Cheyres-Châbles

Châbles (French: [ʃɑbl]; Arpitan: Châbllos, locally Tsâbyo [ˈtsɑbjo] (listen)) is a former municipality in the district of Broye in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. On 1 January 2017 the former municipalities of Châbles and Cheyres merged into the new municipality of Cheyres-Châbles.

Font is a former municipality in the district of Broye, in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. The municipality of Font merged on 1 January 2012 into the municipality of Estavayer-le-Lac.

Montborget (French: [mɔ̃bɔʁʒɛ], Franco-Provençal: [mɔ̃bɔʁˈdzɛ] ) is a village and former municipality in the district of Broye in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. It was first recorded in 1314 as Mauborget. The municipality had 98 inhabitants in 1811, which increased to 124 in 1850 and 137 in 1900. It then declined to 104 in 1950 and 79 in 1980. In 1981 the municipality was incorporated into the larger, neighboring municipality Murist.

Seiry is a village lying within the municipality of Lully, in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. It formerly existed as an autonomous municipality, but on 1 January 2006 was merged with Bollion, into the larger Lully. Seiry first appears in 1180 CE as Seirie. The Historical Dictionary of Switzerland records a population peak of 209 in 1900, steadily dropping to 89 inhabitants in 1970, before rising again to 200 before the merger with Lully.

Franex is a village and former municipality in the district of Broye in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. It was first recorded in 1242 as Frasnei. The municipality had 84 inhabitants in 1811, which increased to 131 in 1850. It then declined to 115 in 1900, 110 in 1950 and 46 in 1990. In 1992 the municipality was incorporated into the larger, neighboring municipality Murist.

Arrissoules is a village in the district of Yverdon of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. The village was an independent municipality until it was incorporated into Rovray on January 1, 2005. The Arrissoules Tunnel of the A1 motorway is located near the village.

Arissoules Tunnel (French: Tunnel d'Arrissoules) is a motorway tunnel in the Swiss cantons of Fribourg and Vaud, near the village of Arrissoules. The tunnel forms part of the A1 motorway from Geneva to St. Margrethen. It is 2,987 metres (9,800 ft) long, and was opened in 2000.
