The White Stag sign, also known as the "Portland Oregon" sign, is a lighted neon-and-incandescent-bulb sign located atop the White Stag Building, at 70 NW Couch Street in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States, facing the Burnside Bridge. The sign faces westbound traffic as it enters downtown Portland coming across the Willamette River. The sign was acquired by the City of Portland in September 2010, and the lettering was changed to read "Portland Oregon" in November 2010.During Christmas, the nose of the stag glows red in imitation of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and by the 1970s that feature had contributed to the sign's popularity as a local landmark. The sign was designated a City of Portland Historic Landmark in 1977. In 2014, Willamette Week referred to the "famous White Stag sign" as "one of the most instantly recognizable parts of the Portland skyline".Since its installation in 1940 the sign has carried various messages and animations, generally advertising Portland companies, the longest-lasting version being for White Stag Sportswear, from 1957 until 1997.

The White Stag Block facility refers to the Bickel Block Building, the Skidmore Block Building, and the White Stag Building, in Portland, Oregon's Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, in the United States. It was purchased by the University of Oregon Foundation in 2015.

The Ankeny pumping station, or Ankeny sewage pumping station, is a 10,000-gallon pumping station in Portland, Oregon's Tom McCall Waterfront Park.

The Blagen Block is an historic building in Portland, Oregon's Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, in the United States. The four-story building was designed by Warren H. Williams and completed in 1888. In 1970, the city's Historic Landmarks Commission designated the Blagen Block as a Portland Historic Landmark. In 1975, it was listed as a primary landmark in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) nomination of the Portland Skidmore/Old Town Historic District, the building's designation subsequently translated to "contributing property" under post-1970s NRHP terminology. Since 2014, Airbnb has had offices in the building, opening its office in December of that year.

The Portland Saturday Market is an outdoor arts and crafts market in Portland, Oregon. It is the largest continuously operated outdoor market in the United States. It is held every Saturday and Sunday from the beginning of March through December 24, in Tom McCall Waterfront Park underneath Burnside Bridge and south of the bridge, as well as within an adjacent plaza just across Naito Parkway, extending west to the Skidmore Fountain. The market's hours of operations are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m on Sundays, and admission is free. The market is accessible by foot, bicycle, Segway, and TriMet's MAX Light Rail line which stops near the market at the Skidmore Fountain stop. The market has over 400 members and generates an estimated $12 million in gross sales annually. It has become a central economic engine for the historic Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, and attracts an estimated 750,000 visitors to this area each year.

Sculpture Stage is an outdoor 1976 stainless steel sculpture by Bruce West, located in Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland, Oregon. The work was funded by the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act and is part of the City of Portland and Multnomah County Public Art Collection courtesy of the Regional Arts & Culture Council.

The Packy mural was a public artwork depicting the elephant of the same name, painted on the Skidmore Fountain Building in Portland, Oregon's Old Town Chinatown neighborhood. The artwork was designed by Eric Larsen and painted in 1990 by North Pacific Sign and Design, but was destroyed during the building's 2008 renovation to become the new headquarters for Mercy Corps.The mural received a generally positive reception, though in 1997 the president of the company that owned the building expressed his desire to replace the artwork, which he considered a free advertisement for the Oregon Zoo. He wanted to replace it with an illustration that promoted the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood. His search was met with resistance by building tenants, particularly employees of the advertising agency Young and Roehr, who began displaying "Save Packy" signs and campaigning for the art's preservation.

Portland Downtown Heliport (FAA LID: 61J) is a public heliport located in the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood in the northwest section of the city of Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, United States. It occupies the roof of a 1989 parking garage located at the intersection of NW Naito Parkway and NW Davis Street, not far from the Steel Bridge over the Willamette River. The Downtown Heliport currently has the distinction of being Oregon's only public use heliport. It averages 99 aircraft operations per week.

The Skidmore Fountain station is a light rail station on the MAX Blue and Red Lines in Portland, Oregon. It is currently the fifth stop eastbound on the Eastside MAX. It was previously also served by the Yellow Line, from 2004 to 2009, until that line's relocation to the Portland Transit Mall. The station has side platforms built into the sidewalk. Located under the west approach of the Burnside Bridge at the intersection of Burnside Street and Southwest 1st Avenue, it serves the Tom McCall Waterfront Park, the Portland Saturday Market, and Skidmore Fountain.

Old Town/Chinatown station is a MAX Light Rail station served by the Blue and Red Lines. It is located in the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood in Portland, Oregon and is currently the 6th stop eastbound on the Eastside MAX. It is also the last stop before crossing the Willamette River. It is next to the Portland Downtown Heliport. The station was previously also served by the Yellow Line, from 2004 to 2009, until that line's relocation to the Portland Transit Mall. The station has side platforms built into the sidewalk of NW First Avenue. It is just east of the Portland Classical Chinese Garden and is within walking distance of Union Station, including Amtrak, and the Greyhound bus station.

The Skidmore Fountain is a historic fountain in Portland, Oregon, United States. The fountain is a contributing property of and the namesake for the Skidmore/Old Town Historic District, which is also a National Historic Landmark.The fountain has also been designated a Portland Historic Landmark and underwent restoration in 2005.
