Central Embassy

One City Centre (OCC) is a skyscraper on Ploen Chit Road in Bangkok, Thailand. Thailand's tallest office tower and fifth tallest building, One City Centre opened in 2023.

Phloen Chit Road (Thai: ถนนเพลินจิต, also spelled Ploenchit, pronounced [pʰlɤ̄ːn.tɕìt]) is a major road in central Bangkok. Located entirely within Lumphini Subdistrict of Pathum Wan District, it runs a short distance of 1.2 kilometres (0.75 mi) between Ratchaprasong Intersection and the Maenam railway branch line, forming a continuation of the westward Rama I Road and then itself continuing on to the east as Sukhumvit Road. It serves the neighbourhoods of Ratchaprasong, Chit Lom Intersection (where it intersects Chit Lom and Lang Suan Roads) and Phloen Chit Intersection (where it intersects Witthayu Road), which are home to major shopping malls, hotels and office towers. The areas are served by the Chit Lom and Phloen Chit Stations of the BTS skytrain, whose Sukhumvit Line runs above Phloen Chit Road.

The Embassy of the United Kingdom in Bangkok is the chief diplomatic mission of the United Kingdom in Thailand. Established as an embassy in 1947, its history dates to 1856 when a British consul was first posted in Bangkok following the signing of the Bowring Treaty. First established on Charoen Krung Road by the Chao Phraya River, the mission relocated to a new site on the corner of Phloen Chit and Witthayu Roads in 1922. Originally a rural location on the outskirts of the city, the area soon developed into one of the city centre's prime locations. The compound remained a leafy oasis amidst its densely developed surroundings throughout the 20th century, but was sold to Central Group at record-setting prices, first partially in 2007, then completely in 2017. The embassy is now based in an office building on Sathon Road, while its original buildings, including the ambassador's residence, have been demolished to make way for redevelopment.

Central Chidlom is a large department store located in Bangkok, Thailand. It is the flagship store of the Central Group. The store has a total of seven floors and sells many luxury products. It is accessible by either BTS Skytrain or several city buses.

Nai Lert Park Heritage Home (Thai: บ้านปาร์คนายเลิศ) is a 14 rai (2.2 ha) park, heritage home, and museum in Bangkok, Thailand. Located in Pathum Wan district, the home was designed and built in 1915 by developer Nai Lert, and the park is considered to be the oldest in Bangkok. The home was constructed in a bungalow style with teak left over from the construction of American and Danish ocean liners, along with ships for the Royal Siamese Navy. The museum was reopened to the public in 2016, after years of renovation. In 2020, Aman Resorts announced the development of Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, overlooking the park. The hotel is designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, and is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2024.

Phloen Chit station (Thai: สถานีเพลินจิต, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː pʰlɤ̄ːn t͡ɕìt]) is a BTS skytrain station, on the Sukhumvit Line in Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, Thailand. The station is located on Phloen Chit Road at Phloen Chit intersection to Wireless Road next to the beginning of Sukhumvit Road. It is surrounded by hotels, skyscrapers, office towers and many embassies especially the British and American embassies on Wireless Road. It is connected by skywalk to Central Embassy.

Chit Lom station (Thai: สถานีชิดลม, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː t͡ɕʰít lōm]) is a BTS skytrain station, on the Sukhumvit Line in Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, Thailand. The station is located on Phloen Chit Road at Chit Lom intersection to Lang Suan and Chit Lom Road. It is also linked by Skybridge directly to Central Chidlom department store, and Sky Walk to Ratchaprasong intersection where Central World, Gaysorn Plaza and Erawan Shrine is situated next to Pratunam clothing market within walking distance from the intersection. The Sky Walk also links the station with Siam station, with cluster of luxury shops in Siam Square and Siam Paragon shopping mall.

Rosewood Bangkok is a luxury hotel within Bangkok's central business district along Ploenchit Road, managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. The hotel features 158 guestrooms, three restaurants, a roof bar and conference rooms. It was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with Tandem Architects as executive architect and Celia Chu Design Associates as interior designer. The building provides direct access to the adjacent Phloen Chit BTS station.

Mater Dei School (abbreviated MD; Thai: มาแตร์เดอีวิทยาลัย; RTGS: Matae De-i Witthayalai) is a private Catholic school in Bangkok, Thailand. The school is run by the Sisters of the Ursuline Order who founded the school in 1928. "Mater Dei" is a Latin phrase which means "Mother of God".

Sukhumvit Road (Thai: ถนนสุขุมวิท, RTGS: Thanon Sukhumwit, pronounced [tʰā.nǒn sùʔ.kʰǔm.wít]), or Highway 3 (Thai: ทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 3), is a major road in Thailand, and a major surface road of Bangkok and other cities. It follows a coastal route from Bangkok to Khlong Yai District, Trat border to Koh Kong, Cambodia. Sukhumvit Road is named after the fifth chief of the Department of Highways, Phra Bisal Sukhumvit. It is one of the four major highways of Thailand, along with Phahonyothin Road (Highway 1), Mittraphap Road (Highway 2) and Phetkasem Road (Highway 4).

Khlong Toei Nuea (Thai: คลองเตยเหนือ, pronounced [kʰlɔ̄ːŋ tɤ̄ːj nɯ̌a̯]) is a khwaeng (subdistrict) of Watthana District, in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2020, it had a total population of 9,313 people.
