St. Hedwig's Church (Polish: Kościół Świętej Jadwigi) is a historic parish church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago located in Chicago, Illinois. Constructed in the grand Polish Cathedral style, it is one of the many monumental Polish churches visible from the Kennedy Expressway. The church is located at 2226 North Hoyne Avenue.

The former Cathedral of All Saints of the Polish National Catholic Church in Chicago, referred to in Polish as Katedra Wszystkich Świętych is a historic church building located in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago in Cook County, Illinois, United States. Colloquially referred to as the White Cathedral, it is a prime example of the so-called 'Polish Cathedral style' of churches in both its opulence and grand scale. Along with St. Wenceslaus, St. Mary of the Angels, and Holy Trinity it is one of the many monumental Polish churches visible from the Kennedy Expressway. Due to the building's high maintenance costs it was sold in December 1993 and now houses Covenant Presbyterian Church of Chicago, a church affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in America. A former chapel at All Saints Polish National Catholic Cemetery on Higgins Avenue and River Road was expanded and now houses the current Cathedral of the Western Diocese of the Polish National Catholic Church.

Julia C. Lathrop Homes is a Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) public housing project located along the line between the Lincoln Park and North Center neighborhoods on the north side of Chicago, Illinois, United States. It is bordered by the neighborhoods of Bucktown and Roscoe Village. Completed in 1938 by the Public Works Administration, Lathrop Homes was one of the first Chicago public housing projects. Lathrop Homes was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012 and is currently undergoing restoration. Lathrop Homes consists of two-story brick row houses and three- and four-story apartment buildings separated by landscaped courtyards and linked by small archways in a campus-like arrangement. There are a total of 925 units on 35.5 acres of land (approximately three and a half square blocks).

A mural of Robin Williams was painted on the north exterior of Chicago's Concord Music Hall, in the U.S. state of Illinois, in 2018. The large painting depicts Williams, who was born in Chicago, in black and white, as well as the blue Genie character he voiced in The Walt Disney Company's Aladdin franchise. It was a collaboration between New York street artist Jerkface and New Zealand artist Owen Dippie.

Irazu Costa Rican Restaurant is a Latin American restaurant in Chicago, Illinois that opened in 1990. It is cash only and BYOB. Irazu is located on the storied Milwaukee Avenue (Chicago) in the Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood on Chicago's north side. The name Irazu refers to a volcano in Costa Rica.

Western is a Chicago "L" station on the Chicago Transit Authority's Blue Line, on North Western Avenue near West Armitage Avenue. The station is located within the Bucktown neighborhood in the larger Logan Square community area. From Western, trains run at intervals of 2-7 minutes during rush-hour periods, and take 10 minutes to reach the Loop.

The Congress Theater is a historic movie palace in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. Fridstein and Company designed it in 1926 for the movie theater operator Lubliner and Trinz. It features ornate exterior and interior design work in a combination of the Classical Revival and Italian Renaissance styles. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017. In its heyday, the Congress Theater could seat over 2,904 moviegoers. The theater block also had 17 retail storefronts with 56 apartments above. More recently, the theater operated as a 3,500-capacity live music venue. For years the building was a common and popular concert venue. In April 2013, the theater was shut down and had its liquor license revoked due to numerous safety code violations. It was a source of controversy due to issues such as liquor violations, a notoriously tough security team, and lax building upkeep.In early 2014, Carranza announced he would sell the theater to developer Michael Moyer. Moyer planned to spend $65 million restoring the theater, with the goal of reopening the Congress in 2019. This plan, now under the ownership of Baum Revision, is slated for completion in 2023.

The Northwestern Terra Cotta Company Building is a historic building at 1701-1711 W. Terra Cotta Place in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Constructed in 1905, the building housed the offices for the Northwestern Terra Cotta Company's terra cotta production plant. In the early twentieth century, terra cotta was a popular decorative building material in both Chicago and the country as a whole; the newly developed Chicago school of architecture in particular used terra cotta extensively. The Northwestern Terra Cotta Company was one of the leading national producers of the material, and its terra cotta was used in Chicago architectural landmarks such as the Rookery Building, the Wrigley Building, and the Sullivan Center. The plant closed in 1932 and has been largely demolished, leaving the office building as its only major remnant.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 8, 1989.

The Green Exchange is a sustainable and green retail and office development project in the Logan Square community area of Chicago, Illinois that is designed to house eco-friendly businesses and organizations. Developers of the building have been awarded LEED Platinum status for their rehabilitation of a historic landmark four-story manufacturing facility originally built in 1914. The retail and office space is open to the public and is intended to serve as an important Midwest destination for green consumers.
