Harvington railway station

Harvington is a village near Evesham in Worcestershire, England. Bounded by the River Avon to the south and the Lench Hills to the north, three miles northeast of Evesham and now on the Worcestershire/Warwickshire border. The village today is an amalgamation of two smaller villages, Harvington and Harvington Cross, and has a population of around 1,750.

Abbot's Salford is the name of a village in the English county of Warwickshire. It is found six miles south of Alcester, about the same distance from Evesham, very close to the Worcestershire border, and is within the parish of Salford Priors. The River Avon runs close by the eastern side of the village. As well as the hotel the modest modern attractions of the village seem to be Abbot's Salford Lake, which is an excellent fishing spot, and a caravan park.

Salford Priors is a rural, agricultural village and civil parish about four miles south-west of Alcester, Warwickshire, England. The population of the civil parish as taken at the 2011 census was 1,546. It is on the Warwickshire border with Worcestershire. The village is eight miles from the popular tourist town of Stratford upon Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare, and the River Avon runs near to it. Evesham lies seven miles to the south-west and is an important agricultural centre and soft fruit-growing area. The population of the Salford Priors ward – which includes the communities of Abbot's Salford, Dunnington, Iron Cross, Pitchill, Rushford and Mudwalls – was 1,492 at the 2001 census.

Middle Littleton Tythe Barn, also known as Middle Littleton Tithe Barn, is a grade I listed 13th or 14th-century tithe barn in the village of Middle Littleton, near Evesham in Worcestershire. It is one of the largest and most notable tithe barns in England. The barn is constructed of a mixture of Blue Lias and Cotswold stones, with a stone tile roof. It was originally built for Evesham Abbey, which was the third largest abbey in England. It is now owned and operated by the National Trust.

South Littleton is a village and civil parish located in the Wychavon district of Worcestershire, England. South Littleton is located midway between Evesham and Bidford on Avon. South Littleton is the largest of The Littletons, with North and Middle Littleton being smaller. At the 2001 census it had 1,775 inhabitants, while North and Middle Littleton had a population of 906.

The Badsey Brook, also known as the Broadway Brook, is a small brook that flows through Worcestershire, England. It is a lower tributary of the River Avon, which it joins near Offenham upstream of Evesham. Its principal tributary is the Bretforton Brook.

North and Middle Littleton is a civil parish located in the Wychavon district of Worcestershire, England. The parish comprises the villages of North Littleton and Middle Littleton, and is located near the larger settlement of South Littleton. It is bounded by the River Avon to the west, and Buckle Street (the Roman Ryknild St) to the east. At the 2001 census it had a population of 906.

Salford Priors railway station was a railway station located in the village of Salford Priors, Warwickshire, England. Opened on 16 June 1866 (17 September for passengers) as part of the Evesham & Redditch Railway, it had only one platform but a brick built waiting room/ticket office and station master's house. It closed on 17 June 1963, although the last train ran on 1 October 1962, after which the train service was suspended due to the poor condition of the track. A bus service replaced it while the statutory closure process was gone through.The station building itself is still in existence, little changed and has been used as an office building. The goods shed still stands. The station building is now owned by a property developer company, Bromford Turner, who have applied to demolish the building.

Cleeve Prior is a village in the Vale of Evesham Worcestershire, England. It is situated five miles north-east of Evesham. There are many picturesque houses made from the local lias stone, including the Kings Arms public house and the 150-year-old school. The church is dedicated to St. Andrew, and has 6 bells which are rung for the parish service each Sunday.
