Holy Trinity Catholic High School is a Catholic secondary school in Bradford, Ontario, Canada. It is one of the two high schools located in Bradford, the other being Bradford District High School. It was established in 1985, at which time the school was spread over several buildings in Bradford. In January 1986, a new site was found in a building on the third floor of Bradford's Bank of Nova Scotia building, which meant Holy Trinity then had four classrooms in one building.In September 1986, the school moved to portable classroom buildings at its current site. Construction of the current school building did not begin until 1991, and the building's official opening was 24 May 1992.

Bradford District High School is a public, English-language secondary school located in Bradford, Ontario. It is managed by the Simcoe County District School Board. The principal is David Brooks. The school has an enrollment of about 1,100. During the last half of the 2006–2007 school year BDHS underwent extensive renovations that included a new greenhouse and full expansion and renovation of existing facilities. The school offers a construction-oriented apprenticeship program offering students to learn about hands-on labour and the real experiences of working in that field.BDHS serves the town of Bradford West Gwillimbury and portions of Innisfil. King (2021 population 27,333) is a township in York Region north of Toronto, within the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. The rolling hills of the Oak Ridges Moraine are the most prominent visible geographical feature of King. The Holland Marsh, considered to be Ontario's "vegetable basket", straddles King Township and Bradford West Gwillimbury. King is known for its horse and cattle farms. The Muck Crops Research Station is an agriculture research facility near Kettleby and Ansnorveldt, in Ontario, Canada. It is operated by the Office of Research at the University of Guelph. The station's research is focussed on several key areas: Crop protection of muck vegetables Evaluation of vegetable cultivars Post-harvest storage and treatment Soil and crop managementThe station features greenhouses with a system-controlled environment, a plant pathology laboratory, and long-term cold storage. Seven hectares of land are split into plots devoted to researching organic and mineral soils. Local growers also participate in commercial field trials on occasion.

York Energy Centre is a power station owned by York Energy Centre LP situated on a 5-acre (12-hectare) lot in King, Ontario, Canada completed in 2012.It is a simpleccycle natural gas plant and is fed from Enbridge's Schomberg Gate Station via 16-inch (41 cm) diameter pipeline. It is primarily used as a peaking power plant, and is planned to operate 260 to 1,300 hours annually. The station is connected to the Holland Landing Transformer Station and further to Hydro One via 230 kV lines on circuit numbers B82V and B83V
