi philanthropist Mirza Ahmad Ispahani in 1960. In addition to tertiary care and rehabilitation for an average of 700 patients per day, the hospital offers education programs for medical staff and the wider community regarding causes and treatment for common eye disorders. It also works in collaboration with different international organisations such as Sight Savers International, Siemens AG, and ORBIS International on programs for the prevention of blindness in the Bangladeshi community. In 2001 the hospital established Bangladesh's first amniotic membrane processing laboratory.

Bangabandhu Military Museum is a military museum of Bangladesh. Administered by the Bangladesh Army, the museum is located right beside the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre at Bijoy Sarani of the capital Dhaka. The museum has a collection of Bangladesh's military history, heritage, success stories and various weapons and ammunition. It is now most popular to the young generation and also to the ll ages people.

Bangabandhu International Conference Center formerly known as Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Center is the only international conference center of Bangladesh situated at Sher-e-Bangla, Dhaka. It was designed by Beijing Institute of Architectural Designs and Research.It has seventeen venues for holding small to large scale events, state functions, social events, seminars, conferences, product launches, annual general meetings, fairs, exhibitions, cultural programs, reality shows, etc. BICC has hosted a number of international conferences and summits over the years including 13th SAARC summit.

West Rajabazar is a mahallah (neighborhood) in Ward 40 of Tejgaon Thana, Dhaka city, Bangladesh. According to the 2011 Bangladesh census, it had 4,493 households and a population of 22,397.

Gonobhaban Government High School (Bengali: গণভবন সরকারী উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়) is a government secondary school in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was established as "Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Government Junior High School" on March 1, 1980. It is beside the area of Prime Minister's residence Gonobhaban in Sher-e-Bangla Nagor. It is for both boys and girls, with girls in the morning and boys with day sessions.
