Krung Thon Buri station (Thai: สถานีกรุงธนบุรี, RTGS: Sathani Krung Thon Buri, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː krūŋ tʰōn bū.rīː]}) is a BTS Skytrain station, on the Silom Line in Khlong San District, Bangkok, Thailand. The station is on Krung Thon Buri Road. It was the first station of Bangkok's rapid transit system on the Chao Phraya River's west bank. The station opened on 15 May 2009, together with Wongwian Yai station on the 2.2 km Skytrain extension. Krung Thon Buri station connects to the Gold Line APM station of the same name.

Charoen Rat Road (Thai: ถนนเจริญรัถ, RTGS: Thanon Charoen Rat, pronounced [tʰā.nǒn t͡ɕā.rɤ̄ːn rát]) is a road in Bangkok's Thonburi side. Charoen Rat is a road in form of soi (alleyway) overlaps between Khlong San and Khlong Ton Sai Sub-district, Khlong San District. It is not far from Wongwian Yai BTS station.Charoen Rat is a road that connects Somdet Phra Chao Tak Sin Road in the area of Wongwian Yai Market, opposite Wongwian Yai railway station with Charoen Nakhon Road in the beginning phase, opposite Khlong San pier and former Khlongsan Plaza beside ICONSIAM.Although it is a short road, but it is important in terms of being a center of leather goods shops in Bangkok. There are specialty shops with supplies for shoe-making, belt-making with purse-making etc. The shops have awls, wooden yardsticks, wax, die-cut tools, mallets, silver pens for writing on leather, vinyl, canvas, zippers by the roll, purse handles, chains, snaps, buckles and of course leather. It is considered as the largest and popular center of leather production equipment in Bangkok.Affiliated bus line: 57 is the only bus that runs all the length of the road.Moreover, at night, it is also considered a very popular and renowned street food center. Some restaurant here received 2019 Bib Gourmand from Michelin Guide as well.Originally, throughout the length of the road, used to be the Maeklong railway line, which ran south as far as terminating in Samut Songkhram Province. The terminal station, Pak Khlong San used to be located on the inactive Khlongsan Plaza market (due to the expiration of the land lease agreement with the SRT in 2020). The station was dismantled and railway was filled in to make way for the road and bus stops in 1961 according to the cabinet resolution of the Field Marshal Sarit Thanarat government, to ease traffic congestion in Bangkok. Therefore, causing the origin of Maeklong railway line became Wongwian Yai railway station in the Wongwian Yai quarter instead.

Wongwian Yai station (Thai: สถานีวงเวียนใหญ่, RTGS: Sathani Wongwian Yai, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː wōŋ.wīa̯n jàj]) is a BTS skytrain station, on the Silom line in Khlong San District, Bangkok, Thailand. The station is on Krung Thon Buri Road to the west of Taksin intersection. The station opened on 15 May 2009, together with Krung Thonburi station on the 2.2 kilometer Skytrain extension reaching Thonburi on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River.

Wongwian Yai railway station is a railway station located in Bang Yi Ruea subdistrict, Thon Buri district, Bangkok. It is a class 1 railway station and is the Bangkok terminus of the Maeklong Railway Mahachai Line. Currently, 34 rail services operate at the station. It is located closer to Wongwian Yai roundabout and is in a different location to Wongwian Yai BTS station. Wongwian Yai is the main station used for rail passenger traffic from Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram provinces. It is the only railway station terminus with a single track in Thailand. Wongwian Yai is planned to be a station on the SRT Dark Red Line extension to Mahachai.

Khlong Ton Sai (Thai: คลองต้นไทร, pronounced [kʰlɔ̄ːŋ tôn sāj]) is a khwaeng (subdistrict) of Khlong San District, in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2020, it had a total population of 18,704 people.

Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry (also known as Somdet Chao Phraya Hospital) is a psychiatric hospital in Khlong San District of Bangkok, Thailand. Established as a mental asylum, the original building was designed by a British architect and supervised by the British physician Dr. Morden Carthew. As the first psychiatric hospital and the second oldest hospital in Thailand, the hospital became well known for being the pioneer in the country for the humane treatment of mentally ill patients.

Charoen Nakhon station (Thai: สถานีเจริญนคร) is a Gold Line station, located in Khlong San District, Bangkok, Thailand. Officially Charoen Nakhon Station, it is also known as ICONSIAM station (Thai: สถานีไอคอนสยาม) after the Iconsiam complex of which the station is located in front of. The station is on Charoen Nakhon Road and opened on 16 December 2020.

Wongwian Yai, also spelled "Wong Wian Yai" or "Wongwien Yai" (Thai: วงเวียนใหญ่, pronounced [wōŋ.wīa̯n jàj]; lit. 'big roundabout'), is a large roundabout (traffic circle) in Thonburi, on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand, where the statue of King Taksin is situated. It overlaps between the four sub-districts of two districts, Bang Yi Ruea and Hiran Ruchi of Thon Buri with Somdet Chao Phraya and Khlong San of Khlong San in the centre of Bangkok, at the intersection of Prajadhipok/ Intharaphithak/ Lat Ya/ Somdet Phra Chao Taksin Roads. Nearby is Wongwian Yai Station, a historical commuter railway terminal to Maha Chai (local name of Samut Sakon provincial city) and Mae Khlong (Samut Songkhram), a southwestern suburb of Bangkok.

Wat Phichaya Yatikaram Worawihan, also referred to as Wat Phichai Yat (Thai: วัดพิชยญาติการาม, วัดพิชัยญาติ) is a Thai Buddhist temple in Bangkok, regarded as one of the most beautiful and outstanding temples of Bangkok and Thonburi side. The temple is located by the waterside of Khlong Somdet Chao Phraya in Khlong San District near present Wongwian Lek. Wat Phichai Yat was registered to a national ancient monument by the Fine Arts Department in the year 1949.

The River is a 258 m (846 ft) tall skyscraper in Bangkok, Thailand. VUE was to be converted into hotel under the brand Kitch Hotel.
