Mayestik Market (Indonesian: Pasar Mayestik) is a modern traditional market at Kebayoran Baru, in Jakarta, Indonesia. Drugs and cosmetics, jewelry, clothing and tailors, vegetables and fruits, meat and fish, book store, sports equipment, almost everything needed for daily life are available in this market.

District 8 Jakarta is a mixed development complex of 11 towers at Sudirman Central Business District, and adjacent Senopati area in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The tallest building of this complex is Treasury Tower. Total land area of the complex is about 4.8 hectares. The complex has a retail area of about 15,000 square meters, dubbed Astha shopping mall.The complex is being developed by Agung Sedayu Group. Most of its buildings were topped out by January 2017. The first Langham Hotel and Residence in South East Asia will be located in the complex. A serviced apartment building will be operated by Oakwood. The Pacific Place Jakarta is a multipurpose building located in the Sudirman Central Business District, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The building is divided into three different sections: the six-floor Pacific Place Mall, the One Pacific Place Office Center, The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place hotel, ballroom, and service apartment, and Pacific Place Residence. The mall opened in November 2007, and in January 2017 was recognized by Forbes as one of the top shopping malls in Jakarta.

Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX; Indonesian: Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ)) was a stock exchange based in Jakarta, Indonesia, before it merged with the Surabaya Stock Exchange to form the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Sequis Centre Tower is a 210 metres (690 ft) tall skyscraper at Sudirman Central Business District, South Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a LEED Platinum building. The design of the tower is inspired from the Banyan tree with a bundle of four towers, with gardens on the roof featuring typical local plants. To reduce the amount of energy, Sequis Tower has adopted the design of shading fins that can compensate for solar radiation on the building facade. Sequis Tower’s open plaza has pedestrian access to Pacific Place, The Alila Hotel, Jakarta Stock Exchange, Bapindo Towers, Sequis Center, The Energy Tower, Graha CIMB Niaga and MRT Jakarta’s Istora station. The tower is topped off in March, 2017.

Senayan (or Senayan Bank Jakarta, with Bank Jakarta granted for naming rights; formerly Gelora Bung Karno) is a Transjakarta bus rapid transit station located in Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. The station, which primarily serves in corridor 1, is located adjacent with the Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex at north.

The Jakarta Stock Exchange bombing was a terrorist attack on the Jakarta Stock Exchange on 14 September 2000. A car bomb exploded in the basement of the building, triggering a chain of explosions in which a number of cars caught fire. Most of the dead were drivers waiting by their employer's cars. Many had taken cover in their vehicles but suffocated as billowing black smoke engulfed the basement levels. The bombing suspended trading for two days after the attack and also resulted in a sudden, brief devaluation of the Indonesian rupiah.The attack was later claimed by Jemaah Islamiyah, a Southeast Asian Islamic extremist group with links to al-Qaeda. The group was responsible for several other terrorist attacks in the region, including the Philippine consulate bombing in Jakarta which occurred just a month ago and the Bali bombings in 2002.

Istora MRT Station (or Istora Mandiri MRT Station, with Bank Mandiri granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. Located on Jl. Jendral Sudirman, it is located between the Bendungan Hilir and Senayan stations, and has the station code IST. The station is located near the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), which houses the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Pacific Place mall, and Ritz-Carlton hotel, among others. The word Istora in its name comes from Istora Gelora Bung Karno, located within Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex nearby the station.

Millennium Office Tower is an office building located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is owned by PT. Permata Birama Sakti, and was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Steward & Assc. Inc. Construction began in 2016 and is expected to be complete in 2019. The building stands at 254 meters tall, or 833 feet. It comprises 53 floors above-ground and 6 below-ground, with 750 available parking spaces.

fX Sudirman previously known as Lifestyle X'nter (fX) is a shopping mall in Jakarta, Indonesia. The mall is spread across the first eight floors of the building, and includes fashion, food, beauty, entertainment and business meeting facilities. It stands on a land operated by the Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management Center, who also operates the nearby Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex. The building also contains apartments above the mall level 8, including hotel accommodation by Harris Hotel. The tenth floor contains a gym, pool and tennis court. The complex along with the mall and apartment tower, was known as Sudirman Place from 2006 to 2008. The apartment tower is 213 meters tall and one of the tallest apartment tower in Jakarta. The apartment tower was known as The Pinnacle from 2006 to 2008, which is now named as FX Residence.

GBK City Park (Indonesian: Hutan Kota GBK, lit. 'GBK City Forest') or known as Hutan Kota by Plataran is an urban park and multifunctional outdoor park area located in Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. It is used for various activities with a strategic location and beautiful views with an area of 4,5 ha.

Senayan Station is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. Located on Jl. Jendral Sudirman, it is the first underground station (when heading north towards Bundaran HI) on the MRT. It is located between the Istora Mandiri and ASEAN stations, and has the station code of SNY. The station is located close to the Ratu Plaza Shopping Center, within walking distance of the malls of Senayan City and Plaza Senayan.
