BCA Tower

Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta is a luxury hotel located in Menteng, Jakarta. Situated near the Selamat Datang Monument, it is one of the four hotels that surround this landmark, along with Hotel Indonesia, Grand Hyatt Jakarta, and Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD. The hotel was established in 1978 through a joint venture between three Indonesian and Hong Kong companies, including Jardine Matheson, the parent company of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, which continues to manage the hotel to this day. Since 2023, Mandarin Oriental's full ownership has been held by Astra International, another subsidiary of Jardine Matheson.

Grand Indonesia (previously called Grand Indonesia Shopping Town until 2016) is an integrated multipurpose complex at Thamrin Road in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The 640,000 m2 (6,900,000 sq ft) complex consists of a huge shopping mall, office tower Menara BCA (BCA Tower), high end serviced residential tower Kempinski Residences and the five-star all-suite Hotel Indonesia Kempinski. It is located near the Selamat Datang Monument. In January 2017, Forbes recognized Grand Indonesia as one of the top five shopping malls in Jakarta.

Selamat Datang Monument (Selamat Datang is Indonesian for "Welcome"), also known as the Monumen Bundaran HI or Monumen Bunderan HI ( for 'Hotel Indonesia roundabout'), is a monument located in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Completed in 1962 by sculptor Edhi Sunarso, the Selamat Datang Monument is one of the historic landmarks of Jakarta.

Kempinski Residences, Jakarta is a residential skyscraper at Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The tower has 57 level above the floor and 215 meters tall. The building is a residential facility, managed by Kempinski. The building is connected to Grand Indonesia Shopping Town and Hotel Indonesia.

57 Promenade is a mixed development project at Kebon Melati, near Hotel Indonesia Roundabout in Jakarta, Indonesia.The project is being developed on an area of 3.2 hectares (ha) in two phases. The first phase of development covered an area of 1.3 hectares, on which will be built two condo towers, City57 with 24 floors and Sky57 with 49 floors with five-story basement and an enclaved retail podium. The second phase with an area of 1.9 hectares, will be built two office towers Tower 57 and Union 57, one service apartment tower Atelier 57 and retail promenade. The development will be connected Jakarta MRT, Jakarta LRT, TransJakarta bus stops, and Soekarno-Hatta Airport Rail Link.

Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD is a five-star hotel located on Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Jakarta. It is one of four hotels surrounding the Selamat Datang Monument. It was opened in 1972 as part of the Wisma Nusantara complex, a skyscraper that once held the record for the tallest building in Indonesia until 1983. Initially managed by Nikko Hotels, the hotel has been operated by Accor under the Pullman brand since 2012. It is owned by PT Wisma Nusantara International, the majority of whose shares are owned by a Singaporean company, Guthrie GTS.

Plaza Indonesia (originally Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center) is a shopping mall located at Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The mall is part of the Plaza Indonesia Complex, which is a mixed development complex often referred to as "PI". Plaza Indonesia opened in 1990. It is located at the corner of one of the landmarks of Jakarta, The Selamat Datang (Welcome) Monument.

Dukuh Atas MRT Station (or Dukuh Atas BNI MRT Station, with BNI granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT. Located at Menteng, Menteng, Central Jakarta. The station is also a transit point for other types of public transportation as part of Dukuh Atas TOD.

Indonesia 1 Tower (Indonesian: Indonesia Satu Tower) is an under-construction twin towers consisting of north and south towers at Jalan M.H. Thamrin in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. After completion, this will be the tallest twin towers in Indonesia. It is designed by Mercurio Design Lab. The towers will have offices, stores, condominiums and service apartments. North Tower with height 303 meters and south tower 306 meters . Construction of the tower is expected to be finished by 2021. South Tower is an office building while North Tower is a multi functional building that includes offices, retail space, and service apartments. Pan Pacific Serviced Suites will occupy levels 47 to 58 in the North Tower of Indonesia I.It will be connected by tunnel to Bundaran Hotel Indonesia station of Jakarta MRT.Officially launched via Press Conference in Jakarta, 29 August 2019 at Bromo Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Jakarta The construction was halted in 19 April 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. At the end of first quarter in 2022, Indonesian media conglomerate, Media Group acquired the two towers from China-Sonangol International.Ltd. after the cancellation of joint venture between the two. As of October 2022, the construction is ongoing for a completion date in 2024.
