Franex

Seiry is a village lying within the municipality of Lully, in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. It formerly existed as an autonomous municipality, but on 1 January 2006 was merged with Bollion, into the larger Lully. Seiry first appears in 1180 CE as Seirie. The Historical Dictionary of Switzerland records a population peak of 209 in 1900, steadily dropping to 89 inhabitants in 1970, before rising again to 200 before the merger with Lully.

La Vounaise is a village and former municipality in the district of Broye in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. In 1981 the municipality was incorporated into the larger, neighboring municipality Murist.

On 1 January 2017 the former municipalities of Murist, Bussy, Estavayer-le-Lac, Morens, Rueyres-les-Prés, Vernay and Vuissens merged into the new municipality of Estavayer.

Montborget (French: [mɔ̃bɔʁʒɛ], Franco-Provençal: [mɔ̃bɔʁˈdzɛ] ) is a village and former municipality in the district of Broye in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. It was first recorded in 1314 as Mauborget. The municipality had 98 inhabitants in 1811, which increased to 124 in 1850 and 137 in 1900. It then declined to 104 in 1950 and 79 in 1980. In 1981 the municipality was incorporated into the larger, neighboring municipality Murist.

Cheyres railway station (French: Gare de Cheyres) is a railway station in the municipality of Cheyres, in the Swiss canton of Fribourg. It is an intermediate stop on the standard gauge Fribourg–Yverdon line of Swiss Federal Railways.

Arissoules Tunnel (French: Tunnel d'Arrissoules) is a motorway tunnel in the Swiss cantons of Fribourg and Vaud, near the village of Arrissoules. The tunnel forms part of the A1 motorway from Geneva to St. Margrethen. It is 2,987 metres (9,800 ft) long, and was opened in 2000.

Sassel is a former municipality in the district of Broye-Vully in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. The villages of Cerniaz (VD), Combremont-le-Grand, Combremont-le-Petit, Granges-près-Marnand, Marnand, Sassel, Seigneux and Villars-Bramard merged on 1 July 2011 into the new municipality of Valbroye.
