Trinity Tower

Gama Tower (formerly known as Cemindo Tower) is a skyscraper located at Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Indonesia. It was also known as Rasuna Tower and Cemindo Tower during construction period, but finally named as Gama Tower. As of 2022, it is the 3rd tallest building in Jakarta, as well as Indonesia.The tower has an architectural height of 285.5 metres (937 feet), while its tip reached a height of 297 metres (974 feet). It has 64 floors above and 4 floors below the ground. The land area of the tower development is 1.6 hectares. It has a parking lot for over 1,100 vehicles. At present, the tower is the 3rd tallest building in Indonesia and 74th tallest building in the world. The tower is a mixed office and hotel building.Construction of the tower was started in 2011. The tower was topped off in 2015 and opened in August 2016. At that time, the construction cost of the building was around Rp2 trillion (about US$150 million in 2016).Gama Tower is a luxury office tower which applies green building concepts and development. Westin Hotel occupies the top 20 floors of the tower, between the 50th and 69th floors. 360 degree views of Jakarta can be observed from the restaurant at the 51st floor. Henshin operates a club and lounge at the 67th floor as well as restaurant at 68th and 69th floor, the topmost floor of the tower. A function hall is also located within the 69th floor. The rest of the floors are executive office spaces.

Bakrie University (Indonesian: Universitas Bakrie or informally U-Bakrie) is a private university in Jakarta, Indonesia, founded in 2009. It is located in Rasuna Epicentrum Jl. HR Rasuna Said Kav C-22, Kuningan, South Jakarta. The university was established by the Yayasan Pendidikan Bakrie (Bakrie Education Foundation). In April 2011, ground was broken for a new campus at Bogor Nirwana Residence.

Sumantri Brojonegoro Stadium (Indonesian: Stadion Soemantri Brodjonegoro) is a multi-use stadium in South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is used as the home stadium for PSJS South Jakarta. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000 people. The stadium has been used for various purposes. On 24 May 2001, Irish vocal pop band Westlife held a concert for their Where Dreams Come True Tour supporting their album Coast to Coast. Final round of the AQUA Danone Nations Cup 2018 was held in this stadium. 2017-18 IBL Finals game 2 and 3 was also held in this statdium.

Kuningan City in Jakarta, Indonesia is a mixed-use complex including a shopping mall, two apartment towers and one office tower. It is located in South Jakarta. The mall is called Kuningan City Mall, the apartment complex is named Denpasar Residence and the office tower is named AXA Tower, named after AXA Mandiri insurance company. The residential complex Denpasar Residence has two towers, named Kintamani Tower and Ubud Tower.

Menteng Pulo Cemetery (Dutch: Ereveld Menteng Pulo) is a Dutch war cemetery at Jl. Menteng Pulo RT. 3 RW. 12, Menteng Dalam, Tebet, Jakarta in Indonesia. It is one of two Dutch war cemeteries in Jakarta, the other one is Ereveld Ancol at Ancol. Evereld Menteng Pulo was built to accommodate the victims of the war from the Japanese occupation during Second World War. At present it is maintained by Oorlogsgravenstichting (OGS) or the Dutch War Graves Foundation, which is an organization that manages all Dutch war cemeteries in the world.

The 2009 Jakarta Bombings were a terrorist attack which took place in Jakarta, Indonesia on 17 July 2009. At around 07:47 until 07:57 WIB (00:47-00:57 UTC), the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Setiabudi, South Jakarta, were hit by separate bombings five minutes apart. Nine people were killed, of whom three were Indonesian, three were Australians, two were from The Netherlands, and one was from New Zealand. More than 50 people were injured in the blasts. Both blasts were caused by suicide bombers, who checked into the hotels as paying guests several days earlier. The twin suicide bombings came four years after the previous serious terrorist attack in Indonesia.

The Australian embassy bombing in Jakarta took place on September 9, 2004 in Indonesia. A one-tonne car bomb, which was packed into a small Daihatsu delivery van, exploded outside the Australian embassy at Kuningan District, South Jakarta, at about 10:30 local time (03:30 UTC), killing 9 people including the suicide bomber, and wounding over 150 others. The explosion gutted the Greek embassy on the 12th floor of an adjacent building, where three diplomats were slightly wounded. Damage to the nearby Chinese embassy was also reported. Numerous office buildings surrounding the embassy were also damaged by the blast, which shattered windows in buildings 500 metres (500 yd) away, injuring many workers inside, mostly by broken glass. A dispute ensued as to how many civilians were killed by the explosion: local health authorities in Jakarta reported 9 deaths, compared to 11 deaths reported by Australian officials. Nonetheless, all Australians working at the embassy were reported alive. Among the victims killed were embassy security guard Anton Sujarwo, 23, and four Indonesian policemen on duty at the embassy. The rest were civilians, including the embassy gardener, Suryadi, 34, two embassy workers, a visa applicant, and a pedestrian.

The 2003 Marriott Hotel bombing occurred on August 5, 2003 in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. A suicide bomber detonated a car bomb outside the lobby of the JW Marriott Hotel, killing 12 people and injuring 150. Those killed including a white Dutch man while the rest were Indonesian. The hotel was viewed as a Western symbol, and had been used by the United States embassy for various events. The hotel was closed for five weeks and reopened to the public on September 8.

The Embassy of China in Jakarta (Indonesian: Kedutaan Besar Tiongkok di Jakarta) is the diplomatic mission of the People's Republic of China in Indonesia, located in the Kuningan area of the Golden Triangle, Jakarta. It was reestablished in 1990 after the normalization of China–Indonesia relations, having been first established in 1950 at a separate location in Glodok.

World Capital Tower is an skyscraper at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2017. The skyscraper has total floor area of 70,000 sq.meters with retail & entertainment space. The tower, which is 270 meter-tall, has 54 floors. It is one of the tallest office buildings in Jakarta.The WCT is equipped with bomb and metal detection equipment, including 10 meters of glass applications and 19 mm thick bomb blast glass proof material in the main lobby. To reduce noise from outside and to reject the heat of the sun, the tower is equipped with infrared rays, and building facades coated low-e-double glass. WCT will also be equipped with a garden area of 3,000 square meters and a special building (annex) three floors covering an area of 2.700 square meters for retail and lifestyle, especially food & beverage.
