Pleasant Lake (Deerfield, New Hampshire)

Northwood Lake is a 653-acre (2.64 km2) water body located in Rockingham and Merrimack counties in central New Hampshire, United States, in the towns of Northwood and Epsom. The town of Deerfield occupies part of the southern shore. The outlet of the lake is the Little Suncook River, flowing west to the Suncook River, a tributary of the Merrimack River. The lake is classified as a warmwater fishery, with observed species including smallmouth and largemouth bass, chain pickerel, and brown bullhead, and white perch.Milfoil is present in the lake.

The Old Deerfield Center Historic District is an area in the New Hampshire town of Deerfield; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2020.

The Deerfield Center Historic District encompasses the heart of the rural New Hampshire town of Deerfield. It extends northwest along Church Street (formerly Old Center Road South) from its junction with North Road, Candia Road, and Raymond Road. It includes many of the town's municipal buildings, as well as a church and private residences, most of which were built before about 1920. The Greek Revival wood-frame building was built in 1840, and is one of the finest and least-altered Greek Revival churches in the state. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. The congregation is affiliated with the United Church of Christ.

Jenness Pond is a 267-acre (108 ha) water body located primarily in Rockingham County in southern New Hampshire, United States, in the town of Northwood. A small portion of the pond at its northwest end lies in Pittsfield in Merrimack County. The pond's outlet, Jenness Brook (called Narrows Brook farther downstream), is a feeder of Northwood Lake, part of the Suncook River / Merrimack River / Gulf of Maine watershed. The lake is classified as a warmwater fishery and contains largemouth and smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, and horned pout.

Northwood Meadows State Park is a 674.5-acre (273.0 ha) state park in the town of Northwood, New Hampshire. Activities include nature walks, hiking, picnicking, fishing, non-motorized boating, biking, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.The wooded park has a vast wetlands area that includes a pond created by a dammed brook. A universally-accessible graveled trail leads to the pond, known as Burtt Wildlife Pond, after M. Edward Burtt, who built the park's boulder-fringed roads and dam. The state purchased the land in 1990, which abuts the Forest Peters Wildlife Management Area.

The Charles S. Hall House is a historic house at 1740 Dover Road (United States Route 4) in Epsom, New Hampshire. Built c. 1890, it is the only Second Empire building in the town, adorned further with Queen Anne features. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

Camp Yavneh (Hebrew: מחנה יבנה) is a residential Jewish summer camp in Northwood, New Hampshire. It was established in 1944 by the Boston Hebrew Teacher College under the leadership of Louis and Leah Hurwich, initially as a Hebrew study camp.Yavneh is accredited by the American Camp Association. It offers children aged 8–16 a camp environment where Jewish values and activities are emphasized. The camp is not affiliated with one religious movement, considering itself K'lal Yisrael (lit. 'all Jews are one'), and both egalitarian and Orthodox prayer services are offered daily.

The Little Suncook River is a 4.0-mile-long (6.4 km) river in central New Hampshire in the United States. It is a tributary of the Suncook River, part of the Merrimack River (and therefore Gulf of Maine) watershed. The Little Suncook begins at the outlet of Northwood Lake in the town of Epsom. Flowing west, it passes through Bixby Pond (also known as Cass Pond), passes the villages of Epsom and Gossville, and joins the Suncook River near the Epsom Traffic Circle. U.S. Route 4 parallels the Little Suncook for the river's entire length.
