Dukuh Atas MRT Station (or Dukuh Atas BNI MRT Station, with BNI granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT. Located at Menteng, Menteng, Central Jakarta. The station is also a transit point for other types of public transportation as part of Dukuh Atas TOD.

BCA Tower (Indonesian: Menara BCA) is a skyscraper at Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The 230 m (750 ft) tall tower contains 56 storeys above ground and is home to the head office of Bank Central Asia.

BNI City station (Indonesian: Stasiun BNI City) is a station for the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Rail Link and KAI Commuter service. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) holds the naming rights for the station, which was known as Sudirman Baru station (English: New Sudirman station) during construction period. The station is located in Central Jakarta, on the north bank of West Flood Canal, about a hundred meters from Sudirman Commuter Rail station. The station is part of Dukuh Atas TOD.

Dukuh Atas TOD (Indonesian: Kawasan Berorientasi Transit Dukuh Atas or KBT Dukuh Atas) is a transit-oriented development at Central Jakarta and South Jakarta, Indonesia. This is built as part of constructing several other transit oriented development across Jakarta to facilitate commuters to transfer between different mode of public transportation. The development includes Dukuh Atas BNI station of Jakarta MRT, Sudirman station of KRL Commuterline, BNI City of Airport Rail Link and Transjakarta bus service. By 2023, it will also include Dukuh Atas station of Greater Jakarta LRT. It spreads from Jl. Kendal beside Sudirman station in Central Jakarta through underpass to Jl. Blora and Jl. Tanjung Karang. The area has been designated as the main transit point for Central Jakarta.

Sudirman Station (SUD, formerly Dukuh Atas Station) is a train station of KRL Commuterline, which is located in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The station is named from Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, one of the main avenue in Jakarta, which crosses above the station. This station is located on the north bank of West Flood Canal. Though this station serves only Commuterline trains, but it is a transit point for other types of public transportation as part of the Dukuh Atas TOD.Distance between this station and Karet railway station is one of the shortest in the network, measuring only 0.8 km between each stations. Moreover, BNI City railway station, a station that also serves train bound for Soekarno Hatta International Airport, is wedged between Karet and Sudirman station. There is a passageway connecting Sudirman station with BNI City station and Dukuh Atas station of Jakarta MRT. As the station is located in Jakarta's CBD and is surrounded by some of the most prominent buildings and places in Jakarta, therefore the station is always crowded, especially in rush hour.

Grand Indonesia (previously called Grand Indonesia Shopping Town until 2016) is an integrated multipurpose complex at Thamrin Road in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The 640,000 m2 (6,900,000 sq ft) complex consists of a huge shopping mall, office tower Menara BCA (BCA Tower), high end serviced residential tower Kempinski Residences and the five-star all-suite Hotel Indonesia Kempinski. It is located near the Selamat Datang Monument. In January 2017, Forbes recognized Grand Indonesia as one of the top five shopping malls in Jakarta.

57 Promenade is a mixed development project at Kebon Melati, near Hotel Indonesia Roundabout in Jakarta, Indonesia.The project is being developed on an area of 3.2 hectares (ha) in two phases. The first phase of development covered an area of 1.3 hectares, on which will be built two condo towers, City57 with 24 floors and Sky57 with 49 floors with five-story basement and an enclaved retail podium. The second phase with an area of 1.9 hectares, will be built two office towers Tower 57 and Union 57, one service apartment tower Atelier 57 and retail promenade. The development will be connected Jakarta MRT, Jakarta LRT, TransJakarta bus stops, and Soekarno-Hatta Airport Rail Link.

Selamat Datang Monument (Selamat Datang is Indonesian for "Welcome"), also known as the Monumen Bundaran HI or Monumen Bunderan HI ( for 'Hotel Indonesia roundabout'), is a monument located in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Completed in 1962 by sculptor Edhi Sunarso, the Selamat Datang Monument is one of the historic landmarks of Jakarta.

Kempinski Residences, Jakarta is a residential skyscraper at Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The tower has 57 level above the floor and 215 meters tall. The building is a residential facility, managed by Kempinski. The building is connected to Grand Indonesia Shopping Town and Hotel Indonesia.

Wisma 46 is a 261.9-meter tall (architectural height) skyscraper located in the BNI City complex at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in Jakarta, Indonesia. The 46-floor office tower features an 10 m (33 ft) antenna spire, and was completed in 1996 under the design by Zeidler Roberts Partnership (Zeidler Partnership Architects) and DP Architects Private Ltd.The tower is located on a 15 hectares lot in the city centre. It has a floor area of 140,028 m2. The tower has 46 floors above ground which consist of offices only. There are 2 underground floors used for car parking. The tower contains 23 elevators which can reach speeds of 360 mpm in the super high speed models.Wisma 46 is the 358th tallest existing building in the world. When measured up to the roof, the tower is 261.9 m tall and when measured up to the lower roof, it is only 202.9 m tall.
