Phloen Chit Road

One City Centre (OCC) is a skyscraper on Ploen Chit Road in Bangkok, Thailand. Thailand's tallest office tower and fifth tallest building, One City Centre opened in 2023.

Central Embassy is a shopping mall in Bangkok. It was constructed on the site of the former British Embassy gardens and is located at the junction of Witthayu Road (Wireless) and Phloen Chit Road. It is a project of the Thai conglomerate Central Group. Phloen Chit station (Thai: สถานีเพลินจิต, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː pʰlɤ̄ːn t͡ɕìt]) is a BTS skytrain station, on the Sukhumvit Line in Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, Thailand. The station is located on Phloen Chit Road at Phloen Chit intersection to Wireless Road next to the beginning of Sukhumvit Road. It is surrounded by hotels, skyscrapers, office towers and many embassies especially the British and American embassies on Wireless Road. It is connected by skywalk to Central Embassy.

The Embassy of the United Kingdom in Bangkok is the chief diplomatic mission of the United Kingdom in Thailand. Established as an embassy in 1947, its history dates to 1856 when a British consul was first posted in Bangkok following the signing of the Bowring Treaty. First established on Charoen Krung Road by the Chao Phraya River, the mission relocated to a new site on the corner of Phloen Chit and Witthayu Roads in 1922. Originally a rural location on the outskirts of the city, the area soon developed into one of the city centre's prime locations. The compound remained a leafy oasis amidst its densely developed surroundings throughout the 20th century, but was sold to Central Group at record-setting prices, first partially in 2007, then completely in 2017. The embassy is now based in an office building on Sathon Road, while its original buildings, including the ambassador's residence, have been demolished to make way for redevelopment.

The hotel features 158 guestrooms, three restaurants, a roof bar and conference rooms. It was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with Tandem Architects as executive architect and Celia Chu Design Associates as interior designer. The building provides direct access to the adjacent Phloen Chit BTS station.

Nai Lert Park Heritage Home (Thai: บ้านปาร์คนายเลิศ) is a 14 rai (2.2 ha) park, heritage home, and museum in Bangkok, Thailand. Located in Pathum Wan district, the home was designed and built in 1915 by developer Nai Lert, and the park is considered to be the oldest in Bangkok. The home was constructed in a bungalow style with teak left over from the construction of American and Danish ocean liners, along with ships for the Royal Siamese Navy. The museum was reopened to the public in 2016, after years of renovation. In 2020, Aman Resorts announced the development of Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, overlooking the park. The hotel is designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, and is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2024.

Sukhumvit Road (Thai: ถนนสุขุมวิท, RTGS: Thanon Sukhumwit, pronounced [tʰā.nǒn sùʔ.kʰǔm.wít]), or Highway 3 (Thai: ทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 3), is a major road in Thailand, and a major surface road of Bangkok and other cities. It follows a coastal route from Bangkok to Khlong Yai District, Trat border to Koh Kong, Cambodia. Sukhumvit Road is named after the fifth chief of the Department of Highways, Phra Bisal Sukhumvit. It is one of the four major highways of Thailand, along with Phahonyothin Road (Highway 1), Mittraphap Road (Highway 2) and Phetkasem Road (Highway 4).
