Takatsuki (高槻市, Takatsuki-shi) is a city in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. As of 31 March 2023, the city had an estimated population of 348,020 in 164,494 households and a population density of 3.300 persons per km2. The total area of the city is 105.29 square kilometres (40.65 sq mi).

Takatsuki-shi Station (高槻市駅, Takatsuki-shi-eki, station number: HK-72) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Takatsuki, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the private transportation company Hankyu Railway. It is one of the main train stations of the city along with Takatsuki Station on the JR Kyoto Line.

Osaka Medical College (大阪医科大学, Ōsaka ika daigaku) is a private university in Takatsuki, Osaka, Japan. The precursor of the school was founded in 1927, and it was chartered as a university in 1946. In 2021, it was renamed Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University (大阪医科薬科大学, Ōsaka ika yakka daigaku) due to the integration with the Osaka University of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

The Kosobe Conservatory (古曽部温室, Kosobe Onshitsu) was a botanical garden that forms part of the Experimental Farm, Kyoto University (京都大学大学院 農学研究科附属農場), located at 2-30 Kosobe, Takatsuki, Osaka, Japan.The conservatory was established in January 1929 to educate undergraduate and graduate students, and to advance horticultural research in ornamental plants of tropical and subtropical origin. Today its collections include orchids, begonias, Nepenthes, and Melastomataceae. Kyoto University Kosobe greenhouse is closed at present, and an apartment is constructed by the site. The farm moved to Kizugawa, Kansai Science City.

Kosobebosai Park (古曽部防災公園, Kosobe Bōsai Kōen) is a public park located in Takatsuki, Osaka.

Imashirozuka Kofun (今城塚古墳) is a Kofun period keyhole-shaped burial mound, located in the Gungeshinmachi neighborhood of the city of Takatsuki, Osaka in the Kinai region of Japan. The tumulus was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1958, with the area under protection expanded in 2006. It is the largest kofun in the Yodo River basin and one of the largest constructed in the first half of the 6th century. Although it has not been sanctioned by the Imperial Household Agency, there is a strong theory that it is the true tomb of the 26th Emperor Keitai.

Hirakata-juku (枚方宿, Hirakata-juku) was the third station on the Ōsaka Kaidō (or fifty-sixth of the fifty-seven stations of the Tōkaidō). It is located in the present-day city of Hirakata, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. It flourished as a port along the Yodo River and traces of the post town can still be seen today.
