Dalkeith Hot Pool

Sunset Hospital is a former hospital and aged care facility located in Dalkeith, Western Australia. Built in 1906 as the Claremont Old Men's Home, it once housed up to 750 men. The design was based on a military model, made from large stone blocks quarried from local limestone with accommodation for 400 men. It included an infirmary and a hospital.

Point Walter (Noongar: Dyoondalup) is a point on the Swan River, Western Australia, notable for its large sandbar that extends into the river. It is located on the southern shore of Melville Water, and forms its western end. Point Walter is located in the suburb of Bicton, approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of the Perth central business district, and 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Fremantle, and is on the opposite side of the river to the suburbs of Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove, and Dalkeith. Point Walter is a site of Aboriginal Australian heritage, both for its place in the Dreamtime and because of the local Whadjuk people's historical activities at the site. Named in 1827 by James Stirling, it was popular among the public for its variety of recreational activities and its facilities, such as tea rooms, a bathing house and a tavern. Through a series of events, the point suffered a drop in patronage from the late 19th century to World War II. At that time, it was rehabilitated from a state of disrepair, and an army camp was built on the premises, which was later transformed into a migrant settlement camp. Since the migrant camp's closure in 1972, the facilities have been used for multiple activities. Since 1912 Point Walter has been run by Melville City Council, and today is contained in the Point Walter Reserve. The reserve and the sandbar serve as important sites for flora and fauna, particularly bird-life. It is popularly used for a variety of recreational activities, and currently hosts the annual Point Walter concert.

The University of Western Australia Business School is a business school at the University of Western Australia (UWA). UWA first began teaching Economics in 1912, and the Business School is now home to over 4,929 students. The school has four disciplines: Accounting and Finance; Economics; Management and Organisations; and Marketing. The School delivers undergraduate, postgraduate, and higher degrees by research and coursework programs and remains active in business research. The School is the only university in Western Australia to hold both the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) accreditation and Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation.

Peace Memorial Rose Garden is a rose garden in Nedlands, Western Australia, dedicated to the memory of lives lost in war. It is located on Stirling Highway and bounded by Louise and Vincent Streets. It was developed by the Nedlands Road Board and the National Rose Society of Western Australia.It was proposed in the 1940s.Consideration of a site in Kings Park was made in the 1940s.Land in Nedlands was made available in the late 1940s.Further plans were made in 1950.The garden was dedicated by the Governor of Western Australia, James Mitchell on 22 October 1950.

Crawley is an affluent western suburb of Perth, the capital city of Western Australia. Whole area is part of the local government area of the City of Perth and previously shared between the City of Subiaco and City of Perth. It is about 5.8 kilometres (4 mi) from the Perth CBD via Mounts Bay Road. The earlier name of the locality was Crawley Park. It was named by an early landowner Henry Charles Sutherland, whose mother's maiden name was Crawley.It is home to the University of Western Australia, the state's oldest university.

The Captain Stirling Hotel is a heritage-listed building located at 80 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, Western Australia. The building was designed by Marshall Clifton in 1935, and is an Inter-War Mediterranean/Spanish Mission style two-storey hotel.

Claremont Teachers College was Western Australia’s first post-secondary teaching institution. It opened in 1902 and closed in 1981, when it became a College of Advanced Education then a campus of Edith Cowan University before being acquired by the University of Western Australia. The building is on land between Goldsworthy, Princess and Bay Roads in the western Perth, Western Australia suburb of Claremont. It is a large two storey limestone building set in extensive grounds, with a distinctive square crenellated tower, and was entered in the Register of the National Estate in 1987.

Attadale is a riverside suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Melville. It was the first subdivision of A. P. Matheson's Melville Water Park Estate. Attadale was named after an estate in Scotland situated on the south side of Loch Carron. The suburb is located between the central business district and Fremantle along the southern side of the Swan River. Its extensive foreshore has many open spaces for residents and visitors including a large public open space along Burke Drive where residents can take their dogs for recreational activities.
