Istora MRT Station (or Istora Mandiri MRT Station, with Bank Mandiri granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. Located on Jl. Jendral Sudirman, it is located between the Bendungan Hilir and Senayan stations, and has the station code IST. The station is located near the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), which houses the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Pacific Place mall, and Ritz-Carlton hotel, among others. The word Istora in its name comes from Istora Gelora Bung Karno, located within Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex nearby the station.

Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX; Indonesian: Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ)) was a stock exchange based in Jakarta, Indonesia, before it merged with the Surabaya Stock Exchange to form the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The Pacific Place Jakarta is a multipurpose building located in the Sudirman Central Business District, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The building is divided into three different sections: the six-floor Pacific Place Mall, the One Pacific Place Office Center, The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place hotel, ballroom, and service apartment, and Pacific Place Residence. The mall opened in November 2007, and in January 2017 was recognized by Forbes as one of the top shopping malls in Jakarta.

District 8 Jakarta is a mixed development complex of 11 towers at Sudirman Central Business District, and adjacent Senopati area in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The tallest building of this complex is Treasury Tower. Total land area of the complex is about 4.8 hectares. The complex has a retail area of about 15,000 square meters, dubbed Astha shopping mall.The complex is being developed by Agung Sedayu Group. Most of its buildings were topped out by January 2017. The first Langham Hotel and Residence in South East Asia will be located in the complex. A serviced apartment building will be operated by Oakwood. Jakarta Mori Tower (formerly tentatively known as the Jakarta Office Tower Project, or Jakarta MPP) is a skyscraper in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is located in the center of the Golden Triangle of Jakarta, next to Semanggi Interchange. The project is Mori Building’s first undertaking in Southeast Asia and its first major overseas undertaking since the Shanghai World Financial Center that opened in 2008. The 59-story building with four basement floors will have a total floor area of 190,000 square metres (2,000,000 sq ft), with office space along with restaurants and cafes. The tower is 266 m (873 ft) tall and the estimated cost is $500 million.It was completed in 2022.

Sequis Centre Tower is a 210 metres (690 ft) tall skyscraper at Sudirman Central Business District, South Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a LEED Platinum building. The design of the tower is inspired from the Banyan tree with a bundle of four towers, with gardens on the roof featuring typical local plants. To reduce the amount of energy, Sequis Tower has adopted the design of shading fins that can compensate for solar radiation on the building facade. Sequis Tower’s open plaza has pedestrian access to Pacific Place, The Alila Hotel, Jakarta Stock Exchange, Bapindo Towers, Sequis Center, The Energy Tower, Graha CIMB Niaga and MRT Jakarta’s Istora station. The tower is topped off in March, 2017.

fX Sudirman previously known as Lifestyle X'nter (fX) is a shopping mall in Jakarta, Indonesia. The mall is spread across the first eight floors of the building, and includes fashion, food, beauty, entertainment and business meeting facilities. It stands on a land operated by the Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management Center, who also operates the nearby Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex. The building also contains apartments above the mall level 8, including hotel accommodation by Harris Hotel. The tenth floor contains a gym, pool and tennis court. The complex along with the mall and apartment tower, was known as Sudirman Place from 2006 to 2008. The apartment tower is 213 meters tall and one of the tallest apartment tower in Jakarta. The apartment tower was known as The Pinnacle from 2006 to 2008, which is now named as FX Residence.

Millennium Office Tower is an office building located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is owned by PT. Permata Birama Sakti, and was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Steward & Assc. Inc. Construction began in 2016 and is expected to be complete in 2019. The building stands at 254 meters tall, or 833 feet. It comprises 53 floors above-ground and 6 below-ground, with 750 available parking spaces.

Mayestik Market (Indonesian: Pasar Mayestik) is a modern traditional market at Kebayoran Baru, in Jakarta, Indonesia. Drugs and cosmetics, jewelry, clothing and tailors, vegetables and fruits, meat and fish, book store, sports equipment, almost everything needed for daily life are available in this market.

Mangkuluhur City is a mixed development of four skyscrapers and one high-rise building on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mangukluhur City is named after Darma Mangkuluhur, the son of the development's co-owner, Tommy Suharto. The project is a collaboration between PT Wisma Purnayudha Putra and KG Global Development. PT Wisma Purnayudha Putra is owned by Tommy, while KG Global Development is owned by Harry Gunawan and Edy Hartono. Total land area of the development is about 4 hectares. The tallest of the towers, The Pinnacle, will have 80 floors above the ground. The development comprises Office Tower 1, Office Tower 2, Apartment Tower A and Apartment Tower B. Office Tower 1 is 33 floors, while Office Tower 2 is 80 floors. Apartment Tower A is 53 floors and Apartment Tower B is 30 floors. Apartment Tower A will house the Regent Hotel and Regent Residences, while Apartment Tower B is being managed by Frasers Hospitality. Office Tower 1 and Apartment Tower B topped off in March 2017. Office Tower 1 houses KEB Hana Bank as its main tenant, which has a 20 year lease.There were existing Crowne Plaza hotel, which will operate in Mangkuluhur City. A Regent Hotel is also being developed at the site and was scheduled to have opened at the end of 2020.

The Plaza Semanggi is a commercial complex at Semanggi Interchange in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The commercial center includes a shopping mall, an auditorium Balai Sarbini and office tower Gedung Veteran RI. The auditorium and office tower were constructed in 1973. The name The Plaza Semanggi more correctly refers to the shopping mall which was opened in 2004 with the refurbishment of Balai Sarbini and Gedung Veteran RI.

Semanggi Interchange (Indonesian: Simpang Susun Semanggi) or commonly known as Semanggi Bridge (Indonesian: Jembatan Semanggi) is a major road interchange in Jakarta, Indonesia which consists of a cloverleaf interchange (hence Semanggi, "clover")—the first, and until the 1990s the only, of its kind in Indonesia—and a partial turbine interchange. Two main roads of the city Gatot Subroto Road and Sudirman Road intersect at this interchange. Initially completed in 1962 as part of several projects intended to be completed before the 1962 Asian Games, the interchange is a landmark and an important part of the Golden Triangle of Jakarta.
