Sahid Sudirman Center

Jakarta City Center or JaCC is a mixed-use development complex consist of five towers and shopping mall, located at Tanah Abang in Jakarta, Indonesia. Land area of the complex is about 13.5 hectares. A wholesale shopping mall known as Thamrin City is located at the lower 9 floors of the complex, which is the largest and most comprehensive wholesale center in Jakarta. There are about 9000 shopping kiosk in the mall, which is one of the largest in Jakarta. JaCC will also be equipped with 10 large atria to hold various exhibitions and one convention hall for exhibitions (large scale events). The complex has food-court and a parking area for 6000 vehicles. There is one Amaris hotel in one of the apartments towers. The shopping center is housing many Indonesian Batik clothes shops. The complex has a land area of about 12.5 hectares. There is accommodation on the 10th floor of Thamrin City. An Amaris hotel is located in one of the apartments towers.

The City Center Batavia or TCC Batavia Towers is a complex of three office towers located at Tanah Abang in Jakarta, Indonesia.The City Center Tower 1 (City Center Annex Building) is the tallest among the towers, which 208 meters tall skyscraper. There are parking spaces, ATM's, restaurant, retail outlets and bank as facilities in the office complex.

Setiabudi MRT Station (or Setiabudi Astra MRT Station, with Astra International granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT. Located at Karet Kunuingan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

7Point8 is a skyscraper on-hold at Sudirman Avenue, Jakarta, Indonesia. The building is 298 meters tall and will have 60 floors above the ground and 5 floors below the ground. It is part of a complex of two towers, which will be linked by a multistory podium that will provide two tall exterior "walls" for the central plaza. In addition to two linked towers, the complex replicates an alun-alun, a traditional Javanese town center characterized by a walled, open-air courtyard.Construction of the building started in 2015 and completion is expected by 2019. In addition to office, retail, commercial, residential, and public space, the complex will have direct connections to Jakarta MRT's new Setiabudi Astra station.

Karet is a Transjakarta bus rapid transit station located on Jenderal Sudirman Street, Karet, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, and Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. The station serves Corridor 1 that runs from the north to the south. Originally, there used to be the Setiabudi BRT station (not to be confused with the existing station of the same name that serves Corridor 6) that was located after this station for northbound buses. However, it was demolished during the MRT construction, and was never rebuilt.

Menara Astra is a skyscraper located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is an office building with 63 floors and a private helipad. The podium of the tower has retail space and a food court, and a 1,000-person capacity conference hall.Menara Astra's customized office space has six-star amenities. A Toyota showroom occupies its first floor. Also in the same complex are the Anandamaya Residences on an area of 2.4-hectares, comprising three residential towers named Anandamaya Residences 1, 2 and 3. The total project cost US$600 million.

World Trade Center Jakarta is a complex of commercial high-rise buildings at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. The buildings of the complex are named as WTC 1, WTC 2, WTC 3, WTC 5 and WTC 6. Total land area of the complex is about 8 hectares (20 acres). WTC 5 and WTC 6 of the complex was completed in 1985, which were then known as Wisma Metropolitan I and Wisma Metropolitan II. Both the buildings are 69 meters (226 ft) high with 18 floors above the ground. WTC 1 was also completed in 1991, which has 20 floors above the ground and 87 meters (285 ft) high. WTC 2 was completed in 2012, which is 160 meters (520 ft) tall and has 32 floors above the ground. WTC 3 is the tallest building of the complex, which is a 209 meters (686 ft) tall skyscraper with 44 floors above the ground and 5 floors below the ground. The skyscraper topped off in April 2017.

Treasury Tower is a 279.5-meter-tall skyscraper at District 8 complex in Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) in South Jakarta. As of October 2021, it is the third-tallest building in Jakarta. The architectural height of the tower is 279.5 meters and the top floor is situated at 260.6 meters. Construction was completed in 2016. Treasury Tower is one of three commercial office towers in District 8, which also comprises one hotel and seven residential apartment towers.

Bendungan Hilir Station is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT. It is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, at the border between Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang in Central Jakarta and Karet Semanggi, Setiabudi in South Jakarta, and has the station code BNH.

Dukuh Atas is a Transjakarta bus rapid transit station located at the Dukuh Atas TOD zone, between South Jakarta and Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It primarily serves corridor 1, and it is a transit point to corridors 4 and 6 via the Galunggung station. To the south after this station, the Setiabudi BRT station once stood, which has been closed since 2014.

Rajawali Place is a mixed development complex under construction in Setiabudi, Jakarta, Indonesia. The complex has two skyscrapers: The St. Regis Jakarta Hotel and Rajawali Place office tower. The complex has a land area of 2.3 hectares. The site was formerly occupied by the Four Seasons Jakarta, which relocated to Capital Place Jakarta. The West Setia Budi Reservoir is located in front of the complex. The tallest skyscraper of the complex has 65 floors above ground and is 244 meters high. It houses St. Regis Jakarta Hotel & Residence. The office tower is 135 meters tall and has 30 floors above ground.

Bendungan Hilir (often abbreviated as Benhil) is a Transjakarta bus rapid transit station located on Sudirman Street, Karet Semanggi, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Indonesia, that serves Corridor 1, which runs north to south. This station is connected to the Semanggi BRT station that serves Corridor 9. It is named after the district it is located in. On October 7, 2023, at 22:00, the Bendungan Hilir station, along with the Semanggi station, were temporarily closed due to the revitalisation works. On July 14, 2024, at 16:00, the Bendungan Hilir station reopened to passengers. The reopening was carried out in stages, with the lift and Semanggi pedestrian bridge still under construction when the station reopened.
