Setiabudi MRT Station (or Setiabudi Astra MRT Station, with Astra International granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT. Located at Karet Kunuingan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

Treasury Tower is a 279.5-meter-tall skyscraper at District 8 complex in Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) in South Jakarta. As of October 2021, it is the third-tallest building in Jakarta. The architectural height of the tower is 279.5 meters and the top floor is situated at 260.6 meters. Construction was completed in 2016. Treasury Tower is one of three commercial office towers in District 8, which also comprises one hotel and seven residential apartment towers.

Menara Astra is a skyscraper located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is an office building with 63 floors and a private helipad. The podium of the tower has retail space and a food court, and a 1,000-person capacity conference hall.Menara Astra's customized office space has six-star amenities. A Toyota showroom occupies its first floor. Also in the same complex are the Anandamaya Residences on an area of 2.4-hectares, comprising three residential towers named Anandamaya Residences 1, 2 and 3. The total project cost US$600 million.

Sahid Sudirman Center is a commercial skyscraper at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper is one of the tallest office building in Jakarta, which is 239,8 meters high, has 52 floors above & 4 floors below the ground. The building was funded by a joint venture of Sahid Group, Pikko Group, and Tan Kian Konsorsium which is known as KSO Sahid Megatama Karya Gemilang.The skyscraper is part of a 5.5 hectares mixed development project of 9 high rise buildings of office, hotel, hospital and apartment towers. Five buildings including this tower have completed. Others are in planning or under construction. A twin towers named Sahid Perdana Tower will be part of the complex. Shahid Sudirman Center has direct basement level connection with already existing Sahid Jaya Hotel & Sahid Sudirman Residences of the complex.

Rajawali Place is a mixed development complex under construction in Setiabudi, Jakarta, Indonesia. The complex has two skyscrapers: The St. Regis Jakarta Hotel and Rajawali Place office tower. The complex has a land area of 2.3 hectares. The site was formerly occupied by the Four Seasons Jakarta, which relocated to Capital Place Jakarta. The West Setia Budi Reservoir is located in front of the complex. The tallest skyscraper of the complex has 65 floors above ground and is 244 meters high. It houses St. Regis Jakarta Hotel & Residence. The office tower is 135 meters tall and has 30 floors above ground.

Wisma 46 is a 261.9-meter tall (architectural height) skyscraper located in the BNI City complex at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in Jakarta, Indonesia. The 46-floor office tower features an 10 m (33 ft) antenna spire, and was completed in 1996 under the design by Zeidler Roberts Partnership (Zeidler Partnership Architects) and DP Architects Private Ltd.The tower is located on a 15 hectares lot in the city centre. It has a floor area of 140,028 m2. The tower has 46 floors above ground which consist of offices only. There are 2 underground floors used for car parking. The tower contains 23 elevators which can reach speeds of 360 mpm in the super high speed models.Wisma 46 is the 358th tallest existing building in the world. When measured up to the roof, the tower is 261.9 m tall and when measured up to the lower roof, it is only 202.9 m tall.

Jakarta City Center or JaCC is a mixed-use development complex consist of five towers and shopping mall, located at Tanah Abang in Jakarta, Indonesia. Land area of the complex is about 13.5 hectares. A wholesale shopping mall known as Thamrin City is located at the lower 9 floors of the complex, which is the largest and most comprehensive wholesale center in Jakarta. There are about 9000 shopping kiosk in the mall, which is one of the largest in Jakarta. JaCC will also be equipped with 10 large atria to hold various exhibitions and one convention hall for exhibitions (large scale events). The complex has food-court and a parking area for 6000 vehicles. There is one Amaris hotel in one of the apartments towers. The shopping center is housing many Indonesian Batik clothes shops. The complex has a land area of about 12.5 hectares. There is accommodation on the 10th floor of Thamrin City. An Amaris hotel is located in one of the apartments towers.

Dukuh Atas LRT Station is a light rail station located within the Dukuh Atas TOD in Jalan Setia Budi Tengah, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. The station, which is located at an altitude of +27.9 meters, serves the Cibubur and Bekasi lines of the Jabodebek LRT system.

The City Center Batavia or TCC Batavia Towers is a complex of three office towers located at Tanah Abang in Jakarta, Indonesia.The City Center Tower 1 (City Center Annex Building) is the tallest among the towers, which 208 meters tall skyscraper. There are parking spaces, ATM's, restaurant, retail outlets and bank as facilities in the office complex.

Sudirman Station (SUD, formerly Dukuh Atas Station) is a train station of KRL Commuterline, which is located in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The station is named from Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, one of the main avenue in Jakarta, which crosses above the station. This station is located on the north bank of West Flood Canal. Though this station serves only Commuterline trains, but it is a transit point for other types of public transportation as part of the Dukuh Atas TOD.Distance between this station and Karet railway station is one of the shortest in the network, measuring only 0.8 km between each stations. Moreover, BNI City railway station, a station that also serves train bound for Soekarno Hatta International Airport, is wedged between Karet and Sudirman station. There is a passageway connecting Sudirman station with BNI City station and Dukuh Atas station of Jakarta MRT. As the station is located in Jakarta's CBD and is surrounded by some of the most prominent buildings and places in Jakarta, therefore the station is always crowded, especially in rush hour.

BNI City station (Indonesian: Stasiun BNI City) is a station for the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Rail Link and KAI Commuter service. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) holds the naming rights for the station, which was known as Sudirman Baru station (English: New Sudirman station) during construction period. The station is located in Central Jakarta, on the north bank of West Flood Canal, about a hundred meters from Sudirman Commuter Rail station. The station is part of Dukuh Atas TOD.

Dukuh Atas TOD (Indonesian: Kawasan Berorientasi Transit Dukuh Atas or KBT Dukuh Atas) is a transit-oriented development at Central Jakarta and South Jakarta, Indonesia. This is built as part of constructing several other transit oriented development across Jakarta to facilitate commuters to transfer between different mode of public transportation. The development includes Dukuh Atas BNI station of Jakarta MRT, Sudirman station of KRL Commuterline, BNI City of Airport Rail Link and Transjakarta bus service. By 2023, it will also include Dukuh Atas station of Greater Jakarta LRT. It spreads from Jl. Kendal beside Sudirman station in Central Jakarta through underpass to Jl. Blora and Jl. Tanjung Karang. The area has been designated as the main transit point for Central Jakarta.
